If you are looking for an amazing family retreat on the Eastern Coast then book this house now (if you can!). We cannot recommend it highly enough. We had brilliant communication and advice from Sally prior to arrival with lots of invaluable tips on making our stay better. The house is beautifully designed and immensely comfortable. I have never come across a better equipped kitchen in a B&B before. This is very clearly a family home and lots of love has gone into making it comfortable. Outside is truly special, with the most incredible ocean-front setting. The house is surrounded by the ocean on 3 sides, giving a constant backdrop of waves crashing on the shore. The ocean constantly changes colour mesmerically throughout the day, and is particularly spectacular at sunrise in front the house. The wildlife is amazing; wallabies, possums, eagles, swallows, plovers and cicadas. So much to see and do in the neighbourhood to fill your days - a week is not enough. Book it if you can!!

Very unique, thoughtfully designed house with beautiful views. Warm and cosy with lots to enjoy on the property. We especially loved the feel and usability of the kitchen, enjoyed the outdoor bath and felt inspired by the greenhouse! Thanks for having us :)

Dave And Rach's place is the ideal base on the east coast if you want to visit Bay of fires and freycinet, both of which are only a short drive away. They promptly responded to any queries we had and offered great suggestions. Their home is clean and comfortable and has a supermarket right across the road. Bonus was spotting pademelons in the backyard and stargazing at night. 100% would stay here again on my next holiday.

Lovely cosy place. Feels like a home away from home. Great shower pressure and we had some amazing sunrises. Would recommend.

Our trip was short and sweet - but we wish we had booked longer! Location and accommodation was simply stunning, couldn't have asked for more. Lots of little touches that made us feel relaxed and in holiday-mode! Thanks for having us!

A well-appointed house in a lovely, peaceful location. Everything you need is provided.

Beautiful large, airy and spacious house . Views from both the bedroom windows and from the lower front deck. Fully fenced nice private yard, great for dogs! Lovely outdoor seating area on front and back verandas. Walking distance to the beach.

Sandpiper cottages were cosy and close to the beach. We liked the idea of closing off the deck so the dogs could go outside. The place was ideal for us and close enough for an evening trip to Bicheno to see the lightshow in July.

A fantastic location. Beautifully appointed and perfect for a catch up with old friends. The top lounge affords amazing coast view and comfy couch to curl up with an cuppa, the bottom lounge cosy with the wood stove and any number of lovely outdoor places to sit and enjoy the great garden which is perfect for a dog. Kitchen has all we needed and the wood fired pizza oven was fun for home made pizzas. This truly is a stand out place to stay. Immaculately clean and Jan was responsive and provided great support for our check in and stay. Thank you!

Gails’s place is very comfortable, roomy and well appointed in a beautiful setting. It easily accommodated 5 adults and 2 dogs and felt very much at home with lovely decorations, games, books and cds. The kitchen was super well appointed. We highly recommend Gails place. Thank you Gail, we had a wonderful time. ☺️

Bobs place has a real charm to it. It’s a great place for a romantic getaway with a well appointed kitchen and lovely fireplace.

This home was just perfect in every way so beautiful and peaceful loved waking up to the ocean views and the kitchen was to die for with so much todo around staying with Jane at stone house is a must when visiting the east coast of Tasmania

Zachary’s place was great value for the price. The unit was more than large enough for three adults, had an excellent kitchen and a clean laundry and bathroom. It was an easy 15 min walk into town or a 2 min drive. A short drive away was the stunning Bay of Fires with Binalong Bay and the gardens the standouts. Zachary was always quick yo respond and found an immediate solution to a small problem we had. If you want clean comfort and value for money in St Helen’s I’d highly recommend Zachary’s place.

This a spacious, well-located property with everything we needed - we thought the best-equipped kitchen and bathrooms we have ever enjoyed. We'll be there again if it is (hopefully) available.

Such a great house in the most beautiful location. Views were incredible and literally across the road from the beach! The house was perfect for my family, kitchen was well equipped and laundry facilities were a bonus. The kids loved having their own space downstairs and the bonus table tennis was hit! Would definitely recommend and we will stay here again next time we visit the area.

This is a quiet, fully equipped apartment - not the most updated one but certainly adequate for any stay. Comfortable rooms, easy parking, reception checkin was easy and nice, washer, dishwasher, kitchen items, comfortable sofas and close to town. This was a nice inexpensive location and we enjoyed our stay and would return again.

Lively little spot. Exactly as described. Had everything you need. Such a gorgeous view. Felt right at home.
