We stayed the week after Labor Day, when everything shuts down for the season. That was the perfect time to be there for us because we wanted a quiet place away. It would NOT be quiet during peak season, but you couldn't find a better location to walk over to Scarborough Beach. The deck was our favorite part: the view, lounge chairs, the wall making it somewhat private to the street. We were not there in the heat of the summer, so we didn't use the window AC unit. The ceiling fan in the main room, and ocean breezes, kept things very comfortable. Not sure how the AC would work in heat, it's in the middle of the space, but in the hallway connecting the bedroom to the front room. Things to be aware of: the view comes from the 2nd floor, so you will have to go up a flight of stairs to a platform to the 3 units. The bedroom is above the main door, so you will hear people going in and out. The unit very spacious. Bright, comfortable, beautiful sunrises.

Place was just as described, will gladly return for another stay. Good location lots to find to do.

Rate was great, it was off season. Cleaning fee is a little nutz considering it is tiny. VERY clean, perfectly functional. I wasn't a fan of the mattress, way too soft for me, but maybe that is just me :-) Overall I would happily stay there again. It was quiet, the other tenants were very friendly.

Amazing little spot next to the beach ⛱️. The host were super sweet and very responsive to any issues we had. It's just as pretty as it looks in the photos. I had an amazing stay, would definitely stay here again.

Very nice stay. Appreciated the bedside chargers. Kitchen was smartly stocked, was able to prepare a Thanksgiving meal with amenities provided. Very clean. Stunning views of the ocean. Downside, small bathroom/shower, limited bathroom shelf space/counter.

Super cool villa so close to Mohegan. Beds were very comfortable and it was the easiest check in and entry! Loved the decor and vibe of the place!

Honestly, Rachel was incredible! We were a little confused about which parking lot to use but that was an us thing haha. We messaged Rachel and she responded almost immediately. The entrance was only a tiny bit tricky but just as she described the restaurant staff was so friendly and helpful when asked about it. The place was clean, the area is fun and convenient! I will 100% be a returning customer and would recommend her space to anyone. Federal Hill is a nice place to feel like you’re out of RI while still being in RI anyway but everything Rachel had to offer just added to the magic of it all! Thank you, sweets! You’re an amazing host.

A quick stay to show my family some PVD highlights, so staying on Federal Hill gave the trip a super local feel. Our car was parked nearby in a secure lot, we were able to treat ourselves to morning and afternoon espresso and tasty treats, plus speak Italian with some locals. I even walked downtown to meet a friend-great location! Beds are very comfortable, apartment is very clean. Music from the restaurants did keep the kiddos up a little bit, so run them ragged if you are traveling with littles.

Our stay at the Landing was great and exactly what we needed and as described. The beds are super comfortable, the place was clean and quiet, and the kitchen had a great Keurig coffeemaker and was well stocked with towels and supplies. It is very near all the great restaurants on Atwells and Broadway. Mustafa was very responsive. On Easter Sunday we locked our key in the apartment. I messaged the host while we were at brunch and by the time we got back, he had come and unlocked it for us. It was like it hadn't even happened, everything went so smoothly. On a holiday, no less. I was super pleased about that and very appreciative. I highly recommend and hopefully when I come to Providence again, the place will be available for us! I come to Providence a lot to visit my daughter who lives there now and have stayed at many Airbnb spots in the area. This place is definitely in my top three! Thanks to Mustafa for being a great Airbnb host.

We stayed for a month in a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apt. in part of Anne's beautiful 19th century mansion. The Unit was the perfect size for my husband and me, and our 2 cats. Anne is an amazing host. She not only made us feel at home, but introduced us to fun activities, restaurants, museums, and sailing lessons in the area. Anne was easy to reach out to, and always responsive to our needs. Anne takes great pride in airbnb hosting, and has wonderful stories about local history and attractions. We definitely intend to come back for another stay with Anne in one of her apartments next Summer.

Excellent location and great host! Recommendations in the guide were helpful and we enjoyed meals at some of the nearby eateries. This is a great central location - we walked almost everywhere and explored lots of different neighborhoods. Easy off-street parking too! Highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay!

The Airbnb was an ideal location. Close walking distance to everything in town. The place was clean and comfortable to sleep in.

This was the perfect last-minute getaway for my always on-the-go family in need of some quiet bonding time. The condo was simple and clean, the beach beautiful (even in the winter), and Alice and Gasper were very responsive. Would highly recommend!

Amazing stay!! Beautiful home, clean, had everything we needed. Quiet place as well!! Only thing the heated outdoor pool was closed due to maintenance during our stay, but everything else was perfect! Will definitely be staying again!!

The condo was beautiful, very clean and had many extras one wouldn't have expected. The owner put a lot of thought and detail to providing little extras for renters. I liked the location of the condo very easy to get to. I had an awesome weekend right next to the Norwich Spa and close to Mohegan and Foxwoods!
