We had a fantastic stay at Erin and Jeremy's place over Easter weekend. Everything was as described and Erin and Jeremy were very responsive when we did have an issue (needed to restart the router for the internet). More over, either they themselves are very honorable or their cleaners are, because less than two hours after we'd left I received a text from Jeremy asking if we had left some valuable jewelry in one of the bathrooms. One of our guests had, and they were able to quickly make arrangements with Jeremy to have them shipped to their house. It shouldn't dissuade you from booking, but it is worth mentioning that the shared deck on the main floor is very much shared. The partition doesn't extend very far out so you'll likely get very familiar with the renters next to you. Not a big deal for us, but something to consider. Beach access is quick and easy. Well-stocked kitchen. Overall, we had an excellent visit and would definitely recommend this place for any Topsail renters!

Michelle’s home is pristinely clean and beautiful! The layout is perfect for a group. The elevator was so helpful for my ADA needs, as well as in general for our groceries and luggage. Between the two decks and fenced backyard, there are multiple outdoor ocean side options for relaxing, meals, or games. Our group also really enjoyed the kayak. Michelle is a great communicator and so hospitable. Highly recommend, and we look forward to a future stay.

Great stay, everything was super clean and organized, loved that she put extra toothbrushes and toiletries in the bathrooms. Beds were SO comfortable. Felt at home.

We had a lovely stay! Diane was very attentive and kind. The home was exactly how it looked in the pictures and was spotless. Very peaceful surroundings. Would definately recommend a stay here!

I’ve stayed in dozens of Airbnbs around the world, and this was easily in my top 3. The furnishings were beautiful, the house was in excellent condition (so refreshing to stay in a coastal property that doesn’t smell of mold or mildew), parking was easy, and the instructions and recommendations were communicated perfectly. Yard was well maintained, everything in the house worked great, and even the hot tub was as clean as a whistle. Well done 👏

Very nice home with nice furniture and all the basics you need for the week. Very friendly host staff. Super easy to get to the beach with small walkway right across the street.

Great house, great stay, great host. It was the perfect place for my friends & I to unwind. Proximity to the beach and the boardwalk was really nice. We were able to rent bikes throughout our stay & tour the neighborhood. The kitchen was beautiful and the house came with cookware needed for our crab boil. But the rooftop is really the star of the show. The 360 view is amazing with the beach on one side and the marina on the other. Thank you Ramith for hosting us! We have to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Jody’s place! Everything was excellent! The place was exactly like the photos and squeaky clean. We had everything we needed and more! Truly hope to come back in the future. Will definitely be recommending to our friends and family. Thank you for such a great stay!
