My family and I were absolutely thrilled to be staying at Matt's place for the last part of our NZ holiday. We had 9 of us travelling ranging from ages 4 - 83 everyone was comfortable and had something to entertain themselves. The house was close to town but in a very beautiful quiet place. If anyone is looking for a wonderful place to stay near Christchurch, this is the place to be! Highly recommend 👌 If I'm ever near the area again, I'll be booking Matt's place 100% Thanks Matt and Bev for a brilliant, 5 star stay!

We had an amazing time ending our 3 week road trip of South Island relaxing at this beautiful B&B. It was gorgeous, thoughtfully done and comfortable. It was easy to access and quiet at night. Would love to stay again!

A wonderful stay at Vickie's....such a cosy warm cottage with a beautiful view surrounded by native bush. The cottage is oozing character. Kitchen is really well equipped. Plenty of books and puzzles for a rainy day. Easy walking distance to the shops in akaroa, if you don't mind a little climb back up to the cottage. would definitely stay again.

This is a great place to stay and relax, we were welcomed as we arrived and the owners were very welcoming. The room was very tidy and clean, and the spa was very warm and private with the trees surrounding.

You’d be lucky to stay in this gorgeous spot overlooking Taylor’s Mistake. It’s incredibly peaceful. We had kids there and there was lots for them to do. From night time spa beneath the stars, to finding the moon on the telescope to climbing down to path to the beach’s thanks for our wonderful stay Julie and family.

The tiny home itself is beautifully designed, making great use of space. Despite its compact size, it felt surprisingly spacious and cozy. The natural light and well-thought-out details made it feel like a little sanctuary. The amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, the kitchenette was perfect for preparing meals, and the bathroom had all the essentials. Plus, the location was just a short drive from downtown Christchurch, so it was easy to explore the city while still having a peaceful retreat to return. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind. Highly recommend!!
