Great place to stay with a group! Clean environment, looks just like the pictures, a little snack box & toiletries basket was a great touch! The host is a great communicator and we had plenty of privacy!

My wife and I have been very grateful for the time at Brook’s place. Brook is very accommodating and flexible. Our family needed this so much and Brook didn’t disappoint us. From extending our time to making adjustments to provide a safe area, as to accommodate our toddler’s exploration phase, Brook didn’t hesitate to take steps that would make us feel comfortably and at home. Her place is as good as all of the reviews say, no one exaggerated when expressing how good they felt about staying at Brook’s place. We are blessed to be one of those to have found her. First of all, Mindy was super-responsive to emails and questions. Second, her home was very spacious and beautifully quaint. We had 5 adults and 3 dogs and we had so much room that we didn't feel like we were walking over each other. Third, the description of the house was spot-on. It is definitely close enough to Notre Dame to walk. However, there was quite a bit of construction around ND so finding a place to park was a little challenging. Fourth, there were plenty of places to eat and shop close by. The only negative (and it wasn't even a big negative) is that he kitchen floor was a bit sticky when we got there. Overall, we would definitely stay there again. Thank you Mindy.

The house had everything we needed and was close to restaurants, grocery, etc. There were 5 of us, spanning 4 generations and the home provided ample space for each of us. The beds were comfortable and though the home is on a busy street, my daughter and I didn't notice much outside noise from the upstairs bedrooms. My parents and my grandmother stayed in the main floor bedrooms and were pleased to find that the home included several box fans for white noise. Thank you Lauren, for everything. We would definitely stay here again when we are back in town.

This place was peaceful very close to downtown. Chris is very fast responding any questions. The house was very clean very nice. I will be booking again when I am in South Bend.

The home was great and just what we needed and were looking for in our stay.

We had a great stay and Ashleigh was very responsive with several messages during our stay. We loved the location and place on the river. The hot tub was great. So much space in this home. The only thing I would caution would be the number of beds. We had 3 adults that had to sleep on couches. The big room in the basement had 6 beds, bedroom #1 had sleeping space for 2, bedroom #2 had sleeping space for 2, and bedroom #3 had sleeping space for 2. That is 12 sleeping spaces. We had a group of 15. We made it work. Also there were lots of pillows but not much extra bedding and blankets. Overall a lovely experience and would go back again. Thank you.

Tiffany is an amazing host. Anytime I had questions she was quick to respond with helpful solutions. Her home is a spacious, clean and comfortable living space that put my family at ease. Would definitely stay here again.

This location was perfect for my stay. Very clean and well kept home with all the necessary amenities. Location could not have been better for all of my trips to/from ND campus to visit my daughter, plus very convenient for restaurants, super market, etc... Anthony was extremely responsive as a host and instructions for check in were crystal clear. I'd rent again in a heartbeat.

We had the most amazing girls’ weekend at this adorable Airbnb! The house was beautifully decorated, cozy, and incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need. From the fully equipped kitchen to the thoughtful touches throughout the home, it was clear the hosts put a lot of care into making it comfortable and welcoming. There were plenty of sleeping options for our group, and each space felt just as cozy and inviting as the next. It was the perfect home base for our weekend together—relaxing, fun, and stress-free. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic! I spent a weekend cross country skiing an St. Patrick's County Park, and this was the perfect place to stay. Just across the river from the park, with a beautiful view and everything I needed to relax after skiing. I'll definitely stay here again the next time it snows enough to ski.

Mike is a fabulous host. He has thought of everything to make you feel right at home. The location is very quiet and safe.

This place is amazing, very cutesy. I honestly thought it’d be smaller but it’s very spacious and cozy. I would definitely recommend to whoever. Also she is very friendly and tries her best to make her guest feel welcomed !

Carolena's house is a little gem. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. The kitchen was stocked and Carolena had bottled water and cookies waiting when we arrived. We were visiting our son at Notre Dame and it is a quick drive along the river to campus. Thanks for hosting us!
