Io e la mia compagna siamo state nella splendida casa malenca 2 di Katia per 4 giorni e l'abbiamo adorata! perfetta per una coppia, ha tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa! La vicinanza alle piste da sci è ottimale come anche al paese e al centro. Vicino ci sono piccoli alimentari e ristoranti eccellenti, la posizione è perfetta! Ultimo, ma non meno importante, Katia è stata un host eccezionale sempre disponibile e gentile nel rispondere alle nostre domande e necessitá! Tornemo sicuramente, a presto! Camilla e Annabella

We loved our stay! It’s a charming location, with beautiful views from the terrace and all of the windows. There are a few flights of stairs to get up to the place. Both rooms are a good size, especially the master. We loved how the location felt like you were a local, with a trattoria within a few minutes on feet (make reservations). Perfect spot to explore the lake!

Das Appartement hat eine sensationelle Lage oberhalb des Dorfes (aber trotzdem nicht weit entfernt vom nächsten Supermarkt) und ist ganz nah zur Talabfahrt und zu den Liften. Die Aussicht vom Balkon, vom Wohn-Esszimmer und aus dem Hauptschlafzimmer ist schwer zu toppen. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt, die Größe der Wohnung war für uns zu dritt perfekt und mit der Ausstattung kamen wir bestens klar. Die Abstimmung mit Nicole, ihre Flexibilität beim Checkout, ihre Restauranttipps und ihre Unterstützung schon vorab bei der Parkplatzvermittlung waren allesamt sehr hilfreich. Wir hatten wunderschöne 5 Tage und würden wiederkommen, wenn wir Arosa noch einmal besuchen. Danke, Nicole!

Perfekte Location um sich zentral bewegen zu können, alles ist zu Fuss oder mit dem Bus daneben zu erreichen. Alles wurde perfekt und einfach beschrieben. Wir konnten die Woche super geniessen!

Nous avons séjourné 3 jours dans cet appartement qui était d'une propriété irréprochable, certes à côté de la route mais très bien isolé. La voiture dormait dans un garage. Situé à 5/10min a pied du centre de Dongo où nous avons eu accès au ferry pour visiter les villes autour. Antonio est un hôte très sympathique et la remise des clés s'est fait très rapidement et les instructions étaient claires. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce logement et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und können nur schwärmen! Die Unterkunft war ein echter Traum – super sauber, gemütlich und mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Man merkt sofort: Lucia, Roberto und ihr Sohn sind Gastgeber mit Herz ❤️ Sie waren jederzeit für uns da, herzlich, hilfsbereit und einfach liebenswert. Die Lage war perfekt – ruhig, aber trotzdem nah an allem, was man braucht. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und wie zu Hause gefühlt 🏡 Es war wirklich der schönste Urlaub, den wir je hatten – voller Sonne, Entspannung und schöner Erinnerungen ☀️ Wir vergeben aus tiefstem Herzen 5 Sterne ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ und sagen: Grazie mille, wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Great place to stay for our Bernina Express trip from Chur. We enjoyed the apartment with all the extras that make you feel at home. Very welcoming place and easy to walk to everything. Highly recommended!

Wir waren 8 Tage in der Unterkunft und wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Kostenlose Parkplätze standen ausreichend zur Verfügung. Die Aussicht war besonders schön, es ist alles schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist ebenfalls super, ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Wir konnten Varenna gut zufuß erreichen (ca. 25 Minuten), allerdings sind die Fußgänger Wege sehr schmal und nah an fahrenden Autos, was eine erhöhte Aufmerksamkeit erfordert. Von Varenna aus kann man viele Fähren in die Nachbarorte nehmen. Alle Orte lassen sich prima fussläufig erkunden, dadurch sparten wir uns viele Parkgebühren. Der Comer See hat uns sehr gefallen und ist definitiv eine Reise wert.

Vielen Dank für die wirklich perfekte Unterkunft. Mitten in der Natur gelegen hatten unsere Kinder viel Spaß und werden sich lange an diesen Urlaub erinnern. Das perfekt ausgestattete Haus (vollständig ausgestattete Küche, wirklich nichts fehlt!) hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Man ist oben auf dem Berg und hat eine tolle Aussicht. Zu Fuß laden Wanderwege zum spazieren ein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es keine in fußläufiger Nähe. Aurora hat uns Tipps gegeben, wo wir Besorgungen erledigen konnten. Auch für jegliche Rückfragen war sie sehr gut erreichbar. Beim Check in und Check out wurde uns sehr entgegen gekommen, was uns wegen der Kinder die An- und Abreise sehr erleichtert hat. Wir waren zu viert, 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder, in der gemütlichen und warmen und ruhigen Wohnung von Michal. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt und wären gerne grad noch länger als nur 2 Nächte geblieben. Die Lage ist bestens- Loipe, öV, Einkaufsmöglichkeit etc. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had an amazing week at Charlotte’s place in Musso. We had my birthday breakfast on the terrace and the backdrop was truly stunning. The view of the lake is unbelievable. Charlotte was very easy to communicate with, very responsive and sent someone immediately to sort out an issue we had with one of the radiators - literally within half an hour! We found the beds comfy, and the whole house had lots of lovely linen throws and cushions, the kitchen was well equipped and easy to work in. We were six people and it would have been nice to have another comfy chair in the lounge area - we used a wicker chair from the landing. The traffic noise is mentioned in other reviews but although it would be nice to get rid of it, it really didn’t impact our enjoyment. There is only one road around the lake and you can’t get the view without it! We found it to be well positioned for what we wanted to do and will use again when we return to Como.

Our family recently stayed at an apartment in Tremezzo on Lake Como, and it was a fantastic experience. The apartment was beautiful, well-maintained, and offered stunning views of the lake. We felt completely at home and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The peaceful surroundings and convenient location made our stay even more enjoyable. We always want to come back and highly recommend this wonderful apartment to anyone looking for a memorable stay on Lake Como.

very nice apartment, spacious and with wonderful view from the terrace and the garden, and lots of light in the rooms. Well equipped, with good washing machine and dishwasher, and a lot of cleaning equipment. A few details could improve (add a new frying pan, an extra kitchen rug and a waste bin in the bathroom), but we had all we needed for a great stay for a family of three. Beds were OK. The way to the building is narrow,only one car fits, but we never met any car coming the opposite way. A big plus of this place compared to others in Perledo is that it has its own garage and you don't have to use the public parkings along the road that may be full. This is important as you need a car, there is nothing at easy walking distance. hosts are kind and responsive. we had very good communication. we would be glad to come back!

Casetta immersa nella natura con giardino splendido.Facile da raggiungere ,un ottima soluzione per chi desidera rilassarsi e godersi passeggiate nella tranquillità dei sentieri comodamente raggiungibili a piedi. Host gentilissima, assolutamente consigliata .Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni meravigliosi in compagnia della nostra cagnolina che ha amato l'ampio giardino e il contesto tranquillo delle montagne intorno.

Wir waren für die Biathlon-WM Lenzerheide vor Ort und dafür war die Lage perfekt, mit dem Bus waren wir in ca. 7 Minuten am Biathlonstadion in Lenz. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig am oberen Ende des Wohngebietes von Vazerol, zu Fuss kann man von der Haltestelle aus direkt abkürzen über einen Fussweg. Ein toller Blick auf die Berge von der Terrasse. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind jeweils mit einem grossen Doppelbett ausgestattet, die Küche ist ebenfalls top ausgestattet und im Bad ist auch alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Parkplatz ist in der Tiefgarage (leicht oberhalb des Appartments, nicht unten bei Haus 11, wie in einem der Kommentare auf französisch angemerkt). An- und Abreise waren sehr unkompliziert, und Marvin hat uns bei Rückfragen sehr zeitnah geantwortet und uns gute Tipps gegeben. Vielen Dank, wir waren schon zum 2. Mal da und können uns absolut vorstellen, wieder zu kommen.

Sehr schöne, grosse und saubere Wohnung an zentraler, ruhiger Lage mit guter Ausstattung. 2x Gargenplatz und Skiraum waren perfekt. Zu Fuss braucht man 7 Minuten zur Parsenn Bahn. Vielen Dank.

Die Räumlichkeiten und die liebevolle Einrichtung haben mich ebenso beeindruckt wie die tolle Lage und Aussicht. Anneka war gut erreichbar, hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Werde bei Gelegenheit gerne zurückkommen.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Dervio mede dankzij het fijne appartement. Rustig en super schoon. Alles aanwezig, zodat ik òòk een avond lekker zelf heb gekookt.

Had a fantastic stay. Federica was easily contactable for additional requests and quick to respond. The location is excellent- right across from the lake and next to the piazza which is perfect for coffee and/ or spritz’ with a view! Short walk to catch a ferry/ supermarket. Highly recommend - would definitely stay here again!

Inoltre un encomio speciale ai proprietari, si sono dimostrate persone serissime, disponibili e proattive nella risoluzione di un piccolo imprevisto iniziale (la discriminante che fa verente la differenza, non è l'assenza di eventuali imprevisti, ma la disponibilità e la proattività con la quale ci si adopera per la risoluzione) Proprio per questo aspetto, credo che non si possa trovare di meglio in giro. Davvero complimenti per la serietà. Host superconsigliato.

我们选择入住这个房子来开启我们的科莫湖之旅，这是一个正确的选择，位置非常好，去哪里都很方便。携带大件行李箱需要注意这里一路有不少台阶，但这不是什么大问题。门口就有两家镇上最好的餐厅，院子里很有趣，还有邻家的小猫咪来窜门。这是一趟非常愉快的旅程😆
