Renta de villas vacacionales en Stromboli

Una casa elegante e molto curata nei minimi particolari. Elena e Stefano ci hanno accolto con molte premure e ci hanno fatto trovare il necessario per una ricca colazione, così come i prodotti per la cucina, il bagno e il barbecue posizionato in giardino. La casa è situata vicino al centro abitato di Leni eppure è molto silenziosa e tranquilla. Il parcheggio per l’auto è posizionato davanti la casa. Le foto non rendono fino in fondo quanto sia bella e curata la casa. Consigliamo vivamente e ci torneremo.

We had wonderful 2 weeks at the house. It is a beautiful place with a stunning view on the sea. It was our first time in Stromboli and we fell in love with the island. The house was freshly renovated and looked even better than on the pictures. Many pieces of old furniture, paintings of the island and ceramic make it very cosy. We often went to the small beautiful beach directly next to the house that was empty most of the times. We can highly recommend Marcello’s house.

Glauco e sua moglie Livia sono gentilissimi. La casa è bellissima, fresca naturalmente e posizionata benissimo. Gode di grande tranquillità ed essendo un'antica casa filicudiana,di grande charme.

E' da nove anni che usiamo air-bnb e devo dire che questo alloggio, oltre a rispondere perfettamente alla descrizione, è quello in cui abbiamo ricevuto la migliore accoglienza ed era la casa in assoluto più fornita! gli host ci hanno lasciato moltissimi omaggi, la casa aveva a disposizione tutto il necessario per cucinare, lavarsi, lavare i piatti e i vestiti. la posizione attaccata ad un mare accessibile, e gli ampi spazi all'aperto (comprese le docce) e all'ombra, la rendono un alloggio perfetto per famiglie con bambini. Torregrotta non è un paese particolarmente interessante, quindi è bene avere l'auto se si vogliono visitare i dintorni e fare una spesa più sostanziosa. complessivamente l'alloggio è quindi più che consigliato!

Sebbene per raggiungere l'alloggio sia necessario un mezzo privato (come ben ribadito e specificato dall'host) la posizione ripagherà la vostra lontananza dal paese di Lipari. La casa si affaccia sulla spiaggia di porticello, incastonata tra le cave di pomice. Ci sono ampissimi spazi esterni ed una tranquillità invidiabile. Nulla da eccepire, assolutamente consigliato.

Ho soggiornato in questa casa per 5 giorni con un gruppo di amici e ne sono assolutamente soddisfatto. Domenica è una host perfetta: disponibile, gentile, amichevole e pronta sempre a soddisfare le richieste degli ospiti. Pulizia della casa impeccabile, sono anche presenti tutti i comfort come televisore, ventilatori, asciugacapelli .La casa si trova in salita quindi è consigliato l’affitto di un mezzo di trasporto, ma se si è in grado è possibile anche muoversi a piedi e fare uso dei mezzi pubblici dell’isola. Sicuramente un’ottima scelta che terrò in considerazione per soggiorni futuri nella splendida isola di Salina

Renatos place was very charming and private. Renato is a very kind and helpful host - and very responsive. The decor in the house is old school and suits the house well. The garden is very green and wonderful. We enjoyed the almost private beach with crystal clear water several times a day - as it is within 5 min walking distance. There is a great supermarket just 5 minutes drive from the house near the city of Brolo, that we used. Remember to bring mosquito spray and buy the mosquito candles in the supermarket - they are necessary for staying in the garden. The cleaning in the kitchen could be improved, especially the kitchen exhaust hood was quite greasy. We had to buy dish washer tablets, soap for the washing machine and kitchen cloths, as there weren't any. Renato offered to provide some, but we didn't want him to drive from Messina just for that. It would be great with some light, foldable chairs for the beach - umbrellas are available. We would be happy to come back anytime!

La villa proposta da Patrizia è un vero gioiello a 10/15 minuti di macchina dal centro della città. Ha reso il nostro soggiorno alle Eolie ancora più magico. I due terrazzi esterni e la vista sulla città di Lipari ci sono piaciuti tantissimo, danno una serenità incredibile. La casa ha tutto quello che serve incluso il posto auto, la doccia esterna (anche calda) in cui è possibile fare la doccia guardando il mare ed anche un barbecue se volete fare una grigliata a casa come abbiamo fatto noi. La villa si trova vicino il punto di osservazione geofisico dell’isola dal quale abbiamo potuto godere di tramonti bellissimi con la vista su Vulcano ed in lontananza Alicudi e Filicudi. La nostra esperienza è stata positiva e terrò in considerazione questo posto anche per il futuro. Grazie Patrizia e Massimo!

Giuseppe and his wife, Angela, were the kindest, most hospitable, most caring hosts imaginable. The villa itself is a dream, but to have these fine people along with it is to enjoy a perfect combination. We stayed in the off season, so some of the Seaside amenities were not available, and a few restaurants were closed, but it did not impact our enjoyment of the area very much. There is a bus stop almost directly in front of the house, which makes it very easy to get to and from the nearby city of Messina, including access from the central rail/bus terminal. There is a food and sundries store within walking distance, a post office—and of course plenty of gelato vendors! The Villa’s pool is gorgeous and beautifully maintained, although cushions for the lounge chairs would be a big plus. We were glad to have a washer/dryer in the Villa but operating them took a lot of guesswork—manuals would have saved time. Overall, a stunning home in a lovely location, with incredibly kind hosts.

Beautiful home! The house and garden are lovely. Great view of the ocean from the second level. Alessandra was very helpful at check in and in arranging taxi service. To access the bedrooms from the kitchen/living areas you need to use exterior stone steps, but that wasn’t an issue for us. 10 minute walk to restaurants, 20 minute walk to beach. You can rent scooters to get down and up the hill, but we enjoyed the walk. We loved our stay. Thank you!

La maison de Daniela a une vue magnifique, c’est un endroit parfait pour une parenthèse hors du temps. Nous étions 3 famille avec ados , la disposition des chambres permet à chacun d’avoir son indépendance. La maison est très isolée et l’accès pas simple ( toute petite route sur la fin) mais nous étions prévenus. Possibilité de louer une petite voiture à l’arrivée au port pour ne pas dépendre des taxis. Amazing, beautiful and romantic private house located in one of the best spots in Stromboli ! Dario’s house is a true gem! The view from the terrace is a must as well as the perfect kitchen located on the top floor .. it allows guests to fully enjoy breakfast, aperitivo and dinner with a 360 panorama of Stromboli and Strombolicchio.

We rented the place to spend time with my husband's brothers and sisters-in-law near their ancestral village. The place was ideal for 4 couples and we were able to have dinner all together along with a fourth brother and sister-in-law, my daughter and nephews. We cooked some great meals there. Salvatore's mom Patrizia was a real life-saver when I came down with sinusitis and needed antibiotics - she directed me to the closest medical clinic and even scheduled x-rays and a follow up visit. Salvatore was there in a flash when my husband locked us out of the house. As for location, this place was a little off the beaten path but close enough to everything : the closest beach was a 5 minute drive down the hill, grocery store and great bakery less than 10 minutes by car and 20 minute drive to our new favourite ice cream place. It was great for day trips to Etna, Cefalu, Milazzo, Messina, Catania, Tindari, Palermo and everywhere in between. We had the choice of 3 train stations.

We had the pleasure to enjoy the villa dei sogni for almost two weeks. Like our first visit, it was again just breathtaking. The house, the pool and especially the view, absolutely amazing! See you next time, villa dei sogni!

We spent a wonderful week at Dario's place, which is a lovely house in a beautiful, peaceful spot, but not too far from anything you'd want to do, from eating out to climbing the volcano to catching sunset at the Spaggia Lunga. Catching sunset at the Spaggia Lunga - with cocktails at Capra Babba - was one of the many recommendations from the wonderful Valentina, who is Dario's secret weapon, who also providing us with a very warm welcome -- and a very good mozzarella, straight off the boat. Highly recommended for a true taste of Stromboli.

Our stay at Villa Cycas was such an incredible experience: between the property, the surrounding small village of Salice, the scenic views of Mount Stromboli in the distance, and most importantly Ottavio as our host. Ottavio was genuinely friendly and great to talk to throughout check-in as he gave us a detailed tour of the property. His private dinner option at the villa is definitely a must add on your bucket list. Both him and his wife Paola came to the villa and cooked an amazing dinner for my family and it was great getting to know both during that experience. The villa itself was clean and the surrounding property filled lush with meticulously placed foliage including an abundance of lemon, orange, and kumquat trees that Ottavio invited us to pick the fruit from. Our family absolutely enjoyed the swimming pool and outdoor sauna along with the views of the Aeolian Islands in the distance. Thank you Ottavio for the memories our family made while at your family's villa!

Wonderful house, one of the highlights of our trip. Great views of the aeolian islands, above capo d'orlando. Swimming in the pool and looking out to sea is someting not to be missed. Peace and quiet an absolute gem.

la dimora (non si può chiamare semplicemente casa) è non solo rispondente alle foto pubblicate sul sito ma ancora più bella. per chi come me è innamorata di altre isole (Stromboli e Filicudi) la posizione, impareggiabile è stata il vero valore aggiunto insieme agli esterni e anche agli arredamenti, estremamente funzionali.

Notre séjour à la Villa a été pour nous de formidables vacances familiales ! Nos hôtes sont très chaleureux, vraiment accueillants et particulièrement sympathiques ! Nous recommandons les yeux fermés cette location. La maison est très bien entretenue, vraiment propre et bien équipée, située sur un joli terrain plein de verdure, dépaysant ! La piscine propre et entretenue tout au long de notre séjour nous aura permis de passer d’excellentes vacances et de voir les enfants progresser en natation. A 10 minutes de la plage, Brolo ou capo d’Orlando offrent de merveilleux couchers de soleil. Nos vacances estivales 2023 resteront de merveilleux souvenirs dans ce lieu idéal !

If any one of my friends or family members were to visit the Aeolian Islands, I would recommend this place in a heart beat. Beautiful and charming, this little house has the best views on the island. The house was immaculately clean and the pool was such an added bonus. The owners were so helpful and picked us up with our luggage and dropped us back off by the ferry at the end of the trip.

Cette résidence est vraiment très belle et la maison très agréable. La piscine est grande, propre et très belle. La maison vraiment sympa avec une vue sublimissime. Nous avons passé de super vacances entre mer, plage ou snorkeling et randonnées sur les volcans et l'autre mont à côté qui est sauvage et très agréable et offre un beau point de vue sur le cratère du volcan, sans oublier la piscine où les enfants se sont régalés. La résidence est très belle, un peu loin du petit centre ville (6km) mais une navette gratuite fait le lien toutes les heures. Attention le linge de maison (draps,serviettes...) n'est fourni qu'avec un supplément.

Heerlijk huis met geweldig zwembad en tuin. Je krijgt hier echt een vakantiegevoel. Je leeft grotendeels buiten en bent daar van alle luxe voorzien. In huis overal airco dat is heel fijn. wij hadden gedacht dat twee badkamers ook twee douches zouden hebben maar dat was niet het geval. Dus dat was even plannen met vijf volwassenen. Salvatore is een geweldige host. Hij was er toen we aan kwamen, leidde ons rond door tuin en huis en gaf tips om Sicilië te ontdekken. Wij konden ten alle tijden alles aan hem vragen. Helemaal top!
