In Falmouth for work, and this was the perfect location. The apartment was clean and tidy and you also have your own parking space!

Comfortable flat with all Amenities required . Perfect location right in the center , shops , restaurants , port and beaches and yet in a quiet location . With a bonus of allocated parking space minutes away at the train station which is a real advantage in St Ives . Thank you .

Fabulous location.!!!!!! Short walking distance to all that the centre of St Ives has to offer The view from the window is unbeatable and as you are so near to the seas edge we slept with the window slightly open so as to listen to the restful waves when going to sleep at night Had all the amenities we looked for during our stay and would not hesitate to recommend or return to in the future Just a couple of minor issues to be aware of : Parking at the nearby Island is difficult. It seemed to be full most of the time and for most of the time people were waiting for a space to park The Wi-Fi isn’t great- only really useable in the lounge (and then not all the time) But don’t let this put you off ….you won’t regret booking a stay here and there are some great restaurants practically on your doorstep !

Stayed for 4 days for my wife's 40th birthday, the apartment was easy to find with parking permit available, front door is however on a main road but we were aware of this due to knowing the area. Kitchen was well equipped for our stay, our bed and the our sons beds were very comfy. Big telly with netflix and NowTV and warming log burner. Location was close to transport links (bus and trains), 10 minutes walk to Gilbert's beach bar and salt bar, local pub across the road and numerous takeaways (including a Chinese and domino's) within walking distance. Asda supermarket and Lidl 5 minute drive away

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The view is exactly as it looks in the pictures and is so pretty! The location is within great distance to anything you could want or need. The apartment itself was really clean, well kept and nice and cosy. Julia is a great host, making everything smooth and easy and was incredibly polite! We will definitely be back to enjoy this lovely place again I can’t recommend it enough! :)

We had a fabulous week at Goose Rock. The apartment is simply stunning with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. The view out the living room, over Crantock beach, is amazing. Location is great, very peaceful with great walking and a choice of several beaches on the doorstep, and two places to eat just around the corner. I honestly couldn’t fault Valérie’s apartment, and hope to visit again later in the year.

Jon and Laura are excellent hosts. I really enjoyed the cozy studio with the stunning views. The distance to any highlights of Tintagel were walkable. Would recommend to anyone!

Beautifully cosy courtyard property close to everything you need. The Christmas decorations and welcome treats were well received for our week long festive break. The property was clean, peaceful and had all amenities needed. Our host was very helpful with local information and with our queries responding straight away.

I booked Emily and Matt’s place for my fiancés birthday and we couldn’t have been happier. The views from the living area and the bedroom are amazing. (As a keen golfer it was difficult watching the golfers play in the sun without wanting to join in) The place was spotless and we had everything we needed. We were welcomed with a nice bottle of bubbly which was a nice touch. Any questions we had were answered very quickly so communication was spot on. We ate and drank at the places they recommended and they were all amazing. I think Rosa was our favourite for tea and box and barber was our favourite for breakfast. Perfect location for beach walks, coastal walks and 5 mins from the local town. We would definitely recommend and would 100% stay here again when we return to Newquay

The Coach House was absolutely spot on. A hidden gem! Had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Combined with the perfect hosts who went out of their way to make our stay as chilled out as possible. Very accommodating, super friendly and great communication! Hayle is just the perfect location for exploring Cornwall and places like St. Ives but please don’t tell everyone. I’d love this place to be available next time we travel this way! 😁

Excellent stay at this lovely home, lovely and clean with lots of room, the private back garden is a bonus when you have a dog, there is even dog balls and treats upon arrival, I did replace them as my dog chewed up the tennis ball, sorry Chris, there is also a welcome pack with bread, milk etc, our own dedicated parking spot, never saw Chris or his family whilst we were there but knew he was on hand should we have needed him, although Newquay is a noisy place once we'd closed up for the day it was so quiet. I cannot recommend this place enough, rent it you won't be disappointed. Five stars from us, thanks Chris & family. Ian, Gail & Buddy

Lovely apartment a short walk from the harbour/beach and stunning views from the window. Nice and quiet during the evening and a perfect stop off before continuing travels

We had an excellent stay! The location was right in the middle of the village so we had easy access to the paths and restaurants. The directions Rachel gave us were easy to follow so check-in was a breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed and Rachel even left a couple scones for a cream tea! I would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful accommodation and felt right at home. Very clean and comfortable. Everything is provided, even milk, scones, jam and clotted cream on arrival. Penny let us know the accommodation was ready before our check in time and let us come earlier if we wanted to. I would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Devon and Cornwall. Thank you 😊

Unfortunately I had to cancel my first day. Wish I didn’t have to, it was so relaxing, everything in the annex that you need. Shower was lovely and hot. Lovely even this time of year to sit outside for morning coffee. Perfect for my Dog and I for a few days get away.

Great location for a lovely relaxing few days on the south coast, Cornwall has my heart, especially when the sun is shining! Melanie's instructions and recommendations for places to eat were great. Falmouth is just an our walk up the coast, lovely place to mooch about with great shops. Would recommend and happily come and stay here again

We stayed at Neil's place in Newquay, Cornwall, and it was absolutely fantastic! Initially, we spoke to Neil, but Steve, the manager, took over and made the process seamless. We booked this last-minute stay on New Year’s Eve for the same night, and they were incredibly accommodating to make it happen for us. The apartment was pristine, luxurious, and in an amazing location with stunning views. Watching the NYE fireworks over the harbour from our balcony was such a special treat. It truly felt like a home away from home. We usually stay in Perranporth, but this place has now become our new favourite. It completely trumps our previous go-to! We can’t wait to come back again and highly recommend it to anyone. Thanks so much, Neil and Steve, for making this New Year’s our best in a long time! Craig

A fantastic place to stay beautiful property, spotlessly clean and brilliant amenities. Everyone was super friendly and helpful with any queries. Location is perfect for the beautiful beach and village. Our family had the most amazing holiday and highly recommend a stay at Bassets Acre.

If you’re looking for a peaceful comfortable retreat by the sea, Nicola’s flat is the place for you Beautifully decorated, with a well equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed, a lovely view of the bay and quiet peaceful surroundings, I cannot recommend it highly enough Add to that the little touches like motion sensor night lights, binoculars for guests use , plenty of handy plugs for working and a thoughtful 2 litre bottle of milk in the fridge on arrival . Free to use ( with arrangement - the pool and gym in the hotel next door , and great communication from Nicola . Would definitely stay again .

Absolutely beautiful apartment, with everything we needed. It was very clean and well-maintained. Wonderful views of the sea and Porth beach- this was the best bit. The beach is just over the road, and icecream and pub just a few minutes walk. A really lovely place xx

We had a brilliant family holiday here in Oct half term. Brilliant location so close to the beach and the costal paths, very convenient for Falmouth. The pool, sauna and hot tub are great and the kids had the best time. The apartment is compact but had everything we needed. Melanie gave lots of useful info before we arrived. We will be coming back.

Kevin was an awesome host! Super helpful and the welcome card was a nice touch. Perfect location too – everything was within walking distance and the apartment was clean and well-organized.

Cute, cosy beach pad with lovely warm swimming pools and and everything you needed for a wonderful time by the sea. Would highly recommend!
