We had a wonderful stay during our first visit to Seattle. The apartment is located within a few blocks to the space needle, and within minutes walking distance to different bus stops. Entering the building and access to the studio was easy. There are lots of great restaurants within walking distance. A very convienent location. The bed was comfortable and having a full sized fridge was convienent. The rooftop area is also a great area to hang and chill, and we got breathtaking views of the water and space needle. We took lots of pictures! I will say that there are some homeless people loitering outside of the apartment building. Also, on one night our neighbor was having a loud crash out/breakdown at 2AM and we couldn’t get sleep. This is not the host’s fault however, and we still had a wonderful stay.

This place is amazing! Such a peaceful location and great atmosphere. Would highly recommend!! Spacious suite.

: We stayed at Jiva’s Airbnb for a girls’ weekend to celebrate my mom’s 70th, and it was absolutely perfect! The views of the ocean and mountains are simply breathtaking—better than we could have imagined. The accommodations were wonderful: very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub every night, taking in the scenery and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. It was the perfect spot for a special celebration, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

What a lovely space! I wish we had had more time to cozy up in the apartment, but we were gone for a lot of the stay. It was pristine, very comfortable and very well stocked. The only kind of interesting thing was the bed is rotated 90º, so one person has to sleep against the wall and crawl over the other if they need to get out. Also, definitely read the instructions on how to find the place because Google Maps took me around the back instead of up the driveway. Went to a hockey game and it couldn’t have been better location. Crossed the street and was in the game in 5 minutes. The place has incredible views and was very clean. We used the pool and sauna in the next building which was an about a hundred feet away. The only downside was hearing the train in the morning but other than that everything was great

The condo was adorable. It was very aesthetic and cozy. Colin was an incredible and responsive host. Check in went smoothly, and was super flexible allowing us to come earlier! Made our stay on the island, a core memory.

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at Sharon's place and it was just as enjoyable as it was the 1st time. The place is just as described and any questions I had, Sharon answered quickly. The area is quiet and close to a trail and my dog loved the fence yard. On top of all of that the outdoor space and hot tub are fantastic!

Such a wonderful cabin. It was super cozy and was the perfect get-a-way for our fam of 3 + 1 dog. For a place that is dog friendly, you could not tell! It was super tidy and clean and simple. Fished right off the beach, had fires and also appreciated the tv for movies at night and games. It’s in the description, but just make note of the pathway down! It’s well maintained, but if it’s rainy it can be a little slick. It definitely would not deter us from coming back but if you have a hard time mobility wise, it would be trickier! This place is 10/10

I LOVED staying here. It was like staying at my best friend's family lake house while they are away for the weekend (if I had one;) Katherine is beyond kind and you can feel her warmth and hospitality throughout. We are a family of music lovers and musicians so the guitar and piano and records on the wall made us feel perfectly at home. The space is just very cool. It was a wonderful stay!

My husband and I stayed at Tina's B&B over Christmas. The property was easy to find and the instructions for the suite were clear. She really went above and beyond with Christmas extras to make us feel very welcomed and at home. The suite was not only gorgeous but immaculate. All details were thought of and laid out beautifully. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning. Thank you Tina & Cory, from the bottom of our hearts.

What a fun adventure and Island. I was nervous about booking and coordinating a charter and ride to the house, but Ramy and Island Express were easy to communicate with and have clear instruction. Ramy met us and helped us on arrival too. We even booked a spontaneous charter to Orcas Island for the day and both Ramy and Island Charter made that easy and possible! The location has amazing views and the beach is beautiful. We enjoyed running and walking the island without running into many cars or people, it was very peaceful. The library was my favorite, and the golf course was fun. Both easy to walk to from the house. We stayed 5 nights and didn’t get bored. Ramy was kind enough to let us use her car to see more of the island and to let us take it to the ramp to go to Orcas. Thank you for being a great host! Oh, and if you walk by the big ying yang gate at the neighbors down the road, ring the bell as the sign asks you to! That was definitely a little adventure on its own.

Perfect quiet getaway! The area was peaceful and relaxing. The room was clean and well-maintained. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and provided crystal-clear instructions for everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Thanks for a stellar weekend. We had an absolutely amazing time at Piper’s Nest! It’s such a great space. The location is lovely and we took advantage of the nice weather and found the First Creek Park hike from the guestbook. What a gorgeous spot! The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed and the upstairs loft was a nice space to hang out. We will definitely be back!

We had an excellent time at Marian’s place. Close to Gastown and Chinatown; amazing food, attractions, and shopping all in walking distance. Travelers unfamiliar with the area should be aware of the location as some of the streets feel more comfortable to walk on than others. We had zero issues with the condo, secured parking was awesome to have and we felt extremely safe in the building. The space was well appointed, cozy, and inviting. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the unique atmosphere and the lovely patio.

It’s all about the details, and Brad has nailed it. High quality couch and bed ( pillows were great), heated bathroom floors, all the lighting on dimmer switches (thx for that!), everything you need in the kitchen, a covered porch—this is important in a rainy clime, and a lovely spot to sit and listen to the rain. Gorgeous shower! I spent 3 nights here on a solo silent retreat and the place buzzed with peacefulness and thoughtfulness and consideration for guests. I never got in the hot tub but what a lovely backyard space. Look no further for a high quality accommodation.

Josh is a great host. He was very responsive with clear instructions and his apartment was as described with an amazing patio. He was kind to accommodate an early check in and offered us a flexible check out. Will definitely stay there again. Thanks Josh!

Perfect spot for a girls weekend getaway. We were able to fit 6 women into this space and it didn't even feel crowded! The bathroom and bedroom were good sizes and there were enough very comfortable air mattresses for everyone to have a comfortable sleep. Robert was extremely responsive and answered all of my questions. The condo was right near Pike Place and the Pier, which was perfect - and walkable to so many bars and restaurants. Great deal and would definitely stay again.

Cassidy was an amazing host. I had an issue with the set of keys and she swapped them with another set. She was friendly and respectful of my space. Her dog Seeka was very well behaved and was quiet my whole stay. The bed was soft and the private bathroom was very nice, i even took a bath to relax. All in all, i would stay there again if i returned to Vancouver. Thank you so much Cassidy for opening up your home to me.

Billy and his partner were great hosts. I was apprehensive about staying anywhere for almost a month, but the hosts were friendly, respectful, and helpful. Further, the room was nicely furnished with a comfortable bed, desk, and tv where I was able to both relax and get some work done. I was nervous about using someone else's kitchen, but Billy was inviting and created both fridge and cabinet space for me to use during my extended stay. I was moving into the city and needed a place before I could find my own apartment, and being an out-of-towner, Billy gave me a lot of recommendations and tips on how to best acclimate to the area. Overall, I had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the space or host to others. Thank you.
