The unit is comfortable and 'lived in'. Things are labelled conveniently to be able to find the random things you might need in the kitchen. The location is good close to some small mall outlet and grocery stores, restaurants etc The TV didn't have any Netflix or cable channels available and it said not to turn up the heat or open any windows etc which we found rather odd. It's a comfortable space for a group! The host was very friendly, accommodating and easy to communicate with and he was quick to respond. We would stay here again if we were in the area and needed the space.

We stayed at Chris’ place to celebrate our grandson’s first birthday party. The location was ideal for us & exactly as advertised. We’ll be back to stay in the spring/summer when we can enjoy the beautiful deck, fire pit & kayaks.

We had such a nice time! The place was squeaky clean, which is the most important thing for us when we book. The beds were comfortable and the linens cotton which matters for a great night. Don't have anything negative to say, but a suggestion for a coffee table in the living room :) The central air in the house is a bit loud, so if you are a light sleeper, some ear plugs can be useful. Will definitely want to book again in the summer.

Our three-night stay exceeded all of our expectations. For nature lovers such as ourselves, the tranquil, beautiful setting was ideal. We saw various birds right from the cottage, and numerous others in the nearby reserve. The sunsets and morning light inspired us to paint, draw and photograph, to capture a record of this beautiful place. William is a splendid host. He provided us with historical information about the area and his family’s role in settling and living in it. He is a generous and compassionate man, and inspirational in his devotion to the land and its history. A million thanks, William!

Gorgeous old home on a beautiful property, was the perfect place and location to host our large family Thanksgiving. The house was well stocked with charming dishes and serving pieces. They left plenty of wood for the wood-stove which made the large space feel so cozy, and plenty of wood and chairs surrounding the fire pit outside. They also provided plenty of drinking water and decorated with pumpkins and mums. Bed linens and towels a fresh crisp white felt nice to curl into. If I had a choice I’d opt for some queen size beds and use of the extra bedrooms! Though realize it’s not set up for multiple families but for individuals on a retreat. It still suited us just fine and the kids loved the giant room with the bunk beds. Thank you Carolyn for another perfect weekend!

Great experience staying at Rachel's with 2 hockey families. The house was very clean and well stocked, the hosts were very responsive and the layout was perfect for our needs. We felt right at home when we got there with clear instructions and easy access. The girls were happy in the room with the bunk beds and their own tv, the boy were even happier sleeping on the pull out in the basement also with their own tv. The upstairs rooms were very comfortable for the parents. The two bathrooms were very clean and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed at Myrna’s place for two nights while house hunting in the area. It was very comfortable and had everything I needed. I walked down the street to Forge Pizza for take out and enjoyed every bite. Myrna had thoughtfully left me some fresh muffins and snacks as well! Some reviews feel the bed is soft, but I thought it was perfect. Very comfortable. Space is compact but thoughtfully designed. It is walking distance to many local amenities. Would definitely to back.

Kim has been extraordinarily helpfu and flexiblel in accommodating us. She's definitely a very special host.

Lynn & Ini provided a clean and comfortable 2 bedroom basement apartment very close to EY Center. Appreciated the Keurig machine with coffee pods and cream and sugar, bottled water and the essential cooking supplies to make some meals. Unit was clean, quiet and cozy. The outdoor patio sitting area was very nice as well to get some fresh air and relax.

Jordan est un hôte agréable, sympathique, attentionné. Le logement est conforme aux photos, décoré avec goût, harmonieux, d’une propreté exemplaire. les lits sont très confortables. Jordan fait tout pour bien accueillir les voyageurs, beaucoup de petites attentions que l’on apprécie (eau dans le frigo, thé, café, gobelets, veilleuses, peignoirs ...) nous nous sentions vraiment bien chez lui, les informations sont très claires. merci à Jordan pour ce bon séjour à Cornwall

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Dave sehr genossen. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend, aber mit dem Auto ist Québec Stadt sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
