A beautiful place to get away from the crowds. The private beach made the difference. The view to the volcano and lake was unmatched. Definitely a place to stay again.

The house and location are beautiful. The groundskeeper is always available and willing to help, checking on us on a daily basis. The host provided tour services and was very communicative. The house is clean but there is some room for improvement. Please note: the house has a lot of steps/stairs, which is typical on a lake front property around Atitlan, but if you are traveling with an elderly group or disable guest, I would suggest staying at a hotel with accessible amenities. That said, we enjoyed our stay here, the views, amenities, and hot tub. PS: This is our second time in Atitlan, and we felt the prices of several services have gone up by a large margin (laundry services, home made meals, transportation (boat and Tuk Tuk), tours). Prices are going up globally so we expected a change but not as much. Expect to pay a tourist tax but pay attention. As a family, we support the local economy, and are aware and okay with paying extra but nobody likes feeling taken advantage of.

I just have no words for how beautiful this house is. we stayed here for our honeymoon + it just exceeded our expectations in every way. Luis is the man! thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. we will definitely be back!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful house, and I have to say, Adolfo was an exceptional host. From the moment we arrived, he made sure everything was perfect for us. His hospitality was above and beyond, offering helpful recommendations, answering any questions we had, and making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The house itself was gorgeous, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. Adolfo's kindness and attentiveness really made our family’s trip memorable, and we are so grateful for his help. Highly recommend!

Es la tercera vez que nos hospedamos en casa de Otto y 100% recomendado. El lugar como siempre impecable, la piscina increíble. la casa cuenta con TODO lo necesario para tener una estadía tranquila, si se quiere cocinar tiene todo lo necesario, la parrilla en el área de jardín está estupenda si se quiere compartir en familia un asado. Definitivamente regresaremos!!

En lo personal recomiendo el lugar por que reúne todo los aspectos buen alojamiento y el excelente servicio por lo que clasificación por diamantes de la AAA, la guía de viajes de Forbes y la Guía MICHELIN es la mejor expresión de esta experiencia Recomendable! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice home surrounded by amazing gardens in the middle of a functioning Coffee plantation. If you’re there at the right time you can see the harvest and the process coffee goes through to get to your cup. Loved the pool! Furnishings in the home were not as comfy as I would have anticipated as reflected by the price. Loved the privacy. Loved the isolation. Loved the nature.
