Enjoy everything Nettleham has to offer! Spend your days discovering the surrounding area as there are many things to do nearby. Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire house designed to allow you to live as a local. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, coffee machine, a freezer and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax with a large living room space and offers a television and internet access. Local amenities: Co-op groceries shop, local take away shops (Pizza, Chinese, Greek2Me), local friendly pubs, bus stop in front of the house, pharmacy, barber shop, flower shop, coffee shop. 10 minutes drive to Lincoln Historical City (Lincoln Cathedral, Lincoln Castle). 15 minutes drive to Lincoln Train Station. This house has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. The second bedroom contains a double bed. The bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking facilities available near the property - Pets are not allowed at the property.

Perfect for those who are looking for a relaxing mini break, or week away. Surrounded by countryside walks yet still great for those looking for a trip into Lincoln for food and shopping! We have farmers fields to the rear which are sprayed a couple of times a year

Beautifully converted former stables in Nettleham

Please note 2 night minimum stay. The Stables is a beautifully converted Grade 11 listed building within the spacious garden walls of our home in Nettleham. It still retains many of the original features; a perfect retreat to enjoy a relaxing break away. Only 2 miles from Lincoln, with easy acess to the city. There is also safe, private parking on site. Within our village, there are 2 lovely pubs, one serving food, a fish & chip shop, Chinese takeaway and the Co-op store is within 2 minutes.

No. 17 is perfectly positioned in the Historic Cathedral Quarter on the same level as the Cathedral (so your choice if you want to go down the famous Steep Hill & take the walk back up again). The house has been recently renovated to a high standard is very warm and cosy. No.17 is in a quiet side street so a good nights sleep is guaranteed. The Milking Parlour, a brick barn at Moorland Farm

The Milking Parlour is a brick built barn in a quiet, rural location. The city of Lincoln is a 20 minute drive away. This barn used to be part of a milking shed. It has a vaulted roof and there are two areas: a bedroom-studio and a shower-wet room. The kitchen has a small fridge-freezer, a small induction hob and a combination microwave-grill. The wet room has a walk-in shower, toilet, sink and mirror with light, de-mister and shave socket. Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs.
