Pimpisa was excellent to communicate with she was very flexible. The house keeper making breakfast was a great plus for us! Location was perfect 5 mins walk to BTS plus maccers/starbucks and supermarket just down the road

With three spacious rooms, each boasting a private bathroom, everyone will have a slice of comfort. The expansive living room and dining area are ideal for gathering together, and the well-equipped kitchen with washing facilities is a fantastic bonus. And let’s not forget the hosts, Jacob and Surapong! They are delightful—always responsive and incredibly friendly, making your stay even more enjoyable. We had an unforgettable time here and can’t recommend it highly enough! It’s a fantastic experience!

we have stayed at this same location two times in the past month. we have found the staff to be very helpful, friendly and responsive to any question. I would not only recommend staying at this location, but I hope to and plan to stay at this location again in the upcoming future.

Appartement spacieux, moderne, tout confort et situation idéale proche des différents transports pour rayonner sur Bangkok. Nous y avons séjourné plusieurs jours avec nos 2 enfants. Cerise sur le gâteau : la piscine au dernier étage avec vue sur les buildings environnants. Merci à Chonny pour son accueil et sa réactivité. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

So close to BTS Food places around to eat well and very cheap. Pool is great as well.

This place was very nice with close proximity to Icon Siam Mall (15 min walk). The place was clean and had good views of the city. The wifi wasn't the best and we lost signal a few times. The gym has everything needed for a good workout but the sauna takes so long to warm up it wasn't really worth using. Overall it was a nice stay.

I had a fantastic stay! The location was absolutely ideal—close to everything I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The facilities were spotless and very well maintained. Highly recommended!
