Highly recommend if you’re looking for a home away from home, in a central but quiet location. Exactly as described. The house was lovely, with a private enclosed garden. My son and our pet dog had a great time! There was parking on the street right outside the property and also a drive way. Board games to play, and we really appreciated the tea or coffee on arrival with fresh milk too. Mark was a perfect host, and really saved the day for us and was on hand immediately if we needed assistance. We have family that live nearby, so would love to come back again in the future. Thank you so much for a perfect stay!

We stayed for 5 days and they were excellent. It was spotlessly clean with very high quality furnishings and equipment. Really could not fault Kathy’s communication which was timely and effective. I’ve stayed in many Air BnBs and at times it takes the whole stay to read through house rules not in Kathy’s it’s more just enjoy your stay than don’t do this and that. Would highly recommend. If I was to pick fault it would be in the listing as Tide house is EVEN BETTER than the photos 😁😁😁

We had an absolutely wonderful family weekend in Victoria’s beautiful farmhouse. There was everything we needed and the kitchen was very well equipped. All the bedrooms were great and the garden is beautiful - the children loved the trampoline! We also loved having the cats around - very friendly! Thank you so much. We had a great time!

We had a great couple of days at Merries Byre - we wished we could have stayed longer. The house was lovely and in a great location. Even the weather held out for us!

Stayed at this chalet before and once again it did not disappoint. It’s clean and had a lovely arrival basket of essentials (including doggie treats 😃) also had sheets and towels included. The host is great at responding. It’s peaceful and tranquil yet walkable to local park, boats, pubs and restaurants. There’s also a bar/ restaurant on site (1 minute walk) Spacious for 2 to 4 people 10 minute drive to Lowestoft or Kessingland and 20 to Great Yarmouth. Amazing place to stay and great value

Maria is really a super host. Extremely helpful and responsive. We had a great time at the property. Kids loved the hammock, ping pong table and badminton court. Plenty of space for football and the property was beautiful. Had a great time as family. Great atmosphere

I chose the house for practical reasons as I needed be near to an elderly parent over Christmas. It was actually bigger than I expected and it was lovely to find a house so clean and tidy; and thoughtfully organised, ordered and equipped. Trevor's responses and suggestions were excellent – and the fact he'd got milk in was a godsend as my father found he'd run out after the shop closed. Altogether, it was like a real home from home. The house is an easy walk from the main centre of Orford and although as a city-dweller, I found the lack of street-lighting disconcerting when walking back at night, the traffic was light and never fast. The children's festive service in St Bartholomew's on Dec 25th was beyond delightful, and there was a warm welcome (and free drinks!) in the pub next door to the churchyard afterwards. I already know the village and enjoyed rediscovering some excellent walks and spending time looking at the boats on the quay. Altogether a relaxing, stress-free experience.

Good accommodation in a beautiful area, very quiet, perfect for a " getaway." Accommodation was very clean.

We had a great time in Nicola's lovely home. Seagull's Rest is a hidden gem in beautiful Oulton Broads/Lowestoft where you will find everything you need to have a great stay. The nearby Nicholas Everitt Park has everything you need to keep kids and adults busy and happy for hours. And the pool on the premises is clean and well kept. Recommended.

we had a lovely weekend at Dianne's caravan. it was the perfect base to attend a wedding. The accomidation was as described perfectly clean. A well equipped kitchen, spotless bathroom and bed made for our arrival. We would definitely book again and explore the area more

My daughter and I had a fabulous stay at California Sands this April. From the moment the chalet was booked to handing back the key, communication from the hosts was fantastic, very quick, friendly and helpful responses in a matter of minutes. Instructions on how to find the chalet & to the keysafe were clear. On arrival, we found the chalet to be clean, extremely well equipped and a perfect home from home. A fabulous guest handbook in the chalet provided lots of detail about the chalet, the holiday park and the local area, a really helpful & thoughtful addition. The site itself had lots to do, offered various places to eat & the staff were all very friendly. We have told everyone about our wonderful experience and hope to revisit in the not too distant future.

We had a great stay at Andy & Fiona’s cottage in Sculthorpe. The cottage was well equipped and the location was really convenient for exploring North Norfolk. Andy and Fiona were fab hosts and super responsive on all comms. We would not hesitate to recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Threshing Barn. It was the perfect place to catch up with friends – peaceful, comfortable, and beautifully presented. The accommodation was faultless, with everything we needed for a relaxing break. Having a beautiful spa right on the doorstep made it even more special. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Lorna and Dean's cottage was a so comfortable for our group and a wonderful place to make our Easter memories. Everything is so well appointed and there are detailed notes about absolutely everything. The house is so lovingly lived in and has real cozy character. The garden and pool are stunning and a sun trap for the whole afternoon. The house is located within an easy distance to so many places, we enjoyed a visit to Sandringham while there. We would love to come back and stay in the future and would recommend to family and friends.

We stayed here with our 2 children and our dogs . It was absolutely perfect . We had a wedding just a 4 minute walk from the caravan . We had come down from North Yorkshire and after a long drive it was lovely to come to such a clean , tidy along with everything you possibly needed. Just to say that Helen was a very kind and helpful host. Highly recommend to anyone . Thankyou so much . We really enjoyed our stay at Helen’s place !

We had a lovely Easter weekend here. Our third time staying in the cottage , such a beautiful place , very quiet and relaxing , very well equipped with everything we needed . Corin is a lovely, friendly and responsive host, who left lots of helpful information and tips of places to go, as well as some treats 😊 Hope to be back again soon

The property was excellent. We were only there for one night. The only issue was the driving instructions are based upon approaching the property from Lowestoft. If approachiong from the South and if using Google maps you end up just down the road from the property. Jessica guided us in so all good.

The cottage was thoughtfully put together with everything we could have needed. It was clean with an attention to detail. A very comfortable bed & sofa. It was really quiet & just what was needed to switch off and relax. Not far from happisburgh beach eccles etc. Convenient public footpath on the opposite side of the road. Would definitely stay again in the future, highly recommend.

We had a really relaxing stay in this beautiful place with a stunning outdoor forest directly accessible through the large garden. A tastefully decorated house with interesting artefacts and ceramics. A great place for reading books, cooking and having fires outside in the fire pit. Super quiet and peaceful and a perfect place for rest and recuperation. Also a good location from which to explore forests and sights of Norfolk.

Place was v cute, enjoyed the weekend birthday getaway, cabin was perfect and clean!! And area was scenic 💫

We enjoyed our stay at Lesleys place. Very near to the sea and close to all beeches we wanted to visit. The cottage had everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed the jaccuzzi. The cottage is dog friendly and had all things our 4 month old Labrador puppy needed.

We had a great stay whilst visiting family. Great area and very spacious accommodation. Caroline was lovely and on hand if we needed anything. Would stay again.
