We loved our stay! Everything was clean and the bedroom were very nice with comfortable beds. The house had a very cozzy feeling to it. We didn’t had the right plugs for the phone charger and they were nice enough to borrow us 4. On the day of our check out we needed ice to put in the insulin container of my mom and they went above and beyond to get some ice for us, really thankful for that! Overall I would really recommend this place. Location was great too, close by to the beach and restaurants and just 1 hour away from Edinburgh

Lovely cottage, very comfortable and well-equipped, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Peaceful rural area with some nice walks and local wildlife around. The pool and jacuzzi were also super clean and a great addition. Highly recommended!

A great place to spend your vacation, or just a few days to relax and get away from the routine. Very attentive host and great to negotiate with.

I booked this property at short notice and the reason was because I saw that it had a good location and also a pool for my children to play in the water and that since I had a short time, I saw this as a good space, but the only thing is that the pool cannot be used in cold weather.... But in terms of being large, clean and tidy and having amenities, it is a very suitable place, just because I wanted to go to Edinburgh, which was an hour away. Most importantly, the owner was very kind and polite. He also lived in the property next door and was a very nice person. When we returned, our cat was lost in the garden and he helped us find it with great kindness and patience. I am extremely grateful to him, I recommend that you travel there for rest and accommodation.

Perfect central location, spotlessly clean, with very comfortable beds. Everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing few days in North Berwick. Alexa is a great host and has thought of everything to ensure an enjoyable stay. Thank you x

Novel location in the middle of the city. Garage was a very nice safety aspect. Alley leading to place was a typical inner city side street that might be a little less predictable at night. We enjoyed how easy it was to walk anywhere and lots of close and great restaurants. Overall very happy with the place.

The house is in a very good location out side of St. Andrews. If you are going to play The Castle Course is just in front! The house was clean and in good condition. The kitchen utensils should be renovated, the glasses too. It hasn´t scissors, for example. The tv was small for a large living room.

Our family had an amazing stay at the coal house,kid friendly with toys they can play with, very clean and had all the stuff we needed Carla and Alan were great host and fast to answer any questions we had. Would recommend for anyone that has kids Thank you again

The apartment was easy to find, it is not in the city centre but there are bus stops nearby. We needed to take a bus very early in the morning to the airport and it was easy. The apartment is comfortable and large enough for four people. It is well furnished to have meals in the house. We enjoyed the welcome pack in the fridge. The conservatory and the rear garden are lovely. Enjoy your stay there!

The house has everything you could ever need for you’re stay plenty of space for everyone and the terrace and garden were amazing to sit out in the sun and the fully enclosed garden gives you peace of mind when taking dogs and kids. Would definitely recommend!!

Great stay! The location is super convenient—Tesco Express is just around the corner, a local shop is two minutes away, and there’s a lovely park nearby that’s perfect if you have pets.Anzelika is incredibly responsive, flexible, and friendly. She even offered us an extra hour to check out, and later extended it by another hour, even though we didn’t end up needing it. The home itself is very cozy, spacious, and well-equipped—you’ll find everything you need in the kitchen. We even managed to park our SUV inside the property, which was a big plus. The overall vibe of the place is really welcoming. Loved the stay and would definitely recommend.

I stayed at this wonderful property for a few days right after getting married, kicking off my honeymoon while also showing my new in-laws some of the best parts of the UK. The entire family had a great time here—it’s clean, very spacious, and truly felt like home. We did run into a minor issue with a bathroom leak (a bit of bad luck on my part, I suppose), but the host was incredibly responsive and did everything they could to resolve it quickly. I really appreciate how it was handled and am grateful for the prompt attention. Overall, I highly recommend this lovely property. If I’m ever in Edinburgh again with family or friends, I’d definitely check if this place is available before considering other options in the Old Town area. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Perth verbracht. Bei durchgehend traumhaftem Wetter konnten wir den fantastischen Garten genießen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt. Besonders schön ist der Balkon mit Blick über Perth. Es war für uns der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um die verschiedenen Highlights Schottlands zu erkunden. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

The house was beautiful, very spacious and extremely clean. The living area had lots of space with comfy sofas and footstools. There was a massive collection of dvds and books. The garden was peaceful, with garden furniture and a great view of the sea. We had 4 of us plus a baby which meant to bottom floor was ideal for the baby and mother and the rest of us were on the top floor. The view from the upstairs bedrooms were stunning. We walked the coast to the local villages and the village its self had great cafes and restaurants and an award winning chippy! We had the best stay and can’t wait to go back! Thank you to the host for letting us stay, your house is beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay in Elie. Ann’s house is in a great location with lots of lovely touches. We particularly enjoyed the Bluetooth mirror in the bathroom! Great garden for dogs and family alike, nice and secure.

Whether you're interested in history, nature, or city life, everything feels conveniently close! The hosts were wonderful – so kind, welcoming, and full of great local tips. They made sure we had everything we needed and even helped us plan our day trips. The place itself was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped, making it a true home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better base to explore Scotland’s beauty. Highly recommend – we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
