The garage guest house sits on 3 wooded acres w/ south views to Creswell and winter views of the Three Sisters to the east. Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. The house is in a very convenient location close to Autzen Stadium(6 mins), the University of Oregon(12 mins), and downtown Springfield(7 mins)! Located in a working class neighborhood. This is one side of an updated duplex. You have full access to the home including the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms each with queen size beds! Each bedroom as a very comfortable memory foam queen size mattress!

There's a Kureg coffee machine, MINIMAL kitchenette equipped with dishes, sink, microwave and small fridge (NO cooktop or stove), LARGE KING BED with individual cotton duvet covers lofted over a cool, memory foam mattress. Great high speed WIFI, a 42-inch flat screen TV with LOCAL channels ONLY or you may access your Apple TV account. The back deck overlooks our beautifully landscaped backyard and quaint chicken coup.
