While it is listed as a smoking house. When we got there you could tell it was smoked in but cleaned very well. For the price point this place was awesome. Recommend it highly.

Misty is a super host, she is very friendly and responsive. The check-in instructions were perfect. The best part I liked about her place was, I had a private bathroom attached to my bedroom and the bedroom had door lock. Not only my bedroom all other rooms had door locks which is great.

Becky is the Hostess with the Mostest! She was so kind and accommodating. It was great to spend time in the pool. My son actually learned how to swim underwater. Huge success! We told Becky that we were charcuterie connoisseurs and she brought us a box. It was the best we've ever had (shout out to-Mouse in the House). Thank you, Becky, for your kindness and humor. We can't wait to come back.

Rasheedah's place was perfect for me. I'm a travel nurse and spent 6 months here and it felt like home away from home. Rasheedah was the best host and so easy to communicate with. The private suite with its own bathroom gave me the privacy I needed, but the shared main floor, including the kitchen and laundry, helped make it feel like I wasn't in a big empty house alone. The location isn't in the best area of St. Louis but I felt very safe with the street the house is located on. Friendly neighbors were a plus, too! It's close to downtown and The Loop and BJC is only 10 minutes away. I would not hesitate to stay at Rasheedah's if I'm ever in STL again.

Steve is a great host! Mr. Boots is THE coolest cat! The King bed is wonderful. The TV had a great variety of options. The kitchen and amenities were nice, and it was a really comfortable house and environment!

Booking with Micah was the best decision I made while in stl. I was in town for a month for a medical rotation. Micah and Nikki are incredible hosts, they put effort towards making you feel at home. Micah is clearly a seasoned host and well integrated into the community. Nikki is a fun soul that holds a bright energy. They are both wonderful people that I will remember dearly and hope to see again. Their pets are very loving and great to play with after a day of work or exploring. The rooms and bathroom are spacious. Parking was never an issue. While some may be concerned the area is unsafe, I always felt safe and the neighbors are genuinely friendly. I would absolutely recommend booking this listing!

My daughter chose this location to celebrate her PhD defense. It went so well. Laid back, relaxed, and all had a great time!! Not many properties allow you to have get togethers and I understand why. Jonathan could not have been more helpful and supportive. He even turned his outdoor lights on for us. Had one electrical issue and he was there to help instantly. Have read some reviews and all I can say is know what you are renting. If you do have an issue contact Jonathan directly and he will try to resolve it no problem. Great place for skateboarding and even got to watch some. Also bought my son a board as a memory!!

We were just in for a couple of nights—needed an affordable, safe, comfy place that would let us bring our dog. WE FOUND IT! Really comfy beds. Safe neighborhood. Everything we needed. Fabulous host—very responsive.
