Our Family of 5 absolutely loved our 3 night stay here, cannot say enough good things about this town, this host and this lovely space - everything was above and beyond our expectations! The space is larger than it appears in photos and everything inside was top quality. Our 3 kids each loved having their own bed. We enjoyed cooking and eating in as well as sampling the yummy food that the town has to offer. Sarah provides a great selection of movies, novels and picture books of the area as well as the most impressive Welcome Basket - much appreciated after a busy travel day!

This place is really special. We felt at home straight away and our little dog did too! It was comfortable and clean, equipped with everything you could need. It feels like it was once a loved home. Minutes from the beach and really nice restaurants, pier etc. Perfect communication from Maureen. We had a great time and would love to go back soon.

The accommodation was amazing to stay as a family! Plenty of space, clean and tidy! Everything was exactly as in the description. Treats in the fridge were a nice surprise as well!!! Joanna was so responsive and helpful. We will definitely recommend the apartment to our friends and come back ourselves next time we are in Ipswich. 🥰

Fantastic stay, was just what I needed. So peaceful, lots of birds singing when o sat outside and had dinner. Beautiful sunset. Great space to sit and read/write too. Grateful for the information about the local village - I enjoyed the local Chinese food! Also a really nice walk from the local sailing club to a nearby marina. Would stay here again, thanks Anne.

Perfect location and perfect base for our time in Ipswich. Apartment had everything we needed and a few extras which were a nice surprise. Would definitely stay here again for our next visit.

Had an amazing long weekend here! The property is stunning and really felt like a home away from home. The location is ideal, close to local shops and only a short distance to Thetford Forest. We had a wonderful time, the House was immaculate. Talking to Graham was very straight forward and easy. The house and grounds are in a beautiful setting. My wife and daughter used the pool most evenings. I would highly recommend staying at Blyth view!

We had a great time at T&T’s which we used as a base to catch up with family who live locally. Host was super responsive to the queries we had in advance of our stay. We used some of the local recommendations (restaurants and beaches) which were great. In a nutshell, a lovely home - stylish, cosy and comfortable, we would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time in Felixstowe. Ian's home was amazing. It was spotless and comfortable. There were all the appliances you could possibly ask for and we were able to access the Landguard Fort and the port, Felixstowe Ferry and the shops very easily. 2 Parking spaces and the beach a few yards away. Plenty of play activities if you have children. We had a great time and I would highly recommend Ian's lovely home.

Absolutely perfect stay in a beautiful area. The house was spotless and even bigger than the photos show! It was perfect for 4 adults and my 16 month old daughter. Stuart sent great instructions through and loads of information about the local area, although we actually loved the house and grounds so much that we didn’t venture any further - we had a lovely few relaxing days in the house and walks around the woodland. My daughter even got to feed the goats. Will definitely come back, and will do a summer visit too as the pool looked beautiful.

What a fantastic stay! Kim was very communicative in the booking and check in process. The flat was spotless on arrival and she had left lots of treats for the stay with coffee/tea/condiments/spices. It felt just like a home away from home. The location was fantastic for walking everywhere as it's so close to the train station. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could!

The photos cannot convey how secluded and beautiful the setting is - with the houses set among mature trees of a former arboretum. Guests are welcome to enjoy Paul and Esther's lovely garden. The annexe is entirely self-contained. Esther is an exceptionally friendly and helpful host.

We had a lovely weekend getaway at Tim’s place. I booked it very last minute and he was quick to get all the information to me to ensure a smooth entrance to the property. The flat itself is right on the beach with gorgeous views for your morning coffee! The flat is quiet and cosy and has everything you need for a relaxing trip. Thanks guys!

Stayed at this annexe for an eco wedding at the local Wellington Wood. It was very peaceful, and extremely convenient for local wildlife sites like Cranwich Heath. Inside, the main room was a bit nicer than the pictures suggest- it is basically a large studio with four beds one side, a TV area with sofa and chair, and a dining table. The whole thing is drawn together by use of the same upholstery fabric throughout, which is a nice touch. There's a separate kitchen and bathroom too and ceiling fans for hot weather. Our hosts were very responsive with check in and check out.

Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We looked at the stars while sipping champagne from our wedding a few months back. What more do you want! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Annetta! All the best Luke & Addie x

This was our 5th new year staying at Maddies Flat, and as always we had an amazing time. The accommodation is perfect, and the welcome items on arrival; butter, milk, bread and eggs is a special touch, along with jam and tea and coffee. Definitely recommend the Kings Head, which is walkable from Maddies. The apartment is clean, spacious, luxurious and we always feel at home as soon as we arrive. Hope to be back next year.
