Such a stunning property. I don’t think the listing represents how wonderful it truly is. Sitting above the ocean and 5 mins from skopleos town on a private lot covered in flowers and olive trees. Truly Serene. The home is what i envisioned for a Greek Island get away. Such beauty, very private from any neighbors you feel enchanted in the history and charm of this private Villa. We enjoyed barbecuing in the outside kitchen overlooking the sea. We also appreciated the privacy of the pool. Outdoor viewing areas and little nooks to enjoy the scenery. The host left us a fruit basket, pasta, cheese,sauce,juice, butter, jam, and other goodies,very well equipped kitchen for cooking on slow days. We truly enjoyed our stay and the host couldn’t have been more accommodating and hospitable even cleaning/changing linens during our stay. We were very grateful for how welcoming our hosts were. I would go back time and time again. Gracious enough to let us have a late check out with no hesitatation.

גרנו בבית של מריה במשך 3 חודשים נפלאים. אבא שלה קיבל את פנינו בערב גשום בצורה כל כך ידידותית ומקסימה שלא נתקלתי באנשים כאלו בעבר. עזר לנו בדברים שלא היו קשורים לבית והכיר לנו אנשים מקסימים. הבית עצמו מושלם. אין מילים אחרות לתאר. הנוף מכל פינה עוצר נשימה.הקשר עם מריה גם היה נהדר, קיבלנו מענה לכל דבר. מקווה שנחזור שוב להתארח בבית המופלא הזה. תודה למשפחה המקסימה

Ενας πολύ ομορφος χώρος σε μια ομορφη τοποθεσία. Ιδανικό για άτομα και οικογένειες που θέλουν την ησυχία τους και είναι σε επαφή με τη φύση. Η θάλασσα κυριολεκτικά στα πόδια σου. Το σπίτι είναι μικρό και πρακτικό με όλα όσα χρειάζεται κάποιος στις διακοπές του. Ο οικοδεσπότης είχε φροντίσει να υπάρχουν τα πάντα ώστε να κάνει άνετη τη φιλοξενία μας.

Demetra è stata molto gentile nell'anticipare il check in. L'appartamento è nuovo, completo di tutto (anche di olive, olio e fragole sciroppate! Tutto buonissimo!!), con camere ampie, cosi come l'area esterna e il terrazzo sopra la casa. 100 mt dalla spiaggia e dal market. Abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza esplorando le belle spiagge del Pelion orientale!! Consigliatissimo!

We had the most fantastic break at Barbara’s place. We didn’t want to leave. The listing and photos really don’t do justice to it. Sitting on the balcony/ terrace listening to the waves before heading down to swim in the crystal waters of a secluded beach (not private) was a dream. The outside space is well thought through, with a variety of comfortable and sheltered places to relax. The interior of the house is not fancy, but it has everything you need and is so clean. We cooked a lot and it was pretty well equipped. It’s a 20 min drive to Patitiri or there are local tavernas nearby. You definitely need a car.

Localização ótima com estacionamento, que é uma vantagem. A comunicação com o anfitriaõ foi sempre rápida. Resposta rápida e eficiente em todos os momentos. Gostei de ficar aqui hospedada com a minha família.

Υπέροχο παραδοσιακό σπίτι σε ένα πανέμορφο χωριό! Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ βολικό μέρος: πολύ κοντά στον κεντρικό δρόμο, αλλά και στην πλατεία του χωριού. Ωστόσο, ο χώρος διαμονής προσφέρει υψηλή αίσθηση ιδιωτικότητας και ηρεμίας, σε ένα καταπράσινο περιβάλλον. Μπαίνοντας στο σπίτι, αισθανθήκαμε πως γυρίσαμε πίσω στο χρόνο, με το παραδοσιακό τζάκι να κυριαρχεί στο καθιστικό και την ξύλινη σκάλα που οδηγεί στον πάνω όροφο όπου βρίσκονται οι κρεβατοκάμαρες με την υπέροχη θέα. Ταυτόχρονα, οι καλαίσθητα ανακαινισμένοι χώροι της κουζίνας και του μπάνιου μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Οι οικοδεσπότες έχουν φροντίσει με λεπτομέρεια για ό,τι θα μπορούσε να χρειαστεί κανείς και ανά πάσα στιγμή είναι πρόθυμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν για οτιδήποτε! Πολύ σημαντικό επίσης, όλοι οι χώροι καθώς και ό,τι χρησιμοποιήσαμε κατά τη διαμονή μας… όλα πεντακάθαρα! Η γλυκομίλητη οικοδέσποινα Μάρω μας έκανε να αισθανθούμε πως μας φιλοξένησαν δικοί μας άνθρωποι. Ευχαριστούμε για την υπέροχη εμπειρία!

Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Das Haus, die Lage, der Ausblick, die Ruhe, der Garten, der Pool, der Grill. Einfach alles war perfekt. Spiros holte uns am Hafen ab, nachdem wir unseren Mietwagen in Empfang genommen hatten und fuhr mit uns in die Unterkunft. Er war auch während unseres Aufenthalts immer erreichbar und kümmerte sich zwischendurch in Absprache mit uns um das Anwesen. Ein wahrer Gentleman und ein toller sympathischer Mensch. Den Pool haben wir häufig genutzt und uns darin abgekühlt. Die Ruhe und Privatsphäre im Garten hoch oben über der Insel war einfach traumhaft. Wir werden irgendwann wiederkommen. Bis dahin drücken wir die Daumen für gutes Wetter und eine gute Olivenernte.

We loved our stay here. It was spotless and everything we needed. The bedrooms were spacious and comfirtable and the air conditioning very effective. Great location just a few footsteps to the gorgeous beach. Nice to have use of sunloungers in the garden. Host was extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

La casa è semplice e accogliente, o una posizione strategica, nella parte più bella dell’isola. Il mare a pochi metri dalla casa è favoloso! Gli host gentili e disponibili, abbiamo comunicato senza problemi! EsattMente come ce la immaginavamo! Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Place is clean, close to the beach and beautiful yard, great for kids. Maria is a great host,was there for everything we needed. Ill recomend this place any. time. Would like to get back.

We had a really lovely stay at giorgos’ place on Panormos beach. It felt very safe and welcoming, the room was simple but charming. And it is basically on the beach so we had access to the sea before anyone else got to the beach- heavenly! Giorgos was an extremely friendly and kind host who greeted us on arrival, showed us around and gave us many local recommendations. Two nights wasn’t enough! We would happily return.

Μειναμε μία εβδομάδα, οικογένεια με δυο παιδιά, 7 και 1.5 έτους. Όλα ήταν υπεροχα, το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο, η τοποθεσία φοβερή, μπροστά στην υπέροχη απάνεμη παραλία του Πανόρμου, στο κέντρο του νησιού για να επισκεφτείς ευκολα τα πάντα, ο περιβάλλων χώρος προσεγμένος, ο κήπος, οι εγκαταστάσεις, οι ξαπλώστρες, όλα. Οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενέστατοι , παντα εκεί για οτιδηποτε χρειαστει κανεις κι ομως ταυτοχρονα διακριτικοι. Νιώθαμε ασφάλεια πρωί βραδυ. Ηταν ο.τι καλυτερο μπορουσαμε να φανταστουμε για τις διακοπες μας. Γνησιο, απλο, ελληνικο καλοκαιρι! Ευχαριστούμε!

Great family owned apartments, very clean, well equipped , just in front of the water. Good location, fair bus connection but if you have a car, everything is reached easily . Even staying at the location is great, basic watersports, few good taverns, and beach bar. Sun sets just in front of the beach. Recommended for families

A place right by one of the most beautiful beaches of Skopelos. The lovely water can be seen through the window even when laying in bed. The studio itself was clean and efficient, and being the only guest this time of the year, it was super quiet and calm. One needs a car to reach the place and go back and forth, but also until the end of October there is a great taverna 2 doors down. Would definitely come back here, having the beach for myself was priceless.

Raniae et Georges sont d'excellents hôtes, l'endroit est propre, calme, légèrement en retrait de la ville, ce qui est trea bien, 15 min de marche du centre.
