The place was great! Clean and neat. Much bigger than it looks in the pics. Would definitely book again!!

We had a rainy day during our stay so it was nice to have the pool table, games and extra space. Good communication from hosts.

I loved staying at this place! I relocated from Atlanta in February and stayed here for 3 months until my new place was ready. I love the building and front staff. It’s very safe, people are nice, and the gym and rooftop are great amenities! Shannon was very warm and personable. Tucker, co-host, was also very kind, hospitable, and super responsive to the few inquiries I had. It was a great home away from home for the time I stayed!

As someone who used to live in St. Louis this is perfect location wise! Really enjoyed my stay here and would highly suggest staying here. The hosts are very nice. Quick access to coffee, bars, world class food etc. HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying at Kathryn’s !

Greg was awesome and responsive with his instructions to get in. Even though his instructions were clear on how to get in, I got lost and confused and he was immediately messaging me how to get in. AWESOME AND COOL PLACE

My partner and I needed a place that was located close to everything we needed to go to and this was the perfect spot. We loved the space itself and it did super well for us. Everything was provided from shampoo/conditioner, towels, kitchen amenities & a washer and dryer. Everything was perfect! The only thing I would put in though is to provide more paper towels as we were only provided with one & more toilet paper. Other than that, my partner and I loved the stay and would 100% come back again!

Logan’s place was a gem in Soulard! It was easy to find, very clean and close to a lot of local spots. I would stay here again in the future.

It was perfect for the weekend. We came to St. Louis for a concert and we appreciated how close it was to the venue. Extremely quick responses from the host! Thank you!

The place was great! Except for the 50 stairs to the 3rd floor 🥴 The beds were quite comfortable. It was quite cozy and had all the necessities. We had a quick stay for a hockey night outing with our kids but everyone was happy!

We came to St. Louis for a family wedding that was at The Four Seasons hotel. This was a very reasonably priced, clean, relaxing environment that has been beautifully remodeled. We were able to rent both of the apartment spaces that he had in the building and all got to enjoy the outside deck that had a direct view of the arch. We were within walking distance of many restaurants and the hotel. We highly recommend this place!

We loved this neighborhood and the place was spacious and clean! It's a historic home with lovely features and an updated kitchen. Check-in/check-out is a little on the late/early side so just be aware of that when booking. The keyless entry was super convenient and there was always plenty of street parking. Make sure you take time to explore the neighborhood. It's quiet and residential, but has a lot of amenties scattered throughout within walking distance so you have the best of both worlds! I walked to yoga one night, Tower Grove Park on another, and we walked to a different cafe every morning.

We had an excellent week-long stay in this well furnished apartment situated in a beautiful neighborhood. It was super clean, has modern appliances and a well-functioning (and quiet!) AC system. But I especially liked all the little things that make a huge difference: extra towels, plenty of hangers in the large closet, lots of drawer space in the bedroom, nightstands on both sides of the bed with lamps and USB outlets, a great hairdryer with separate controls for heat and fan, a sunny laundry room with laundry supplies, a bottle of wine…I could go on and on. I will definitely book this place again.

This was exactly what my daughter was looking for! Perfect say for her 19th birthday. She loves old buildings downtown and this was perfect! Such a perfect location too!

This space worked great for my two children and I on spring break. Easy to park out front. Always found a spot. Nice location away from attractions and downtown, yet just a short drive. Plenty of space for the three of us. Hosts were always great at communicating before and during our stay.

Amanda’s apartment was everything we would have hoped for. An eclectic mix of vintage and modern. Everything was in order and her place couldn’t have been more charming. Definitely 100% recommend. This is a true gem, and we have just found our preferred place to stay in St Louis!

We chose Curt’s place because of location being close to Botanical Gardens. We found awesome places to eat close to the apartment.

My family of 6 had a wonderful time staying at this house in Saint Louis. Standouts were: safe neighborhood, fairly quiet at night, close to parks. A few small touches were not quite right, and the interior has seen some aging, but these are not enough to lower my 5 star rating. This is a safe, functional, and budget-friendly home. Chris was very prompt in the questions I had, and he cares about his guests.

We had a wonderful time at Joy’s place. We had two kids and two dogs that felt right at home. Very clean and a nice quiet area.

Fun area of the city, quiet street with no thru traffic. They had snacks, soaps & shampoos, which was very friendly. Place felt extremely spacious for its size with nice high ceilings. Great tech & timely communication made our stay very easy. Can’t stress how nice of an area this little street is. Hard to find in St. Louis… this felt like a hidden gem.

Diana’s place was awesome. Has character and was very quiet. Diana was very welcoming and met us at the door when we arrived. She was very friendly and made us feel at home. For the accommodation the place is very charming and quaint. Diana handed us some bread for toast and she had the refrigerator stocked with eggs, milk, orange juice, and butter. The bed was comfortable and the whole place is very clean. There was information on St. Louis and list of things to do. We found it very easy to get around with many different types of restaurants nearby. We will definitely book at the GEM again when we back in the area.

Our home away from home was exactly what the pictures looked like. The rooms were so spacious!! Regardless of being close to an interstate, our home was still very quiet. There were lots of games there for us to play. They beds were SO comfortable!! We'll definitely come back to stay soon.

Mark was a great host, quick to respond and addressed any issues promptly. Very nice and quiet place for a short term or long term stay.
