My family travels to New Orleans quite frequently, and this is one of the top AirBNBs at which we have stayed. It was spacious and appeared just like the pictures on the website. It is in a great area of town, in walking distance to shopping and restaurants. It is also very close to two grocery stores. The pool was a nice addition and perfect for our 6 yo son. Michael and Marcia were communicative and we were appreciative that they let us check in early on our day of arrival. Would highly recommend a stay here.

We stayed here because our daughter was touring Tulane. it was so convenient to walk to the university and also down to Maple street for coffee and food. Also convenient to Audubon park. we hope to come back on parent visiting days.

Prime location off Fretet st. Get place for walking entertainment and night life. Property has a nice pool and great outdoor lounging. The host is very responsive and has done a get job at making sure the place has all of the amenities that one could wish for in an airbnb. Felt more at home than other rentals i have had because literally everything there. Bonus - Massive amount of board games!

We loved our stay in New Orleans and Alleshia was an excellent host. The house is charming with a great large kitchen to hang out in and nicely sized bedrooms. The extra touches of spare toothbrushes and welcome snacks made us feel right at home. We were able to walk to St Roche market and grabbed groceries at a nearby spot that had all we needed. Alleshia was a kind and flexible host, and very responsive. We would definitely recommend!

The house is lovely and very well set up. Modern but cozy. The beds are comfortable and the backyard is a great place to relax and hang.

Amazing stay! Gary’s house exceeded expectations and my family loved it. Honestly the pictures don’t do it justice. Gorgeous, unique, spacious house full of New Orleans character and the backyard is a true oasis. We spent most of the time in the pool and hot tub. It’s obvious what an incredible amount of love and time went into creating this property! The location off of Magazine St. couldn’t be better. Shopping/food/drinks all within minutes, grocery store at the end of the block, we didn’t even use the car. So close to action yet the house felt quiet and secluded. Perfect, couldn’t ask for more! 100/10, can’t wait to stay again!

This is a great house in a really nice and fun area of New Orleans, especially if you have a large group! The open living room and kitchen are great for hanging out, and the patio, hot tub, and pool were also as described. We had no issues with the hot tub heat and the pool was also plenty warm for March. The rooms were clean and well appointed, and there were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. The house also had laundry with detergent supplied for washing bath and pool towels if you have a big group. Daniel and Lindsey were super helpful and very responsive. They were kind enough to provide us with an early check-in and Lindsey was there to make sure we got in and didn't have any issues with the house! When checkout-time arrived, they didn't ask us to do anything except walk-out which makes vacation even nicer. The location was excellent with easy walking to the Quarter and coffee house, wine bar, restuaurants, etc all very close with a block or two. Highly recommend!

What can I say about Randal and Tee? Great hosts. Great place. Very comfortable. Hot tub was awesome. House was very clean. Plenty of space. Plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen well-equipped. Very private. Randal and Tee great at communication. Only negatives - if you have a group of old people, the upstairs bedroom's steps can be a bit of a challenge. Neighborhood is a bit questionable but once you are at the house you forget all that

I was beyond pleased with my experience. Patricia was an incredible host. Communication was top notch. She was concerned about every aspect of my stay and checked in frequently. The little bungalow is ADORABLE. Close to everything! The airport, my son's home in St. Rose, and also downtown New Orleans. It was spotless, easy to access, and the neighborhood felt safe and was, most importantly for me, quiet. I was worried about staying in a hotel during Mardi Gras because of the noise. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with my stay. The value was honestly far better than staying at a hotel. I loved the peaceful outdoor space out back. Everything was comfortable and thoughtfully done. Check in/out was simple and straightforward. I won't hesitate to book again for my next visit. Already planning on it. Thank you for a great stay and I'll look forward to the next one!

Great location, beautiful home. We stayed here for Mardi Gras, it was about a 30 min drive to NOLA. The neighborhood was safe the neighbor was friendly and helpful, she told us about a parade in the area and we had a great time. This is definitely a place I would stay at again if I were ever in the area

Russ is the ideal host. Very helpful and responsive. His house is fantastic and is in a great location. Me and my family had a blast over the holidays.

Our stay was perfect. There was a slight issue getting inside. May have been operator error or the brand new door being tight. We really enjoyed the flexibility of checkout as one of kids ended up spiking a fever the morning we were supposed to leave. They had plenty of pillows and extra blankets for hanging out on the couch. The bathroom was fully stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed the nespresso machine and the extra snacks. The parking was perfect for two vehicles. The back porch was nice as the weather was great the last day we were there. We are already making plans to stay in the summer for a week.

the host was very kind and friendly . nice neighborhood felt right at home . the kids enjoyed the fenced in back yard to play with no worries.. and everything was clean and neat!!
