Cozy, updated condo located steps from the Sunriver Village. Walk out the front door and you'll find fresh coffee, pastries, beer, groceries, ice skating or mini golf (depending on the season), and everything else the village has to offer! The walking/bike trail is behind the home, which leads you all around Sunriver, including to lodge, Nature Center, Fort Rock Park, Stables, Marina, or SHARC (a pool/hot tub), which is also only a 2 minute drive. SUPs (2), kayaks (2), floats, rafts and bikes (2 adult and 2 kid), snowshoes (4 pairs). Pepper is a golden/boxer mix who loves kids and dogs. 25-mins to skiing at Mt. Bachelor. Private marina access in Oregon Water Wonderland. Pet friendly (no fee), fenced, hot tub, fire pit, horse shoes, putt putt, disc golf, movie theatre/golf sim (game room) upon req.
