This place is awesome, there was a foosball table that the older kids enjoyed. The house is on a lake that is beautiful and a kayak to enjoy. I had 4 teens with me that lived every minute of it, they swam in the lake and also fished. There is a great backyard with a fire pit that we used for roasting marshmallows and a bbq pot as well. It is also about 30 minutes from the beach so that is great as well. I could go on and on about this house, we had a great time!

I stayed with friends and family for Labor Day in September and this oceanfront house was very nice.

The location is perfect. All the good restaurants are very close and the big store Is very store which is a grocery store. The home is very comfortable we will definitely be going back.

It was our second time to stay here and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time! The house has everything you need so all you need to bring is groceries. Perfect location to the beach and Ronnie is always very responsive and reachable when needed.

Our kids loved the bunk room! We hope to stay here again in warmer months so we can really take advantage of all of the property’s amenities.

Perfect getaway, rain or shine! We came for a weekend to celebrate a family birthday and had a perfect stay. This condo is the perfect beach retreat! The property is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped. Every detail--the plush bedding, stylish furnishings, high-end appliances--was first class all the way. The host clearly has a spirit of generosity, providing an abundance of amenities that set us up with everything we needed and made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Many listings say they have a fully-equipped kitchen--this one really does! Amazing views, steps from the beach, and we loved that the property is located within the Pointe West subdivision, which offers access to heated pools, restaurants, and a gym--also only steps away. The magazine-worthy bunk room (plenty of room and privacy for four teenagers) sealed the deal. Rainy days were no problem here; we felt so at home, we didn't even miss the beach. This condo is perfect for friends and family!

Great appartement, very clean and spacious. Our friends were staying at the campground Nextdoor so that worked out great. It’s right on the beach so great for families and you have a pool too.

We have an annual Ladies Trip each year for the 8 of us to meet up and spend some quality time together. This is year four and by far the best. We enjoyed being able to relax on the balcony and enjoy the breeze, watch the fish in the water at night with the lights in the water, kayaking, and fishing off the wharf. Great memories! House stocked very well. Kitchen is huge so lots of room for us to move around and prepare meals together. Will book again or at another of Roxanne’s properties. Eyes on Oklahoma.

I can’t out into words what a great get-a-way this was! The house was so cute and comfortable, every amenity you’d ever need! Laurie was an awesome host. High winds one day took the power out. Lauri responded right away and gave us info on the electrical companies response on when it would be working! We stayed busy the whole 4 days we were there. Great restaurants, homemade large pizza at the Big Store a great buy for only $12!

Location, Location, Location. This condo is exactly as described: directly on the beach. Because of this, the condo takes a bit of a beating, but it is very well maintained and is the perfect condo for a beach vacation. The one issue we had is that the window in the main bedroom doesn't close all the way and it was extremely windy and humid, so we could literally feel a warm breeze coming through the window. I did let the owner know, but it was taped off, so clearly it's been an issue for a while. would highly recommend this complex for the amenities, and this condo in particular!

We spent a couple of days at Vern and Hana's. It is a beautiful property in a peaceful community. The home is exactly as shown in the photos and is listed exactly as described. Vern and Hana were very proactive in communicating with us and left nothing to question. The home was clean, well furbished and met all of our needs. The community was very quiet, we rarely saw anyone else around. It must be more of a weekend or summer community. It was cold while we visited, so we didn't get to use the pool. You can see the beach and the water from the porch. The stars were very bright and seemed so much bigger there! I recommend a stay here to anyone interested in the property.
