Just a nice retreat, you cannot go wrong with this beauty of a place

Rodger is a Perfect host. It was a Short but very nice stay for us. The Location is very cool, directly at the beach. Breakfast and Dinner was very tasty. Everything was exactly as descriped. We would Love to come back one day.

Our stay to Jays was really nice, a perfect spot to climb blue mountains peak !! You're into nature and coffee farms. The room is small but really clean, so its perfect ! The bathroom is also rustic with cold water, but it doesn't matter and it's clean. There is also good wifi connection. And their little puppy is soooo cute! :)

I spent 3 very nice days with the Belleh23 crew and I enjoyed the place and the people a lot. Recommend them 200%.

A beautiful property, nice pool and friendly staff. A bit of construction going on but the workers were nice enough. The A/C is powerful and it’s easy to adjust the temperature.

The worst part about this place is having to say Goodbye to it. If you have never driven in the hills before, ask for the driver option that the host provides for you. I personally loved the twist and turns to reach The Estate. Bobby stays on property, in his own space and provides all information on the area, any history he might know and helps with everything except helping you breathe. The remote location forces you to relax and take in your surroundings. Relax at their plunge pool, watch the birds, walk around. Internet is provided but I feel that defeats the purpose of being away from civilization. My room was CLEAN, better than some hotels that claim to be modernized. No bugs bothered me unless I was outside (DUH) and the hot water works at all hours of the day in the bathroom. Didn’t try the food but I’m 2000% certain Bobby would have sorted me out. I will be going back very soon. I am Jamaican, I live in the city but was glad to call prince valley my home for a night. God Bless

My stay at belleh23 was amazing. The Location is great, located near restaurants and supermarkets. the house itself is very big and the staff are welcoming and helpful. They even taught me one of their dance moves too!

This was way better than what I expected … beautiful place, very clean, the woman that checked us in was very helpful, very nice rooftop pool… Will definitely be staying here again! Highly recommended!!! 5 star rating… I almost don’t want to share this hidden gem with anyone lol but this is definitely a very nice, peaceful place to stay!!!!

Staying at this accommodation was a good experience and at the time of this post, It was by far the prettiest building on the ave especially at night. There's construction going on across the street, but as it stands now, this one's the visual winner. Parking was easy and all the staff were very nice and polite. The windows allowed really nice natural light in. My room had a balcony that faced the hills, so that was a nice visual to witness at nights. The neighborhood is cool, safe, and close to the 100 restaurant, Liguanea Plaza, Sovereign Supermarket, Hope Road, Devon's House, and the Bob Marley Museum. The Host responded to and resolved any issues that arose which I really appreciated. The room was reasonably priced, there's a pool and laundry mat. Just keep in mind that they're still kind of new, so cut them a bit of slack as they continue to get everything fully operational, however they're making very good effort so far. I recommend this listing for sure.

I traveled up for work & business. I was able to check in, communicate and get all my work done and done very comfortably. I particularly appreciated the members of staff and their courtesy. All members of staff. All amenities, I was very comfortable. I’m definitely coming back. One of my new go-to spots for my Kingston trips ! Booking again EXPEDITIOUSLY

Absolutely fantastic stay at Dion's Airbnb. The host was responsive and was very detailed with her information. It was cozy and we felt right at home. The apartment was immaculately clean and I loved the fact that as I stepped in the AC came on. Love the location as it's central and it's in a safe area. I highly recommend this beautiful place and we will definitely be going back!

Had a great stay, we only stayed one night as we were passing through. The place was lovely and clean, great location. tea coffee provided. I also thought the darker rag for makeup was a nice touch. Dion also made themselves available until later as I was landing late which was a step above for me and would highly recommend to friends. Only thing missing for me was plates, we got food and wanted to share out some but overall a minor. Thanks again

Dion and team were great in communication - both in the detailed instructions and responsiveness to questions. Security guard on arrival was very welcoming and helpful. Apartment is as described and in a very central location. At the time of stay, there was still construction going on as this is a new build. So there was some noise and unfinished bits but this didn't detract too much from the overall stay. Would stay here again.

Beautiful up and coming hotel. The room was huge and the kitchenette was really useful. The quality of pots, pans, and utensils really stood out. I don't think I've ever seen that in a hotel. There were two big beds in the room and a powerful ceiling fan and ac. Everything was spotless. The host was super communicative and friendly. My only regret was that I couldn't stay longer!
