great host , fully responsive and a very nice studio flat in a great area

The apartment is very well appointed with a great view over Ipswich Marina with the bonus of some fabulous sunsets too. The apartment is spacious for a two-bedroom accommodation and the two bathrooms are a definite advantage. The host, Martin, was very supportive and attentive to our needs throughout the stay with prompt and friendly communication. I would certainly recommend this apartment and would look to book again for future stays in Ipswich.

We couldn't have chosen a better location to stay in Woodbridge as it was walkable to everywhere, and having the included parking was a bonus. Had a great few days in Hunstanton for Easter with my young family - the apartment had everything we needed, and great location for popping back to during the day

We stayed here with our 2 children and our dogs . It was absolutely perfect . We had a wedding just a 4 minute walk from the caravan . We had come down from North Yorkshire and after a long drive it was lovely to come to such a clean , tidy along with everything you possibly needed. Just to say that Helen was a very kind and helpful host. Highly recommend to anyone . Thankyou so much . We really enjoyed our stay at Helen’s place !

A very peaceful and tranquil place to stay overlooking open countryside. Beautiful walks from the doorstep. Well equipped kitchen with a great selection of books and DVDs for a quiet evening in. plenty of tea/coffee/milk etc and lovely clean towels and bedding. Great resource of things to do with maps on your doorstep and a-joining villages. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. Laurie and Lucy are very friendly. Highly recommended

We stayed in this beautiful little getaway and absolutely loved it! We were really impressed with how clean everything was and how comfy the bed was! The location is perfect. There is a nice little walk to the beach which is about 2mins!! And a lovely little pub enroute, The Oddfellows which we definitely recommend a visit to! Everything is really easy to get to by foot and the neighbourhood is so nice! Ian was great, very friendly and approachable. He communicated with us prior to arrival to give instructions on what to do when we got there, ensured us we could contact him at any time should we need to (luckily we didn’t), and just before we left. Would highly recommend and will be visiting again!

The house was a stunning place to spend a few days. We had our 3 kids with us ages 3 and 6. They had fun just tearing around the courtyard but we also were able to walk to the beautiful beach. The house was spotless and perfect for our needs. The kings arms opposite does a great plate of food and was really kid and dog friendly. We had a great stay and we’ll be back!

Stayed at this chalet before and once again it did not disappoint. It’s clean and had a lovely arrival basket of essentials (including doggie treats 😃) also had sheets and towels included. The host is great at responding. It’s peaceful and tranquil yet walkable to local park, boats, pubs and restaurants. There’s also a bar/ restaurant on site (1 minute walk) Spacious for 2 to 4 people 10 minute drive to Lowestoft or Kessingland and 20 to Great Yarmouth. Amazing place to stay and great value

We just spent three nights here and it was wonderful! The garden is the most peaceful and stunning place, and although technically shared with Hannah & family’s garden next door, it feels very private. The open plan downstairs is huge and well equipped. We stayed with our 11 month old and Hannah provided a high chair, travel cot, blackout blinds, baby bath etc which was so helpful. The setup is perfect for a family, with the smaller room ideal for kids / baby. Hannah and Andy were really responsive to any messages and super friendly too. I didn’t want to leave, we would definitely stay again!!

The most gorgeous house with great facilities. Such peaceful surroundings and felt very safe and secure. The host gave some many recommendations on activities and places to go that aren’t far from the area. Can be a little hard to find, however the host gave clear instructions. Couldn’t recommend more!

Beautiful place in a beautiful location. Perfect stay, house is gorgeous, very clean & has everything you need. Great welcome pack and lovely touch leaving a bottle of Prosecco. Great hosts! Awesome location… Lots to do within walking distance, for adults and children. Would definitely love to come back, and highly recommend.

A perfectly located home from home on Norfolk’s north coast, easy access to all the key sights on offer and a quick trip back to Norwich if you wanted to take in a visit to the city as part of your stay.

A delightful, peaceful location, a stones throw from miles and miles of clean beaches. Just what we were looking for. House was very welcoming, thanks for the wine and chocolates! Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! Thank you to Mark and Maxine for hosting such a fabulous apartment!

Sam’s place is at a fantastic location with everything within a short walk. The bed was probably the comfiest I have ever slept in. The place was spacious and stylish and had everything we needed. Would stay again and would recommend!

A lovely apartment on two floors, at the top of a beautiful Georgian building. We used the round room inside the rotunda at the front to have breakfast whilst watching ships on the river and out at sea.

A beautiful place next to the water in such a peaceful, calm location in Norfolk. A lovely place to relax and take a break. The property was clean and easy to find with the clear instructions received prior to arrival. The pub at the end of the drive is great and the coast wasn't far away by car. Verity communicated well and responded to any messages I had. Thank you again!

we love it here and have been lucky enough to come here a couple of times now. this will forever be our favourite place to stay in Winterton (or anywhere!) it's immaculate, well equipped, comfortable, perfect for my small dogs, Elaine is absolutely fabulous and very welcoming and helpful. I honestly cannot recommend Sea Mist enough. We had the best weekend again.

It’s okay to pull right up and unload all of your stuff right in front of the iron gate. It’s a pretty melow and sleepy seaside yown concerning such matters. Host said up to ten minutes parking there should be okay. Note that the road that the apartment entrance is located on is a single-lane “alleyway” and easy to pass right by. Comingbfrom Sainsburys and heading down Nicholas Road, it is the small street just before the light at Regent Street. You can ise the Just Park app to park at Sainsburys cheaply, but recommend parking at the southern edge of the parking lot in some of the wider family spaces. I got a major ding on the side of my car from parking in the busier section of the parking lot for several days.

A lovely well equipped apartment central to everything. The main high street literally a 5 min stroll. Liz was very friendly and helped with parking. The kitchen was particularly well equipped with everything you might need. An Easter egg and lemon drizzle cake was waiting for us on our arrival which was a thoughtful touch. Beds were very comfortable. Would most definitely recommend this apartment and hope to return in the future.
