King bed in master on main floor, queen and two full beds in upstairs bedroom, one full pullout in upstairs loft & queen in bsmt bdrm. Deck overlooks lake, furnished screen porch & walkout covered patio. Gas & charcoal grills. Fire pit by the lake & private pier with stairs into shallow, sandy water. 1 paddle board & 3 kayaks. Pontoon boat for rent is extra.

Condo on Plum Lake

We are on a 3 acre plot of land set back from Highway N with a dock on Plum Lake . We are 2 miles west of Sayner. There is a wonderful hiking and biking trail right across Hwy N in front of our place. The snowmobile trail runs there too and also down on the lake in front of us. There is a golf course up town, tennis courts and children's playground. The Sayne r Pub , uptown serves excellent food. There are several unique shops, 3 different churches and a fantastic museum.

Enjoy the Northwoods from this centrally located vantage point. On the Pioneer Creek, you are just moments away from hunting, fishing, kayaking, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, canoeing, ATV/UTV trails, bike trails, or just plain relaxing. This carriage-house apartment can sleep up to five in a bedroom with queen size bed, full size hide-a-bed in living room, and a twin bed in the lloft area. Canoe is available for use.
