Ken’s place was exactly as advertised! It was quiet. The pool was sparkling clean. We loved being on the waterfront with kayaks. The views from the balcony were fantastic. We saw a dolphin, sea turtle, pink spoonbills and lots of other birds. The king bed was extremely comfortable. There are many food places to choose from close by. Downtown is also close by. We will definitely return!

Amazing location! The cottage was very clean, comfortable, beachy, sufficiently spacious for 5 adults, and very well stocked. The outdoor shower was private, large, and had good water pressure/heat and splinter-free flooring. We did not miss having a second full bathroom at all. The backyard was lovely, and we could see a bit of the water from the balcony of unit A. The pool was warm and clean. There were pool toys, chairs, a great umbrella, and various items to make us comfortable, including dishwasher pods, coffee filters, and salt/pepper/oil, etc. left from prior guests, which is so much better than corporate-run airbnbs that get emptied after every stay and leave you with nothing. One could cook a real meal in the the kitchen, as it was surprisingly spacious and well stocked with basic supplies, tools, cutlery, plates, etc. Sharing the yard and property was no issue at all. It felt surprisingly private. Sharon was a perfect host. Friendly, responsive, but not intrusive. A+ stay!

We had a really nice stay. Walking right to the beach was perfect. We were able to walk to restaurants and it was a short drive to all attractions. Dog friendly was definitely a plus for our pugs.

St. Augustine & this condo were beautiful. The pool was the perfect temperature every time. It was nice to be in a quieter area but close drive to great restaurants & activities. Really comfortable & clean. Nice linens & everything we needed (pool towels kitchen supplies etc). Check in was easy & Terrence was very responsive.

We have stayed at other properties in St Augustine Beach before but this was our first time at Ponce Landing and we'll definitely be back there the next time we are in the area. The condo was perfect for our needs, the pools were fabulous and we were just steps from the beach. We appreciated the extra touches with the beach chairs, bikes etc even if we didn't have the chance to use them and the garage was an added bonus. The bed in the main bedroom was extremely comfortable and the whole place was spotless.

This was our third trip to Roseann's townhouse, and it will not be our last. The unit is spacious, squeaky clean and well-maintained. Also, Roseann thinks of every detail--from extra laundry soap and paper towels to amenity kits in the bathroom. It's like being in a hotel, although with all the comforts of home. You'll love it here!

Kim was so responsive and helpful from booking questions through to our stay! The unit was just as described and perfect for our family with two children — being right on the beach and walkable to a variety of restaurants was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals and we appreciated checking in with a few essentials! Was a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!

This is a great location. There’s a wonderful view from the downstairs back porch and the upstairs balcony. The pool right on the water was definitely a bonus. It is a very short walk to the beach. The condo was very comfortable and all needs provided for. The host, Christy was very friendly and accommodating. We spent a very relaxing weekend here and will definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful and very blessed trip at Matt's place. It's everything he says and more . If ypur looking for a family beach trip for a couple or more days this is the place. Would definitely stay here again and recommend highly for sure . Couldn't ask for a better place and location .

Villas of Ocean Gate is our favorite complex in St Augustine. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Guests are limited and the clientele is what we prefer. Rates are a little higher than most, but you definitely get what you pay for. This specific unit is clean, updated, everything we expect from VOG. The master bed was extremely comfortable. Host was friendly and professional. Will definitely stay here again.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better, offering stunning ocean views and easy access to numerous beautiful beaches. Falling asleep to the soothing sound of the waves was truly a highlight of the stay. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to book it again on my next trip to Florida.

What a beautiful place to spend a relaxing week. The backyard is truly a tropical oasis; peaceful, private and beautiful! The outdoor kitchen is a great place to grill up some fresh, local seafood and unwind after a day at the beach. Speaking of the beach... I don't think you will find a more beautiful, serene and quite spot on the coast. It's almost like having your own private beach, clean white sand and sparkling blue water. No matter what time we decided to go the beach was always free of crowds, quiet and relaxing. Our little dog could run in the sand all day and not bother anyone. What a beautiful, hidden little gem very close to all the great restaurants in St. Augustine. Anne and Michael are phenomenal hosts. We rented their golf cart and Anne showed us around to the waterfront restaurants, beaches and various sights. We cannot wait to go back and stay longer next time. Thanks for a wonderful week.

Lovely and comfortable home. in a quiet community with a quick walk to a beautiful beach. Lauren gave us all the information we needed in a timely manner. We will be back.

Karen’s place was an immaculate condo in a residential subdivision, had all the supplies for cooking for a family and the beds were comfortable. It got a little loud in the mornings because of the geese and the neighbors using a metal grinder, but was otherwise peaceful and quiet. Can be a bit tricky to find at night but during the day it’s no problem. I would stay there again and would definitely recommend.

Weston’s place was super clean and just as described. I didn’t realize the upstairs had an open space overlooking the main living area, but that was probably my bad for not looking at the photos more in depth. This makes it a little difficult to use the living room area while putting children to sleep. The fenced-in yard and pet-friendliness are a huge bonus. The beach access is a little hike, but walkable. There was a book of local recommendations at the house, which was super helpful in navigating our options! We had a slight hiccup with the door and Weston answered the phone right away and helped us. The area feels safe and was very nice for a quick last-minute vacation. Instructions for checking out were super easy and Weston was great to work with even on a last minute basis. We would 10/10 recommend his place and look forward to staying again if we are ever in the St. Augustine area!

We loved our stay! Beautiful home that was clean with a great layout. The view and walk to the beach was better and closer than we expected and very peaceful. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely select this rental again if we come back to St. Augustine in the future.

The moment I stepped into this lovely space I was at peace. Words fail me to describe the welcome experienced every time I returned to this home throughout my stay in the area. Attention to detail was evident and extremely appreciated after long days exploring surrounding areas and towns. I would love to be able to stay here again should I ever return to this area.

Elena and Gary's house was as described and was very clean and comfortable for our visit. Their home is located close enough to restaurants and downtown St. Augustine but far enough away that you don't have to deal with the crowds and traffic and is an easy drive to downtown.
