The Twisted Mermaid is a beautiful self-contained modern studio set in a lush garden. This new magnificently appointed studio has its own private entrance, private outdoor area as well as onsite parking. Much care has been taken to ensure the studio is equipped with top end appliances and linen. It comprises of a large bathroom, bedroom and an open plan kitchen and lounge. 'FLORIDA' - TRANQUIL BEACH HOUSE RETREAT

Ventnor is the place to go if you want some peace and quiet. Bordering on acreage farmland, 'Florida' is your little piece of serenity. The house is on a 740m2 fully fenced block with beautiful gum trees that provide both shade and privacy. The outside deck is perfectly located off the living area and has a BBQ, table and chairs. Inside is an open living area that includes kitchen, dining and lounge with a rustic wood fireplace. We are pet friendly and all bed linen and towels are provided.

Bathroom and separate toilet. All linen supplied. Close to beach, GP track, Penguin Parade, Nobbies Centre etc. 5 mins drive to Cowes to all shops & restaurants.

Set on a charming, very quiet and private property at the end of a cul-de-sac only 4 mins to Woolworths supermarket and 10 mins from the beach and Mornington Main St. The property has beautiful views of the Balcombe Creek pristine bushland and all of the Mornington Peninsula wineries, natural parks and attractions are at your door step.

Secluded Ventnor getaway.

Cosy and private one bedroom accommodation with additional living room perfect for that quite getaway. You will have access to the entire downstairs level of this property. The upstairs rooms are not accessible and no one will be there during your stay. There isn't a kitchen but basics like microwave, kettle, toaster and bar fridge are provided. There is also a large covered patio area with outdoor table and chairs and a gas BBQ for your use.
