Fantastic place, clean and cozy. My daughter loved the dock and that there was a fishing pole for her to fish with.

We had a wonderful stay at Laurie's place! Prior to check in, Laurie sent information about the area, and also shared details about the house and where to find what we needed for our stay. So helpful. The kitchen was stocked with all the basics - and then some. The beds were comfortable - and with crisp cool sheets. I don't know what we enjoyed more - listening to the birds while enjoying our morning coffee on the screened lanai, sitting on the peaceful dock, or perhaps it was kayaking the pretty channel? Hmm, hard to pick. Either way, we would not hesitate to stay at the Waterfront Hideaway again! It was cozy, clean, comfortable and quiet. Thank you Laurie!

What a fun and flexible space. The four separate bedrooms made it so we could comfortably get together with relatives and have fun together in common spaces and then also have privacy while sleeping

We loved this place and wished we could have spent more time there. It was a last minute booking and Kimberly answered the request right away. Beautiful property, out in the country but borders a preserve. Close enough to several small towns with great shopping and restaurants. Back porch is a great set up for cooking out, watching sports and hanging by a fire. Plenty of room for kids to play outside, fenced in and safe. We will absolutely go back and spend more time in the area.

This is our second time staying at one of Elizabeth's rentals, and once again, she was an excellent host and a great communicator. The house had everything we needed, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful home, comfortable beds, very clean, close to Sumter square and close to Morse Drive which runs the entire length of The Villages making it easy to go places.

Wow. This is my favorite air bnb! The host was kind, the lakeside view was amazing, and the whole place had a sense of visiting family. There were several cool games, and kitchen and bathroom cabinets that actually had things in them you might need. Oh! And the bed is fantastic! This was a great place to stay and a great value.

first I want to say how Michelle has answered all my contacts swiftly and with a solution. Michelle's wonderful the house is great. everything you need to be comfortable. our dogs loved the water we would stand on the floating dock which was great for fishing and sunbathing. if you don't bother the alligators they won't bother you so just watch from a distance and leave them alone. the birds you will see there are unbelievable they're so big, and some are very loud. it's pretty cool just sitting and watching to see what land's next. didn't catch many fish but that's okay the serenity was wonderful there are a lots of fish there though. lost a couple nice ones in the water lilies so it was fun I was using the top water and first time it was kind of exciting yeah we were using a frog. have fun is all I can say and enjoy the relaxation of a quiet neighborhood friendly people and just relax.

After staying last year, we were happy to stay again this year. Great location and great hostess. Peaceful, beautiful property and our dog thoroughly enjoyed the space. We also enjoyed Weslie’s dogs, Baby and Zoey - they were so friendly. Will definitely return.

Our 2nd one month stay at this lovely cottage. It's an excellent location on a channel to access Lake Henderson. Perfect for bass fishing. The home is clean and comfortable. It's spacious and was perfect for 2 couples. The kitchen is organized and well stocked . We enjoyed the patio, particularly the newly installed gazebo which provided shade during sunny days. The view from the patio is relaxing and perfect for sunrises. Home is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It's an easy 3 mile ride down 44 sidewalk to get to the Withlachoochee Bike Trail. Spent many hours fishing. Every Monday we'd make the the 45 minute drive to the Webster Flea Market (excellent stop for produce) then stop for lunch at Big Bass Grill on Lake Panasoffkee. Easy drive to Winn Dixie. Would absoulutely stay again,

Peaceful, comfortable and very quiet. We had a most enjoyable stay. Five miles into Inverness with a plethora of dining options and two large grocery stores. House location on the water was relaxing. This place was great. Don’t hesitate to book.
