The location was perfect and felt just like home and easy check in. The home was very clean and beautiful. The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. And there was a gas station up the street for easy access for snacks. I love the place I will can back to the same place whenever I’m in New Orleans :) and the host was very nice.

This home was totally gorgeous. My friends and I truly enjoyed our stay. There was a lot of space so everyone had their own space. The yard was literally to die for. The house was nicely decorated and situated in a very quiet neighborhood. For those that may want to attend church, there was a really nice one around the corner. It's always a great perk to have laundry and that was awesome. The kitchen provided ample cookware and everything else you need. The kcup machine was nice. Alex was very responsive to our needs and provided great restaurants choices. We had a leak and he sent a plumber out immediately and, he was even friendly and explained everything that he was doing. This Airbnb is definitely a vibe and the life is sweet saying on the wall was truly the best quote for our stay.

If you like privacy and outdoor / water activities this is the place for you. The property is very private and large and the house is big as well. The bed is super comfy and I had such an amazing and relaxing time sitting on the porch. Only downsides are it can be too windy occasionally to sit and eat outside and birds might use your car for target practice if you know what I mean but that comes with staying on the water. Overall very worth it and I would stay here again and I recommend it HIGHLY

Dawn was the absolute best! I used this property for my mom's 70th birthday sleepover and brunch. Flexible check-in and out and very accomidating to last minute changed. The shower was AMAZING with 6 wall jets! They provide Ralph Lauren towels, which is what I use at home - all my towels at home are Ralph Lauren. Great quality. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. All of my guest absolutely loved both sides of the house, noone wanted to leave. I'd recommend Dawn's place to anyone.

Amazing and comfy stay in NOLA! This was our first time visiting the area and it was super convenient getting to and from popular tourist spots. Our stay was perfect, the home is so beautiful (love the murals!) and we had everything we needed. Very spacious and aesthetic space with lots of thoughtful touches! We had great communication with the hosts who were very responsive and helpful.

The neighborhood was great. It was quite & the neighbors were friendly. It was a 15/20 minute ride to all the places we visited French Quarter, Ceasars Suoerdome, Jamaican Jerk House, Morrow's etc etc. The house was exactly as described. My friends & I will/would definitely stay here again on our next visit if the house is available.

Everything about the place was nice. The decoration was beautiful. Also while the place is in the 9th ward, the place was very secure. Unfortunately, however during our stay the power went out, but it was the whole neighborhood that power went out so it wasn’t the airbnb fault was the city’s. Still though one of the best airbnb I have stayed at due to how spacious it was. Wifi was great too. Would stay again.

She was a great host and always was responsive. We were barely in the home but it was a good stay with no issues.

Kenny est un l'hôte parfait, qui sait recevoir et vous met à l'aise. il nous a attendu jusqu'à 1h30 du matin quand nous sommes arrivés. La chambre est spacieuse et le lit très douillet. Propreté impeccable dans toute la maison, très joli intérieur. Emplacement pour la voiture juste devant sa maison. Nous avons pris le bus pour aller dans le centre de New Orleans, très pratique et épargne le coût du parking. L'arrêt de bus est à 10 minutes à pied, très facile à trouver avec ses indications. Le trajet coûte 1,25 dollar. Séjour très agréable chez Kenny. Merci !

It was just as described and matched the pictures. All the amenities matched. If you like to cook she has seasonings just for that. Also a few refreshers that was very welcoming. The location was perfect. Not far from Popeye's and El Patron restaurants. Walmart Supercenter with the gas station was 3 mins away. Your only 14 mins from Canal and Bourbon street. The neighborhood felt safe and was very kid and family friendly. We loved it and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to New Orleans.

The place was exactly what we needed. Close to fishing, quiet and clean. Ron had great communication and was quick to respond.

Very sweet hostess! She was knowledgeable about the area and local shops. Everything was clean and easy to find. The bed was VERY soft and comfortable, and the couch was loaded with comfy throw pillows. The location was perfect as it was a quick Uber ride to the center of the quarter but far enough out of the action to be peaceful.

Our stay was a 10 out of 10. This place felt like home. We felt very safe. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and peaceful. Richard made us feel like we were right at home. The apartment was exactly like the pictures. It was clean and comfortable. Richard gave us a few suggestions of places to eat nearby. No matter where we went the food was good. Brewster was good. Gerald’s was good and fiery crab was good too. You won’t be disappointed staying here. I would definitely recommend his place. It’s about 20 minutes from Bourbon street and the French Quarters. We would definitely come back here and stay at this beautiful place. Richard took time out to interact with us. He was a wonderful host. He made sure we had everything we needed. The outdoor space was just enough for us. 10 10 and 10 that were as enough for the Five days we needed. Thank you Richard. We will never forget where we stayed.
