Nidaal’s place is in the center of Colombo, it was easy to reach everything we wanted to see by short Tuk Tuk rides! The place is very up high and you have great view over the city. The check is process is a bit complicated, but Nidaal explained everything well! The beds are comfortable, the air condition works perfectly! Nidaal is a very communicative host, she answers quickly and has a lot of tips!

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views of the city were absolutely breathtaking, and the location couldn’t be more convenient—perfect for getting around Colombo with ease. What really added to our experience was the amazing security and support staff. They were always polite, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We had no issues with parking and were always allowed to use the guest parking area, which made coming and going so easy—especially since we often returned late at night or left early in the morning. This is probably one of the most beautiful and highest quality apartments in all of Colombo. We have been coming to Sri Lanka since 2015 and have stayed in many places. Nicola's attention to detail and quality is unmistakable. If you have discerning taste and want a place that is artful, clean and full with high end decor and appliances this is the place. It costs more than many apartments but it's well worth it. The location is great! Within walking distance to excellent restaurants at Cinnamon Life Hotel, a grocery and a fabulous mall. It's also an easy walk to a nice beach.

Modern and spotless apartment with great air conditioning. Pool and gym were excellent. Would definitely recommend, particularly as Uthay was flexible with the check in and also gave us a late check out.
