Casa muy bonita con detalles preciosos, excelente ubicación para ir a los parques del Irtra... Zona privada con seguridad. Jorge siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros. Sin lugar a dudas vuelvo a rentarla.

Beautiful private community. The best part of the house was the pool and garden. Well maintained. The house is nice and close to the parks- had AC but we were really only home in the evenings and didn’t need to use it much. Will probably return in the future.

My friends and I had the best time at this airbnb. We loved it so much we wanted to spend all the time here. The space was more than enough for 9 of us. This place has so many amenities we felt like we had something to do all the time, especially the lake access in the backyard. We spent most of our time swimming in the lake and jumping from the pier. Also the heated swimming pool with a gorgeous view was perfect to relax after swimming in cold lake water. Adolfo was very helpful and responsive. Very grateful for salvador, rosa and bella for making us food and getting us anything we wanted from the town. They made our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. Hope to be back here soon :)

Doña Rosa went above and beyond for us! Long story short, we were left by our driver in Panajachel, (lots of) luggage and all. I contacted doña Rosa and she immediately was helpful. She recommended a local lancha (boat) person who immediately picked us up and brought us to the boat launch area near the Airbnb. Since we had tons of luggage, she offered herself and her vehicle to do a couple of trips to get all of our luggage to the Airbnb. She didn’t hesitate to jump into action and help us out. Once we were at the Airbnb she was beyond welcoming. Showing us the gorgeous home and all of its amenities. The house itself is as pictured. Beautiful inside and out. We had a blast enjoying the pool, the jacuzzi or just sitting outside enjoying the birds sing. The location is amazing. Nestled within a lot of beautiful homes! The community even has a helipad which we saw a helicopter land on right in front of us! I would totally recommend doña Rosa & her beautiful home!

Lugar muy bonito, tranquilo y muy limpio, la anfitriona siempre pendiente de todo y muy amable, definitivamente volvería al alojamiento.

Beautiful house. Plenty of parking, bathrooms for every room, large living room, well equipped kitchen, and extra folding tables if you wanted to eat outside. Host was very responsive of any issues or questions that we had. The house is in a private residential community that was peaceful and quiet.

This Airbnb is beautiful, 3 minute walk to the lake! Locating it was bit complicated, I would honestly recommend paying a tuk tuk to direct you to the house since Apple Maps and Waze lost us. Thankfully Dana was incredibly helpful in finding us and taking us to the Airbnb! Other than that everything was perfect!!!!! 10/10

Hermosa casa en Santiago Atitlán con vista de la terraza al volcán San Pedro. Cada detalle de la casa está cuidado , es funcional , acogedora , amplia , impecable. Tienes muchas cosas para hacer : sauna , tomar sol y nadar en el lago, tomar una lancha para ir a alguno de los pueblitos . Susan es muy amable , precisa con las introducciones , José , que cuida la casa es muy agradable y comprometido con su trabajo. Es una casa para quedarse en una larga estancia , porque puedes relajarte realmente . Gracias Susan por compartir tu casa ! Mil por ciento recomendable .

Una experiencia inolvidable en plena naturaleza Nuestra estadía en Finca Vita Nova, Casa Cedro, fue simplemente espectacular. El lugar es perfecto para desconectarse del ritmo diario y disfrutar de un entorno natural increíble. La casa es amplia, cómoda y bien equipada, ideal para grupos grandes. Nos encantó la piscina —una joya en la zona—, perfecta para relajarse durante el día o bajo las luces del atardecer. Rodman, el anfitrión, fue muy atento y se aseguró de que tuviéramos todo lo necesario. La comunicación fue fluida desde el inicio, lo cual facilitó mucho el proceso de llegada y salida. El sistema de llegada autónoma también fue muy conveniente. Sin duda, es un lugar al que nos encantaría regresar. ¡Recomendado al 100%!

Un lugar bellísimo, bella casa de campo para disfrutar mucho de las vacaciones, nos encantó, solo sugerimos un mapa para tener un njeornacceso de la garita a la casa. seguro volveremos

The place is in a safely gated community which is 5 min to the parks and about 15 min to downtown Reu. Great location. The house has a beautiful pool which we really enjoyed with a bbq area. Another highlight is each room in the house has its own bathroom so that we don’t have to share bathroom. Gorgeous kitchen as well equipped with everything. We definitely will stay here again.

Carlos was outstanding. Very attentive, easy to communicate. His place well recommend for wheelchair access. My mom loved the place. The kitchen has all of the necessities. I would love to come back soon. He is a super host.

The house had everything we needed it was very clean the pictures match the description I would definitely book this place again.Santos the ground keeper was available for anything we needed and with help of places we wanted to visit for the day ,he maintains the property in great condition .

One of my favorite places to stay in San Pedro. Once if the most beautiful homes with so many places to hang out and enjoy. Best location in San Pedro, amazing and responsive owners, and a fully equipped and comfortable place to call home while away. Thank you for my 3rd visit and I promise I'll be back again.
