Our family had a great time at this adorable cabin, we had three families who came from all different areas and this was the perfect spot for our families to spend quality time together! The husbands really enjoyed the fire pit and hanging out on the deck. The moms loved how spacious it was so the kids could run around and play together. The neighborhood is also very private so you don’t have to worry about cars passing through. Outside was beautiful, the scenery is so peaceful. There was plenty of privacy for each family on all 3 floors, we never felt on top of each other or crowded. The town Helen is about 16 minutes away and has a very unique look and feel to it. There were so many neat shops that sold souvenirs, candies, and fun experiences. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We enjoyed our stay at Krystal’s cabin. Very convenient distance to Helen, yet private and peaceful. Very comfortable bed and loved the fireplace and hot tub! We would def come back!

The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The cabin itself was the perfect escape—quiet, surrounded by nature, and full of charm. Whether I was relaxing on the porch, enjoying the hot tub, or exploring nearby Helen, I felt completely at home. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and I’d love to come back again!

My family and I had a great time. The cabin was clean and had basic essentials provided. The hot tub was fun for the kids and adults. Great location with beautiful views. Would definitely stay here again.

Scott’s place was absolutely lovely, peaceful and comfortable. The location was exactly what we needed, allowing us to go on adventures but rest and relax. So thankful to have stumbled upon this gem. Things to note, the critter visits on the roof in the middle of the night and the sweet local neighborhood dog visits were fun. Thank you, Scott! We will be back again!

Although you can see other cabins when standing in front of your own, you forget about that when you’re inside. It was absolutely tranquil and wonderful!

My husband and I are repeat guest at Rens Nest. We love the location and the cabin is fabulous. Susan and Brian are a wonderful hosts. The aesthetic and charm of his cabin is top notch. We don’t want to leave at the end of our stay, and are already talking about our next trip up this way.

The place is exactly as described. I was able to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful little getaway. The hot tub was amazing and very clean. The house was clean and so cozy. The kitchen was well stocked, even had a waffle maker! It is surrounded by nature. It was so wonderful to be able to wake up in the morning, sit on the cozy porch with a cup of coffee, and just listen to the birds. The host, Bonnie, was amazing! I managed to lock myself out of the house somehow and she was super fast to respond to my message for help! I definitely will be staying here again in the future!

Josh is a great host and so glad that he has opened his cabin for others to enjoy. A secluded location and very peaceful and quiet yet not far from local attractions such as Tallulah Gorge, Helen, the antique shops in Clayton as well as local wineries. It was a perfect little getaway for me and my out of town guests as I showed them areas of North Georgia. I'll definitely be staying again. Ken - Roswell, GA

This was the perfect get away! We were able to take both our pups & enjoy the mountains for a few days. The cabin is adorable & spacious for its size. And you can never go wrong with a large deck & a hot tub! 10/10 recommend!!

The cabin was very clean and easy to find. The host was very friendly and provided lots of information on activities to do around the area. I love how private and cosy the cabin was. It wasn't far from downtown Helen and there was plenty to do. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip!

Barefoot Retreat is a great little getaway. It is peaceful and relaxing and has pretty surroundings. The host was great. We will go back!

The place was Beautiful and relaxing. Owner response quickly. We thought it would be great in the summer, so we can use the dock area more. It was close enough to nearby town shopping. Easy access to Helen, Braisville etc..A wonderful place to spend a Great time with the family

The cabin was even better than we expected! We came with six adults and five children all under 3 and had a wonderful time!
