Beautiful house in great central location. Everything is nearby and in walking distance. Comfortable guestroom with own bath. And most important: a super lovely hosting familiy. We enjoyed our stay so so much. Thanks for everything!

We loved our stay! The house has everything you need and nothing you don’t. Although it’s older it’s great to have the pool, and there are lovely shaded areas outside too. Would happily recommend or stay again - thank you!

We recently stayed in Picton, New Zealand, and had a truly wonderful experience. Our host, Carolyn, was absolutely lovely—welcoming, helpful, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located to explore the beauty of Picton and the Marlborough Sounds. Carolyn went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, and we’re so grateful for her hospitality. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The property was in the perfect location for us. It fitted our whole family easily and we had a lovely stay. Bathrooms are modern and super clean. All rooms are good sized and the property was very private.

Stunning, spacious mid century house, big homely kitchen and beautiful peaceful gardens. Short walk to the park at the end of the street. Gas heater kept the home toasty during cooler nights. Sarah was a very responsive and accommodating and we would definitely rebook if given the opportunity.

I had a wonderful stay at Jenny’s house. The house had everything you could ask for and the pool was perfect for those hot Nelson days. The sea views were enchanting and l enjoyed sitting on the deck looking out at the water. The location was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Jenny and Glen were great communicators. I would love to go back.

What a beautiful place! Loved the outdoors, kids loved running around, had home cooked food outside while enjoying the scenery. The house felt cosy.

What a location, the view was amazing! Very well stocked kitchen, great for cooking and heaps of seating for outdoor BBQs. Easy to get around, Uber to town was about $12, we walked down the hill and had a lovely breakfast on the waterfront. The house is bigger and better than the photos portrayed. Absolutely recommend staying here.

Ally’s house was close to town, and on a flat section. The car can the driven right to the door. The two of us stayed for three nights. The house was spacious and very clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with some extras like oil for cooking. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had excellent pressure. We would stay at Ally’s again and recommend it.

Very spacious house with nice private outdoor patio space and plenty of parking. Fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals. Walking distance to great local pub/restaurant and lovely level track into Picton Marina. Minutes from the ferry. Lynda was an awesome host. She checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we always had everything. Will come back again.

Had such a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely lovely/ beautifully presented and incredibly clean. It had everything I needed and felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect too, nice and central, making it easy to get around and explore the area. I’d definitely love to stay again. Thank you for such a warm and welcoming experience!

We really enjoyed our time at Yvonne and Dave’s place. The views are tremendous. Just a spectacular view of the ocean and hills. The spaces are large with a fantastic, well stocked kitchen. The patio is very large and great for hanging out to enjoy the aforementioned views. Location was great; only a 5 minute ride from the ferry. Yvonne and Dave were very responsive and helpful to all our enquiries. I would definitely come back again to the “Beachy Blue Sea Views”.

Graeme’s place was a little slice of heaven. Right on the Queen Charlotte Track, it was relaxing and beautiful. We hiked, rode bikes, and played several of the board games. We really loved our time there. The beds were not the most comfortable but everything else made up for that.

We had such a great stay at Elizabeth’s Airbnb. Best Airbnb experience yet. The place was perfect for our family and friends and was very well equipped! Very stoked! We would totally stay there again.

An absolutely beautiful home which we felt very comfortable in as soon as we walked in. Stunning art work on the walls, clean and comfy beds, a sweet private garden with ocean views, what more could you ask for! The home had plentiful space for the 4 of us, including a study area which my partner was able to work in quietly. If we ever came back to Nelson I would definitely hope to stay here again. A lovely homely feel, the potplants were gorgeous.. Alexa was fun! Really well supplied home and we appreciated the offer to use pantry supplies. Helen was very responsive. All in all a great home, thank you.

Cannot say enough good things about Relax by the River‼️ Beautiful location and an extremely clean and updated home. All of Tania’s welcoming touches made for an overall fabulous experience. Would definitely come again if in the area. Thank you Tania and all.

We loved this Air BnB - the space was exactly what we needed for our family of 3. It was beautifully set out and super clean! The veggie garden was a nice surprise, there were lots of basics in the pantry to use etc. The hot tub was fab too! Jo was really responsive and helped us with a couple of small things we needed - thanks! Location to town was great - 5 minute drive. You can also walk via a private walkway to a pub with good food in 5 minutes. Just one thing to be aware of if you have small children - in the garden it leads onto a stream/river and there is no gate. It shouldn’t stop you going but kids will need supervising there. Highly recommend this place!

Very charming house with clever update to a classic design. Instructions for use of house were on target. Bathroom was particularly well designed and clean. Individual heating units worked great and kept us comfortable as Fall approached. Kitchen was very well stocked and organized. Highly recommend.
