House was nice, very spacious and well equipped. Close to the mountains. Perfect when travelling with snowmobile or want to go hiking.

Thomas is in tune with nature that he is surrounded by. It was truly an amazing experience to stay in the area and he made our stay so much better. He cooked for us fish he caught himself down in the fiord, truly amazing! He is very warm and welcoming host with lots of experience with people, mountains, ski activities and the surrounding area. His place is in located a little distance from Tromso but if you have a car it is very easy to get to. I wholeheartedly recommend!

Un excellent séjour chez Jeannette. C'est une hôte réactive, accueillante, bienveillante et sa maison est un véritable havre de paix. Vous pouvez aller passer un séjour chez Jeannette, les yeux fermés. La maison était propre, spacieuse, un véritable cocon ressourçant.

We had a fantastic stay! Communication with Markus was excellent – quick, easy, and friendly. The house is beautiful and welcoming, with a spacious kitchen and living area that made us feel at home right away. We were five adults and loved how there was always space to retreat individually, yet it was also perfect for cooking and spending time together. Two of us slept in the renovated barn, which also serves as the sauna house, and three stayed in the two bedrooms in the main house – both spaces were cozy and comfortable. Some highlights: the sauna with neoprene shoes for cooling off in the sea, the incredibly comfy bedding (we even bought the same in Tromsø!), and the super well-equipped kitchen. A place to come back to – thank you, Markus!

The place is really cozy, really nice well equipped. A bit far from tromso though but worth the trip.

Quaint comfortable stay, great value for sauna lovers!

Amazing ! We had an amazing stay at Geir's! The house was spacious (we were 8, very cosy and well equipped. Geir was always so nice and helpful, making sure we had the best possible stay. Thank you so much! We had very nice walks in the forest and by the river, very nice ski tours and were so lucky to see northern lights and moose family twice and almost in the garden !!! We hope to come back someday! :)

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hui’s place, located just 65km outside Tromsø. The location was perfect, surrounded by stunning lake and mountain scenery that made for a truly peaceful and picturesque getaway. The property itself was exceptionally well-equipped, and we were particularly grateful for the inclusive charging for our electric hire vehicle, which made our trip even more convenient. Hui was an outstanding host – incredibly friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. His local tips and attentiveness really enhanced our stay. We would highly recommend Hui’s place to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat in a breathtaking setting. We can’t wait to return someday!
