Our family of 5 was very comfortable here for the weekend. Everything we needed was there, the place was clean, no clutter, and easy to get into. A very nice family neighborhood which we felt safe walking around in. The bedrooms have room darkening blinds, which is always appreciated. One of our kids slept on a double blow up mattress in the walk in closet. There was space at the foot of the mattress for her stuff and she loved having her own space. The beds were all comfy and the driveway and porch well maintained (there had been recent snow). We would definitely stay at John’s place again!

Heather was a great, accommodating host. She provided us with recommendations in the area and was very responsive. Would recommend!

We had a fabulous vacation at sandbox cottage! Michael was a superb host, and the property was everything we could have wished for and more!! They had anticipated anything and everything that we could possibly want, and the location is superb! It truly is a two minute walk to the beach, and it is just a few minutes drive to many attractions. We visited the Dunes, the PEI preservatives company, and the Anne of Green Gables site while we were there. I recommend this host and his airbnb very highly!!!

We have stayed at a number of lovely properties in the years that we have been using Airbnb and Yellow Door 44 is up there is the best of them. In particular, we appreciated - everything was very, very clean - this cleaner knows their work! - the kitchen is unusually well stocked with more glasses, cups, flatware, cookware, dinnerware, etc. than we have at home - there are lots and lots of towels and extra linens - the rooms are big, comfortable, airy, and bright with really good lighting (hard to get in many properties) - the beds and linens are very comfortable - communication related to check-in and out was very good - the information binder describing how all of the appliances and such worked was excellent. It also included many local restaurant suggestions We enjoyed it here very much and will return next time we are on the Island.

We enjoyed staying here. Check-in was easy. The accomodations were clean and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked. The area is peaceful. We would definitely book again in the future!

My friends and I stayed in Amanda’s upper apartment and really loved our time there. We arrived late at night and couldn’t find the key in the dark — it would have been very easy to find in the day lol. We called Amanda and she was so friendly and helpful despite how late it was. Throughout the day, we were at SOMMO Festival — a bit of a drive but we didn’t mind at all since we loved Amanda’s place so much! If you’re touring the island, it would be amazing since it’s only 35 minutes from Avonlea Village/Cavendish. I’m not sure if anyone was staying on the lower floor; if they were, we never heard or saw them. We had total privacy. The beds were comfortable and we all had an amazing sleep each night. Cannot recommend this place enough!

The place was very spacious, clean and cozy with a lot of natural light. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to comfortably cook. Very well furnished with modern and comfortable pieces. Extra linens and towels were readily available and the location makes it very quiet and private, but also close to amenities and night live! There is a massuse on the main floor of the building that is highly recommended as well!!! Overall a great place to relax and have fun!!! Thank you very much Jeni! I will gladly stay again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Lisa’s. Such a beautiful quiet neighborhood so close to everything downtown yet you would never know it. We started and ended each day with a lovely walk on the boardwalk by the ocean. Just a short stroll and we were waterfront. The home had everything we needed for our stay in Charlottetown. We will be back again I’m sure.

The only reason we gave them 5 stars is because we couldn't give them 10 stars. They met us when we checked in to the apartment just to be sure we had everything we needed. They went above and beyond in so many areas. We want to visit again and will definitely try to stay with them. Thanks for a lovely stay in Prince Edward Island. Note: This apartment is located less than 10 minutes from the Anne of Green Gables National Park. Very convenient!

Always clean and quiet spot to spend time. everything you need is there. Great place to stay.

This place exceeds our expectations. It’s located right downtown. 5 mins walk to all the local attractions. It’s also close to the beautiful boardwalk on the coast. The host communicates really well. She greeted us and show us around. The kitchen utensils were one of the best equipped that we have seen. The place is very clean and comfortable with individual heat pumps for heat and air conditioning. Can’t ask for a nicer place. The good grocery stores are located outside the neighbourhood, but they were a bus ride away. Buses were frequent enough for our needs. The farmers market is also on the same route opens on Saturday mornings.

Apartment is well located to explore downtown Charlottetown, including nearby parks and walkways by the river. The apartment itself is nice and cosy, well furnished and came in with a few complimentary snacks. The host proactively contacted us because some supplies were missing and offered to pass by the apartment to restock. All in all very positive experience.

If you are a couple or single traveller looking for a downtown Charlottetown apartment with ocean view, then you’ll be very happy staying here! This top floor apartment is modern, stylish and only a few minutes walk to the heart of downtown. Great balcony and safe parking. We stayed for 1 month and the kitchen was well equipped for our longer stay. Everything about our experience was 5 stars and we’d love to stay again!

Great views, lovely surroundings and complimentary snacks and bathroom products were much appreciated. Very quiet if the upstairs unit is not rented seperately. We would come again!

Spacious 2nd floor apartment with excellent view of Charlottetown harbour. Great location; close to restaurants, shopping, etc. Would re-visit in future.

There are not even words to describe how incredible this haven was. It is so cozy, cute and peaceful. Great for a solo trip or baecation- right on the water and walking distance to most restaurants downtown. 10/10 would recommend.

Quiet place with calming water front view. Parking is super easy. All the downtown restaurants are just mins away. The Receiver Coffee next door is excellent. The lobster seafood restaurant is also just next door. Couldn’t ask for a better stay.

We've now stayed in 3 out of the 4 apartments in this building. And this one was just as wonderful as the others. Easy, accessible parking. Clear & precise check-in information. The unit was VERY clean, tastefully decorated, crisp linens and comfortable furniture. Beautiful view of the water while on the deck and even from the kitchen and bedroom. Lots of natural lighting throughout the apartment. Very quiet & peaceful. Centrally located in the downtown core and a quick walk away from cafes, restaurants and boutiques. We walked to a different cafe each morning for breakfast. (Highly recommend Kettle Black or Receiver) And we got hooked on Vicinato Ristorante's thin crust pizza which we would pick up on our walk back to the apartment , while grabbing some local wine at the liquor store to accompany it. Lots of things to see and do on foot or a short drive away. Our hosts were always just a message away and very responsive. Absolutely would stay here again and highly recommend!

Loved it and really appreciated that it was pet friend. Very peaceful location and central to many locations on the island and very close to cavendish. Would definitely recommend!

Great location to walk to everything in downtown Charlottetown. Perfect 1 bedroom unit for two. Lots to do within a 1 hr drive in any direction. Unit was clean and well equipped. Coffee/ coffee maker wasn’t the best but the Receiver coffee shop that is nearby is fantastic.
