Denzil is a great host and this was a great home to stay in during our time in Ocho Rios. Home is spacious, clean and comfortable. And the outdoor patio areas are amazing with beautiful views. Denzil was a thoughtful host and made sure we were okay during our stay. The water shut off briefly, Then but was fixed within an hour or two. Other than that, excellent stay, would recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Ocho Rios.

We booked this trip for my wife's 50th bday. She wanted luxury and relaxation. We got what we wanted and more. Javier, the owner was responsive to questions I had after booking. Once we got closer to the trip we were put in contact with Leyre who was also responsive to questions and gave us a clear outlook of what to expect. She put us in contact with our host/chef Anne Marie. We were met by Anne Marie upon checking in and this was by far the easiest check in I've ever had. The house was beautiful and spacious. Upon bringing in our bags we were greeted by rum punch and dinner and that set the tone for how this trip was going to go. The food was simply AMAZING!!! EVERYTHING she cooked was great. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. I cannot sing her praises enough. Just because of her we are planning our next trip back. Andrew the security guard was helpful as well. He made us feel safe and showed us a couple of other coves on the property. Great times!!!!!!

The people here make you feel like home.. aunty P is amazing very nice and helpful woman. The host was easy to talk too and check in to make sure your stay meet or above expectations

the place is so clean as you pull the door you can get the nice clean smell hit you. looks just like the picture I got nothing to complain about the host is the best she keep on top of things. and bless up the rasta man as a clean and soft heart no complaining 10 star ⭐ in my book keep it up bless. and thanks to the host again make sure I reach home self blessings.

Would recommend Safia’s apartment. The location is ideal and the apartment is spacious, artsy and well furnished. Safia is also accommodating and responsive.

We had a wonderful time at Michelle’s house! Perfect for families, you could walk until one of the best beaches in jamaica! The compound is super cozy and has a big swimming pool and amazing jacuzzi! Michelle is a super host, always responsive and the house is provided with Ms Frida that helps you with everything, prepared very nice meals and is so sweet with the children! We will come back soon for sure! Highly recommend

3rd time to Jamaica and this was a beautiful spot! Really enjoyed the area especially at night , the photo do no justice this place is GREAT! Definitely will book again, I felt safe and I needed anything they was home to help and assist. Thanks you for sharing this home.

this was my 2 time, good place to stay with a beautiful garden, in a quite area.. Belinda she great I would recommend anyone to stay at Belinda house. The location is good with 5 minutes away to the Devon house and to everything you need, like plazas and shopping areas

This is our second stay at Silver Gap retreat and we will definitely be back again and again. Kristen’s place is a gem - quiet with beautiful views and gardens, and the old house architecture is comfy and inviting. Devon made checking in and out a breeze. The last bit of road to the house is somewhat challenging but our AWD Axio managed just fine. A walk down to Silver Gap town and back is an excellent workout! You can grab a beer in town and check out the lovely river. Bring bug spray! Thank you, thank you, for sharing this fantastic place.

Donna's place is brilliant. Right on the beach I swam every day. I had a huge room with great facilities and a view of coconut trees and the Caribbean sea. There is also wonderful wildlife to see: pelicans diving off the beach and egrets and other birds wading nearby. It is well located for getting in and out of Kingston, or nipping to Harbour View for food or shopping. Also very nearby are the beautiful Cane River Falls and Bob Marley Beach. But what really makes Donna's place so special is the welcome you will receive and how well Donna will look after you. She made us delicious Jamaican dishes such as saltfish and akee, her own grown callaloo and mangoes fresh from the tree. Always there with a smile and providing a relaxed atmosphere to hang out in and have a rum. Donna and her family also kindly helped out with transport and company on local trips and great advice on places to visit. It is just a great place to be and experience the real Jamaica, meet people, relax and have fun.

This is our second consecutive 3 month visit to this property. David is an amazing host! The location is unbeatable. A very short walk to Ocho Rios Bay Beach. Everything that you need is within walking distance. This includes grocery stores, restaurants, ATM's, etc. Margaritaville is directly across the street in a complex that has a number of restaurants, gift shops, tour operators, etc. We will definitely be returning to this property for another long term stay! Marlene was wonderful and accommodating! The place is beautiful inside and out and big! The view alone will make you want to stay forever! It is peaceful, private and quiet, like home away from home.. but better, and kid friendly! Price is reasonable for sure! Its alot of good for the price! I will 100% be back!

This is my second time at Shaari’s and it was just as lovely. The property is gated, beautiful and quiet. You will stay in a small cottage next to the main house. The cottage has 2 units. Mine had a cozy bedroom with a Queen bed, small living room, kitchen, bathroom and a screened in veranda. I appreciated the new air conditioning unit which I turned on at night for a more comfortable sleep. The hosts are super friendly and very accommodating. For a modest cost they served me a yummy breakfast every morning and I had dinner out at night. The property is located on a hill. It is a 10 minute walk from the main road where you can catch a taxi to get around. As a bonus you will have access to a breathtaking private beach near by. It sure met my needs and I would strongly recommend it.

Lively place …check in was easy….i didnt even realize it was so close to the venue i was decorating so it made my life very easy

We had a great time at Cynthia’s place! It was the perfect size for our family getaway. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Cynthia was very responsive to any questions I had. This place is set within beautiful surroundings, and the house is beautiful. I would throughly recommend this property and Sandra as a very attentive host. Yvonne the housekeeper made the stay a simple and enjoyable experience.

This was an amazing spot up in the hills right on the edge the town of Oracabessa. We arrived after dark and the spot was a little tricky to find, but we got on the line with Mrs. Pottinger, and she directed us all the way up the hill, right to her, and was waiting for us just outside the gate! :)There is a private beach, which you can get the key from the Pottingers, whose home is also on the property and just next door. There is privacy if you want it, but they also are so accommodating and welcoming if you are looking for company. Roxey is the property groundsman and just a jewel of a human. We truly became friends with him and hope to see him again soon. Our trip was dabbled with kitchen window visits with Mrs. Pottinger, homemade juice made from the tamarind trees, coconuts freshly cut in the morning--basically, we felt very much at home. The room was clean and perfect, just as pictured. The kitchen is simple, but perfectly sufficient and the bathrooms are clean and nice! Due to the location outside of the major tourist hubs, we felt a bit like a local and spent the days exploring hidden beaches, and the majority of our nights down in Oracabessa at the Hillview Bar or the Karaoke joint across the road. James Bond Beach can be tricky to find, but also nice spot with a small entrance fee and made-to-order food and drinks. We went to Ocho Rios most mornings for coffee and nights for dinner, which is a fairly easy 10-15 minute drive. Nighttime driving is tricky, but you get used to it and learn the "rules of the road" fairly quickly. There is a local market to get small snacks just in Oracabessa, but we typically just did breakfast at the cottage and would grab lunches street side wherever we ended up. All in all, this is a great little hideaway, and you will not want to leave! We will 100% be back and be staying at this little cottage in the hills again soon!

I definitely enjoyed the time I spent! I would recommend everybody about the great experience I had. I’ll definitely be back.
