The house is spacious and the garden is lovely. We stayed with two toddlers and they loved being able to play safely in the garden while we cooked in the kitchen. Rosaline was welcoming and quick to communicate. Thank you for letting us stay x

This was our third stay at Louise and Andy’s place and once again it did not disappoint. We find it to be a perfect place for a cosy stay, and very convenient to get to Stockton town centre. The place is clean and tidy with everything you could need for a brief stop over. Great communication from the hosts - 5 stars.

This was our second time staying here this time with a new addition little Jim 🐾 so glad it’s dog friendly, we all had a great time staying again. so clean and homely. great hot tub with a nice view of the field full of lambs. left a lovely little hamper with snacks in both times. cute little notebook where everyone writes about their stay and recommendations! if you’re staying there’s lots of walks local and a short drive away. highly recommend visiting hamsterley forest. the cross keys pub for food is delicious and dog friendly no food on mondays though! lots of dog friendly food places around. overall a great place to stay in a great location. thank you so much for letting us stay emily. we will be back again.

Peaceful quiet location. Near train station. Clean . Generally well equipped, although a few bits of cutlery and crockery missing but nothing major. Comfortable beds, pillows not to my personal preference as very hard, but overall an excellent stay and I would not hesitate to stay again and would recommend.

We stayed here for a few days and it was really good. Great accommodation and beautifully presented. Fab location in a busy town with lots of pubs and eating places. Fantastic for walking on the nearby North Yorkshire Moors. We will definitely visit again in the future.

Seldom is where we stay one of the highlights of our trip, but this townhouse definitely was. It was absolutely amazing. It was warm and comfortable after coming in from our chilly all day excursions. The beds were comfortable, the house extremely clean and the amenities absolute perfection.

The cottage was absolutely lovely, cosy and welcoming, everything you needed, home from home. I wanted to get away from it all and this property certainly provided me with a great location to explore the coast, lovely walks with my dog and was so quiet, it was heaven. If you want to hear real stillness and nature at its best, this is the place for you. The Bed was really comfy with good showering facilities, couldn’t fault it. Simon and Jo very helpful and friendly, introduced themselves to me. I will be back soon. I was just wondering if What three words would help re location as I did struggle with locating the property. We had a lovely time. It was like a home from home. Emma couldn't do enough for us. The bed was really comfortable and there were plenty of enticing cafes and restaurants in Bishop Auckland.

We’ve just had the most relaxing 3 day stay and cannot recommend Fiona’s home highly enough! Beautifully located and furnished with everything we needed. So comfortable in every way. My wife just loved the sheep right outside the window! Lovely touch as well with the home made scones, thank you!

thank you Jen and Brian for such a magical stay! we couldn't have asked for more! everything was magnificent, the extra touches to mark Stephen's birthday was touching and memorable, I was also surprised with a bottle of Prosecco, went to view bridal dresses but never found one I liked and brian and Jen were so sweet and still gave it to me lol thank you both! we recommend this place highly, the pictures don't do it justice, you need to experience it yourself. we loved the cosy corner, playing darts, sitting by the fire, chilling on the beach chairs ( i must have these now for our garden lol) and the hot tub is the best we have ever been in. the garden is just stunning and comes alive at night! the bed was super comfy too, got such good sleep. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to go again! thanks again to our attentive and wonderful hosts!

Our second visit to Kate’s place - we had such a wonderful time before so we couldn’t wait to come back and spend a longer time there! It was immaculately clean and tidy as well as warm and welcoming. Kate left us supplied with milk orange juice, tea coffee cereals etc and a lovely pack of hot cross buns + butter as a special Easter treat! Kate also put out the chairs for us to sit in the sun- it was lovely , thank you. The beds are really comfortable- we slept really well. Gordon enjoyed watching the snooker on the super large tv screen ! Thanks again Kate - we’ll be back !

Close to Bedale's Market Place (6 mins walk) which has plenty to do and several eating places; Black Swan pub food very good and friendly service. The area has several places of interest nearby. The AirBnB location has off-road parking and is adjacent to a nice well kept garden. The accomodation is smart, clean and modern, with everything needed for a stay.

We had a wonderful break - Rosie’s cottages are just gorgeous, five stars all the way. Beautifully appointed, furnished and so central in the heart of such a lovely village Stokesley. Everything was easy to get too and lots of restaurants and shops right on our doorstep. Rosie was so welcoming as a host - lots of beautiful and thoughtful touches, pristine condition and spotlessly clean. We felt very lucky to have found such a great place to stay for nearby family celebrations. We’ll definitely be back!

This was a very comfortable stay of 11 days for us. The apartment is spacious. clean, and feels very comfortable right from the outset. It has a well-stocked kitchen and all the amenities and appliances you will need for either a short or long stay. We did a lot of cooking ourselves, but there is also a very nice pub a short walk away. Also the bus takes you straight into the center of Durham from the pub. The area around is pleasant but there isn't much to do except walk and enjoy the countryside, which is very pleasant. The bed was comfy, and the pillows were new (although too soft for us, but thats just personal preference). Overall it was a great stay and well worth the price. The owner was helpful and communicated well, the wifi was good, and the couches comfortable. We would both return and recommend the apartment.

What a lovely apartment to stay in Durham! Chris was so nice to meet me there and show me everything with the apartment. The apartment is all new, very comfortable, with a beautiful peaceful setting on the river! He even bought me some food to get me through the mornings. It was so conveniently located to the town. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this apartment!

Lee was fantastic at helping with my queries. The location was spot on for where I needed to be. Would stay again for sure.

Lovely apartment right in the centre of Great Ayton. Short walk to pubs and shops. Brilliant place to stay for walks to Roseberry topping and across the Cleaveland Way.Everything that you needed for a great stay was provided. Very clean and would definitely recommend

Our family stayed for 3 nights the apartment was extremely clean and tidy, presented beautifully, the kitchen very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The property is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The apartment is close to Whitby, Staithes, Saltburn. There is a Coop local just across the road which is very handy . Although the property comes with no parking there is a free car park just across the street for residents parking . We would certainly return the only downside for our family was the tv in the lounge had no terrestrial channels at all so we had to stream live tv from our iPad to the TV and on weekend nights there is loud music close by which plays till around 11. But as I say that being said we would return for sure .
