Absolutely wonderful home. A short walk to Kotor, literally right on the bay. Spacious, wonderful shower, bed and living area (best shower we had in Europe). The hosts made us so comfortable. Always checking on us, making sure we were comfortable and beyond kind. We were greeted and taken care of by Marina’s parents and can honestly say they were the nicest and most open people we have ever met. We were sad to leave. It felt like home. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Kotor, look no further. You won’t find a better home in all of Montenegro. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome! We will miss you!

Fin lejlighed og smuk udsigt!! Der ligger en Beach Bar i stueetagen, så musik og summen kan høres fra balkon og om aftenen. Men det var hyggeligt.

Öncelikle Dragana mükemmel bir insan, konaklama boyunca bir eksiğimiz var mı diye hep iletişimde kaldı. Mekan çok güzeldi ve insanlar harikaydi. Doğa severseniz eğer mükemmel tercih diyebilirim. Evin altında çok tatlı bir kafe var orda bir şeyler yiyip içmek çok keyifliydi. Markete çok yakın aradığınız her şeyi bulabilirsiniz.

One of the best Airbnb in which I lived! Everything was very clean, owners of this apartment really taking care about you in each detail: start from bathroom with many hygiene items and finish with kitchen items. Thank you very much, Marko!

Die perfekte Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Kotor! Nur knapp 700m von der Altstadt entfernt liegt die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Nenad ist eine super nette Gastgeberin. Sehr gerne wieder! 😊

Приятное жилье с красивым видом. Совсем недалеко от старого города, минут 10-15 пешком вдоль залива. Вдали от шума. По пути есть магазины и пекарня. Само жилье чистое и соответствует фотографиям. Единственная особенность, которая может не понравится — жилье находится на горе и нужно подниматься. Все остальное просто отлично и соответствует. Также хозяин предложил заселение раньше, в удобное мне время.

Gorgeous brand new unit on the ground floor. It was a close walk to the bus station without any stairs, which was a nice change from all the other locations I've stayed recently! This is about a 10 min walk away from the old walled town of Kotor, so just keep that in mind. But I knew this before booking and purposely wanted something a little quieter and without stairs. I would definitely stay here again.

You can find Milana's apartment in the frontline on the coastline and has a big balcon, it was clean and well-equipment! Milana was helpful, she gave us a clear instructions, it was easy to find and get into the apartment!

We are extremely grateful to our dear hosts for the time, spent in their cozy, unique and very comfortable house. It’s a happy place, with a lot of personal interior details, lovely atmosphere and at the same time with everything, that people need for comfort and we-are-at-home feeling. AC in every room was saving us from extreme day heat in July. The village is small, peaceful and lively, there are a lot of restaurants around, very clean small beaches in 2-5 min walking distance with not many people (mainly locals and a few tourists), small supermarket right next door (enough for some simple everyday food). It’s picturesque place, relatively quiet even while the high season. Parking for a van/camper can be sometimes a bit tricky because streets are rather narrow and local drivers are very adventurous, but we always could find a parking slot with not a lot of effort. We enjoyed the local coffee shop and the tiny but beautiful museum, situated by local church of St. Nikola. Thank you!

The most amazing property, in one of the most insane scenery. My family and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The whole experience of being in Montenegro was made better by Ivana’s friendly hostessing of giving us so many great recommendations. There’s not many places you can stay in a 300 years old house and are a few feet from crystal clear waters to swim in everyday. Also the neighbours are lovely!

Wir durften traumhaft schöne Tage im Fischerhaus von Tripo und Mila verbringen. Das Haus entspricht exakt der Beschreibung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Den tatsächlichen Luxus bietet diese wunderbare Terrasse mit einem unbeschreiblichen Blick. Dadurch hat man einen privaten Rückzugsort, was nach einem aktiven Tag besonders wohltuend ist. Die kleine Bäckerei gleich um die Ecke bietet frische und sehr leckere Backwaren an. Hervorzuheben ist zudem die komplikationslose und einfache Kommunikation mit Mila. Sie antwortet auf jede Frage äußerst schnell und sehr professionell. Wir haben uns ernstgenommen gefühlt. Vielen Dank dafür. Wir können diese Unterkunft allen wärmstens empfehlen, die diese tolle und abwechslungsreiche Region für sich erkunden wollen.

The house was perfect. It is a wonderful location right on the bay, but not too close to the hustle and bustle of Old Town. The home was immaculately clean, and very comfortable. Bostjan and Tamara were very responsive, hospitable, and helped make for an excellent stay.

We had a wonderful stay for 3 nights. Kotor Bay is the place to stay if you don't lik to stay at Busy Old Town. The rising sun and the beauty is fascinating. I used the terrace for Morning Yoga with rising sun on one side coming over across the bay and then the mountains on other side. Teh house has pretty much everything you need for a short stay. Any small thing the owner is more than willing to provide. Property is 20 mins decent and easy walk to Old Town. Supermarket Aroma right at the corner of street. The street is one way, you got to find a parking on First come first serve basis. There is nothing reserved. Its free parking. But the owner is very kind and nice and he pulled his car to make room for ours when the entire slots were gone. Pluck Lemons from his trees and make fresh lemonade. Cats are everywhere so my daughter had lovely playful time making new friends. On the whole 5/5 .

heel fijn verblijf gehad hier. Jelena is top. ze regelt alles voor je. ook de verplichte registratie. reageert direct op je berichtjes. de pek aan het water is prachtig met levendigheid ivm weg en ferry wat wij prettig vonden. zeker een aanrader.

Aleksandra & her son, Andrija, were such great hosts. Our flight arrived earlier than the check-in time & they allowed us to check-in early. They were really quick to respond to any questions we had - before we arrived and all the way through check-out. The villa is very lovely! Well-equipped with all the amenities, if your group likes to cook. It’s an easy walk to Old Town, plus there’s a nearby bakery and a little grocery store. And the view from the terrace? Absolutely stunning! 🤩 Me & my friends had the best holiday! We would definitely recommend this place!

השהייה בדירה של פיטר היתה מאוד מוצלחת. שהינו 4 נפשות היא היתה מרווחת ונעימה. הנוף הנשקף מהמרפסת של מפרץ קוטור מהממם. יכולנו להחנות את המכונית מול הדירה. נהננו לטייל לאורך הטיילת מתחת לדירה ולא פעם הלכנו ברגל לעיר העתיקה של קוטור. המיקום היה מרכזי ונוח לטיול "כוכב". ישנן מסעדות רבות בסביבה וגם סופר קטן מתחת לדירה עצמה. פיטר היה בעל דירה תגובתי מאוד סיפק לנו מידע כבר מההתקשרות הראשונה באינטרנט ואח"כ שלח מיקום מדוייק של הדירה וגם מידע ומיקום של מסעדות מומלצות על ידו שנמצאות בקרבת מקום. הדירה היתה נקיה מאוד, מאובזרת באופן מלא מה שאיפשר לנו להכין בעצמנו ארוחות, לצפות בטלויזיה ולשמוע מוסיקה. לסיכום נהננו מאוד והינו שמחים לשוב ולהתארח אצל פיטר בדוברוטה שליד קוטור.

this house has the best possible location to visit Kotor. it's very clean. easy to check in and check out. I would love to stay here again if I o came back to Kotor.

We have just returned from a one week stay at Dijana & Malden’s apartment and we are already missing the beautiful view from their balcony. Everything is as shown in the pictures, and it’s beautifully furnished with a lot of attention to detail. We had good communication before and during our stay with clear instructions for arrival and good recommendations for restaurants ( most of which we tried!) It’s a short walk down to a beautiful promenade by the bay and the views are simply stunning. Keep walking right and you come to a lovely harbour where there has been a lot of investment. We hired a car to explore the area..(it’s a 20 min drive from the airport via the ferry that runs non stop at 4 euros). Drive the long way to Kotor with a trip to Perast both of which shouldn’t be missed. You can walk up to the top of the mountain at Kotor and have a birds eye view of the bay! A trip to Tivat is also worth it with some amazing super yachts. A great stay and we’d love to come back soon!

I had an incredible experience at Smilijka’s place. Smilijka and Peter welcomed us as if we going back to your native home. They saw us off in the airport and show us around the house. I travelled with my 2years old son and the thinking they have put really amazes me; baby’s sleeping fit, new baby’s bathtub, a tooth brush and even hire a bike for which he enjoyed most. The kitchen is really fully fitted and ready to cook: you can even find spices in the cupboard and let alone tea and coffee, there are some juices in the fridges and some treats on the table. They are just one click away and always ready with help. I really feel like living in my auntie and uncle house. It was the most amazing holiday for me because of their kind hospitality and more. I will definitely come and visit again.

Ana Marija and Marina were excellent communicators. Clear directions for access to the beautiful condo. Great location and good size for our family of three. Marina helped with a taxi back to airport after our stay and Igor the taxi driver -come- tour guide was a highlight of our holiday! If you get a taxi please get the hosts to set you up with Igor! Wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we return to the area. Thank you for being fabulous hosts and I wish you well for the season ahead.

Всё прошло отлично. Bojana помогла с трансфером из аэропорта и регистрацией. В квартире всё новое, все приборы работают, очень чисто. Маленькая, но уютная, а расположение очень удачное: магазин IDEA со всем необходимым - через дорогу, а до центра Тивата - 10 минут пешком.
