I stayed here for three weeks with my family. Tyrone and Andrea were very nice people and made sure we had everything we needed, including preparing us to withstand a hurricane while we were there. Their communication was excellent and their house was a comfortable place to stay while in Bermuda. Highly recommend.

Amazing location, right across the street from a fantastic beach with great snorkeling. Raysheen was very responsive, and apartment had everything we needed!

James was great and his place was as advertised. Very comfortable and peaceful. Check in and check out were a breeze. Laundry on site was a huge help. Walkable pizza place near by was good. The beaches and coopers island were a reasonable walk and great places to relax. I would definitely stay here again.

Our 3rd stay on this beautiful island and we decided to go down the Airbnb route this time. Well, we couldn`t have booked a more peaceful and well positioned apartment, sat right on the edge of St Davids bay with stunning views. The apartment was everything we could have asked for, and our host Jayne was amazing. From the minute we booked to the moment we left, she was the perfect host. She went out of her way to assist us, including taking us to pick up our little electric hire car, organising a lift to the airport and allowing us to stay an additional 3 nights when our flight was cancelled because of the fire at Heathrow. She was full of useful information and advice and always there if required. We had an a mazing extended stay and Jaynes contribution went a long way to this. Would go back and stay at Pepper tree cottage in a heartbeat and can not recommend it enough for anyone considering visiting the best place in the world. Until the next time.

I didn’t stay at Chan Mar. My husband and I treated my girlfriend who was visiting Bermuda for the first time. When I asked her how her stay was she told me to “Pls give Christine 5 stars and add couple was very friendly and responsive. Great place, well appointed and very clean!”

We had a great stay. Don, Michelle and their family made us feel very welcome. The apt is super clean with a well stocked huge kitchen. Bonus washer and dryer. The view just steps from the bay was spectacular. The outdoor seating provided a tranquil place to sit and watch the sunsets. The bus stop is an easy 5-8 minute walk, and there is a small convenience store a short walk away. Although there is no living room, the love-seat in the large bedroom did the trick. Michelle’s welcome rum swizzle was awesome, and the “treats” were greatly appreciated. Would stay again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mike's place in Bermuda, and it was a fantastic experience. The property is beautiful, offering a peaceful retreat in a more remote location, which was exactly what we were looking for. With a little planning, it's easy to access the entire island. We rented a small vehicle, and getting around was a breeze—there’s so much to explore, and having a car made it all possible. One thing to note is that the Wi-Fi can be a bit slow, which is typical on islands, so if you need to join HD video calls or attend high-bandwidth meetings, keep that in mind. For most other needs, it works perfectly fine. There is a resort, a few miles away, that has sufficient Wi-Fi so such meetings, called Grotto Bay Beach Resort & Spa. Overall, I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a beautiful and convenient place to stay in Bermuda. It's a 5-star place. Thanks Mike!

Highly recommend this beautiful characterful property. Its high position in St George’s ensures the most fantastic views. Such a treat to sit on the porch every morning and admire the tranquil garden and stunning the vista. Jonathan and Mary-Jo are perfect hosts they are extremely welcoming. They took us for groceries when we arrived. Mary-Jo even took us to Hamilton on our first morning as we’d booked an early horse riding session and didn’t have time to buy bus tokens. They were so supportive doing our stay and yet also gave us total privacy whilst staying at their property which is joined to their home. We were a family of four and the house was perfect for us. Janet and Bill were very welcoming, the apartment was spotless, and with family at MOC the location was perfect.
