Very lovely place to stay when you want to explore Stockholm but prefer calm time too. Felt like I was at home. Very social cat there sat with me through night and helped me to study (distraction was perhaps bigger). Would recommend it to anyone (emotional support by the cat).

Was a super nice weekend getaway! Definitely recommending the jacuzzi and barbecuing with a view!! Bathroom felt a bit cramped for 6 people. Alright for a short period of time though. Would book it again 10/10 wow

Very nice place to stay in, which was warmly decorated with full of things to do inside and outside. We have been there with friends and two babies. The place was warm for a cold autumn. The towels and linens were super clean and smelling really fresh. We loved the jakuzi and the balcony as the lights on the patio was soo authentic that we didn't want to go inside. Erica was super reachable and able to answer any questions quickly. Highly recomending.

Superfint naturområde, nära vatten för bad och fiske. Jag rekommenderar att utforska dag ett då det finns flera platser vid vatten att hitta, finns både för den som vill bada och den som vill fiska. Dock så hittade vi fiskeplatsen för sent. Stugan är häftig, man har allt vad man behöver. Vi tog med oss ett popup-tält som var välbehövlig då det regnade. Värden är trevlig och svarar alltid supersnabbt. Tack Vi kommer säkert tillbaka

Quel extraordinaire chalet! Nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison. Celle ci est décorée avec goût, il y a tout ce dont nous avions besoin. La vue est splendide et l’endroit très paisible. Stockholm se trouve à 3/4 d’heure de route. Nous avons adoré la petite plage à 5 mn à pied de la maison, où on accède à une balade fort agréable en forêt. Nos enfants de 4 et 8 ans ont aimé jouer à la balançoire située au niveau de cette plage.

Extremely pleasant stay, everything we needed for a perfect forest retreat was there. Mattias went out of his way to give us helpful advice. Location also lends itself well for daytrips to Stockholm (using the commuter's train, for instance). Well recommended and would be happy to visit again!

Fredrik‘s gemütliches Holzhaus ist eingebettet in eine schöne Landschaft im Wald und wenige Schritte vom Wasser entfernt, in einer Gegend von lose verstreuten Einfamilienhäuser. Mit 45 Minuten Autofahrt gelangt man ins Zentrum von Stockholm. Also perfekt, um einen Besuch dieser coolen Stadt mit einem Touch ländlichen Schwedens zu verbinden. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Fredrik ist angenehm und er antwortet jeweils rasch. Auch das Check-in war sehr einfach.

We loved our stay! The location is beautiful with nice walks nearby. The cottage is very well equipped. The sauna and wharf are picturesque. Ulla and Karl-Gustav are the most fantastic hosts. Very kind, responsive and available but also respect the space. We would love to come back!

Wir haben unsere 5 Nächte sehr genossen und eine Unterkunft vorgefunden, die 1:1 der Beschreibung und den Bildern entsprach. Das Haus, besser die Häuser sind nicht neu, aber erfüllen ihren Zweck total. Wir haben den Ausblick beim fruhstuck genossen, waren in der Sauna und haben am Steg gebadet. Der Kamin ist ein echtes plus! Die Umgebung ist super ruhig, das Grundstück sehr groß und abwechslungsreich. Der Kontakt mit olle war immer nett, zuverlässig und hilfsbereit. Diese Unterkunft ist für Naturliebhaber und Menschen, die es einsam mögen einfach perfekt! Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

We had a great stay, Hans is a great host quick to respond and friendly . Fishing on the lake is very good and kayak and canoe and even a boat are at disposal . The cabin have everything needed . We greatly recommend it and will happily go back .

The place was lovely located in the forest , near the sea. Decor of the house is very Swedish which means very cozy. The only thing we haven’t noticed in the description was that the linen and towels were not included in the price and we had to pay extra for renting them. We highly recommend the cottage for a peaceful stay close to the nature.

Wir hatten einen tollen Kurzaufenthalt in der Nähe von Stockholm mit unseren zwei Hunden. Es ist klein aber fein, alles ist vorhanden was man braucht. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus super gut spazieren und wandern gehen und auch zum See ist es nicht weit. Alles war super und alles nötige vorhanden. Zu empfehlen und gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Kapitänshaus, liebevoll eingerichtet mit hübschen Details. Herrliche Lage auf einer schönen Insel. Keine Autos! Schon auf der Fahrt mit der Fähre von Stockholm fängt die Entspannung an. Alles unkompliziert.

Our family, (parents and 2 girls, 13j & 17j) had a wonderful stay in Thomas & Pamelas house. It is very peaceful and quiet, so if youre looking to "get away from it all", this is definitely the place. The beach is a short 5 min walk through the lovely pine forest and also for kids, this is no problem. The beach is lovely and clean, as is the water. The house is very pretty. Lots of sunshine on the table at breakfast time, a nice terrasse, and even the occasional visit from a small deer from the forest, in the early mornings. Thomas is a very helpful and responsive host. He gave us several good tips for excursions and what to do and helped us with our questions. Checkin is automatic and you do it on your own and i t works just fine. The house is well equipped, we found lacking of nothing. As a result we can wholeheartedly recommend this place. We had a great time there and we would stay there again. If you want to experience Sweden, this, is as good as it gets.

Das Häuschen von Maria, Karin und Dan ist sehr heimelig und hat einfach eine unbeschreibliche tolle Lage. Der Blick über den See vom Haus und der Terrasse aus, direkter Strandzugang mit eigenem Steg und Ruderboot und Stand-up-Paddel-Boot waren einfach super. Wir haben die Tage dort im Häuschen, auf der Terrasse, im Garten, im See sehr genossen. Dan hat uns auch sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns alles geduldig gezeigt. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr hilfreich, die Antworten kamen schnell und geduldig. Allerdings ist anzumerken, dass die Bilder im Inserat nach einem etwas höheren Standard aussehen, als das Häuschen wirklich hat. Die Ausstattung ist älter, als die Fotos erahnen lassen. Aber dennoch war alles sauber, in Ordnung und hat funktioniert. Wir würden wiederkommen und das Häuschen vor allem wegen der genialen Lage jedem empfehlen, der "Ferien auf Saltkrokan" von Astrid Lindgren geliebt hat oder einfach stressfreie Tage auf einer schwedischen Schäre erleben möchte

Karin was a LOVELY host and we really enjoyed our stay in her little cottage on the water. We were able to take dips in the water, lay out on the dock, canoe, and grill all while outdoors and enjoying the beautiful weather. The cottage was perfect for the experience we were looking for, with all the amenities we could need provided. We also really enjoyed getting to know Karin and chatting with her :) we hope to come back someday soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Johan’s beautiful hideaway. The location is stunning, very quiet, in a beautiful forest right on the shore of the lake. The house is very well equipped with anything you might need for a relaxing vacation. Our host was very welcoming and helpful and gave us lots of tips about sights and things to do in the area. We can highly recommend this holiday home.
