Architecturally designed studio with immediate access to train, tram and bike paths. Close to Melbourne Airport. Studio offers the latest in Italian designed kitchen and bathroom features, TV, B & O speakers and comfortable queen sized bed. The studio is located over the garage at the rear of the property. A 1.5km walk to trams giving easy access to some of Melbourne's coolest inner city northern suburbs - Fitzroy, Northcote, Brunswick. Longer stays considered on enquiry.
