We had such a wonderful family trip at this beautiful location/house. We arrived with a red bottle of wine on the kitchen counter for us, after a long day of travel it was just what the Dr ordered. It was so cozy and welcoming. The amenities were top tier, from the kitchen utensils and spices, bathroom and cleaning supplies and lots of games! We completed two jig saw puzzles during our stay in front of the fireplace, looking out at the snow covered pine trees. We cooked many meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed to do so and a little more! We enjoyed the dining room table and made memories around that table. The home was about 25 min to downtown Breckenridge and the drive to and from the house was gorgeous. Sharon was extremely helpful and friendly from the second we booked the trip until after we left. We had a lovely stay at this home. Everything was as clean, beautiful and organized as described. Our group of 10 had everything we needed for our Ski trip.

Great place. Very clean. Lots of room. Built in sound system. Great hot tub. Well equipped kitchen. Only downside is the long walk to public bus service to lifts.

Great Place a bit South of Breck but a short drive into town.

Great home for my extended family for our long ski weekend. Super comfortable and well equipped. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of skiing. And Darren was a very responsive host.

Gorgeous house. The perfect place to have a weekend getaway. Easy to find, exactly as described, super clean and cozy, friendly host. Sweeping views of lake Dillon in an out of the way small mountain neighborhood. Close to town/ski resorts if you need or an easy place to hole up and enjoy the sweeping views from the hot tub. Will definitely return!

Had a wonderful stay here. A beautiful half mile walk to Main Street and right by the creek. Hosts were very responsive and communicative. Place was great inside, games and everything we needed. Very well stocked. Would highly recommend!

We loved our stay! The location of this studio is perfect. Right up the street from the downtown. It was the perfect size, and my fiance and I enjoyed the amenities. The studio was also extremely warm and comfortable which was great when the snow was falling and it was chilly outside. Allison was extremely responsive, and the check in and check out was extremely easy. We will definitely stay again!

This was the second time the my teenage daughter, dad, and I stayed at Kris and Karen’s place for a multi-day ski trip. It works perfectly for our needs.

We had a great stay! It is very close to the gondola. Hosts were very responsive and answered our questions. Location was great on the first floor, able to walk right out to the hot tubs which were wonderful after a day of skiing.

Loved the place. Super clean apartment, close to restaurants, bus stop (Winter Park) and other activities. Kitchen is stocked and location is unbeatable. Private heated parking is a perk in winter. Janet is responsive and helpful.

I want to rent this place every year. We had a fantastic experience. The thing that sets this place apart is the staff in the building. It's like staying in a hotel room with all the amenities of a front desk staff that's there 24/7, and more! The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. And they cleaned the entire unit for us every single day! That was honestly one of the best parts. Plus, there's a free ski valet where they grab your gear as soon as you walk off of the gondola and hand it back to you at the same location the next morning. A beautiful heated pool and TWO outdoor hottubs at the base of the beautiful mountain really took this spot to the next level. Will definitely be back!

Skied at Breckeridge for 4 days and this Airbnb made it feel right at home. The location is great with an amazing view. It's packed with supplies and very cozy.

We had a great long weekend at this cabin! One of the most well-stocked Airbnbs I’ve ever been to (had tons of spices, aluminum foil, ziploc baggies). The home was very clean and all beds were comfortable. Loved the view from all the outdoor space- perfect for the 12” of surprise snow we got! Rena was very responsive and helped out with anything we came across while visiting. Highly recommend this place!

Cozy says it all. As soon as we walked in it felt like home. Beautiful home nicely decorated. We all enjoyed our stay. We even saw Mr. Fox one morning, that was super cool. All rooms very clean, neat and comfortable. Loft area was a great spot for our teenage boys. The hot tub was great, my only concern was the path to get to the hot tub was very Icey due to lots of snow, so we had to be extra careful. We all had a great week.

Finding a cozy place in Breckenridge for the family and dog that’s not over priced is a quest. We were lucky to land in Erin and Jim’s lovely A frame cabin in March, and again in April. It’s less than 10 minutes from the peak 8 gondola and Breckenridge’s busy downtown. The cabin is warm and welcoming as can be, and sits on a beautiful piece of land with views of hills, mountains, and lucky for us, lots of falling snow. We’ll be back again!

This is a great place for a larger group that wants to ski and enjoy Breckenridge but doesn’t want the expense or hustle-bustle of downtown Breckenridge. The full kitchen saved us a bunch of money on restaurants. It takes 16 minutes from gondola to the cabin. If you have a non-skiing drop-off driver you can save the $18 daily parking charge. Overall, very satisfied. JK
