My family loved our stay. The home felt very peaceful and remote, yet we were only a 5 minute drive to the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the outside deck and enjoying the sounds of the birds. Inside was spacious and there was plenty of the things we needed like towels, linens and cooking items. We will definitely come back.

Great location. We could walk to everything we needed. Many restaurants nearby and within walking distance of Convention center and Arena. Apartment was very spacious and clean. Had minor issue with access but resolved promptly by a phone call. Appreciated having professional phone support. We enjoyed the pool table. Kitchen had what we needed and TV apps allowed us to watch NCAA tournament games on East coast. Overall I would recommend.

Charming cabin with hot tub ( No Chores)

I was looking for something affordable for my wife and I to get away for a quick weekend. This was close to home within 2.5 hours, close to shopping and a nice peaceful place. The host was so nice, allowing late check-out and very helpful in our time of need. Our car battery died and she helped get us back on the road. I love when people are exceptional and go out of their way to help even when they are busy with other things. The place was very comfortable and cozy, providing options for snacks, drinks and small breakfast options. The bathroom was clean and offered a beautiful soaking tub with on demand hot water and clean white robes. This place is great for couples or a small family as it had the option for additional beds. We loved that it was on an equestrian training farm and we were able to watch the horses being trained; they are truly beautiful creatures. So thankful to stay here and we hope to return.

I have stayed at Charlaine's place several times now. She does a great job at making you feel right at home as soon as you walk in with a guide for everything, wifi password and complementary snacks and coffee. Her home is quiet and comfortable and it's so nice to have a place to be able to take my kitty each time we do a vet visit for his cancer. She is friendly and welcoming and the space is very spacious. I look forward to staying here each time we need to travel. She has quite a few dishes and cookware as well and the bed is super comfy.

Spotlessly clean and well appointed, the property is a second floor apartment which I did not learn from the listing. For two senior women wrangling luggage up the stairway was a challenge. That being said, everything else about the property was excellent.

GREAT PLACE for our daughter's wedding party to stay. Near all the downtown CDA sights and sounds and close by our church. Even the weather was perfect. It's was a beautiful house, weekend, & wedding. Thanks Evolve !

We thoroughly loved this apt. It was equipped with everything we could need The bed was so comfortable. We loved the that we could walk to everything. Just sorry that we were only here one night. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at Jerry and Natasha's place! It was comfortable, clean, and even better than the pics... The hosts were easy to chat with, very responsive, and gave clear instructions as to how to enter and exit the space at the end of our stay. Would definitely return!

Walk to Riverfront Park! Downtown Gem w Pool Table

Jake's place is spotless, comfortable, and in a great location for visiting Spokane. It's an easy walk to the convention center, the train station, Riverfront Park, downtown. It's also a nice walk to Gonzaga. The kitchen was well supplied with all that we needed, even some snacks! We didn't use the washer and dryer, but noted that Jake even left laundry supplies for guests. Parking really wasn't that complicated for our long weekend in Spokane visiting our Zag student. We would stay there again!

Wonderful home! Clean, spacious, modern decor, comfortable beds and great temperature regulation (went in mid-April). Close to a beautiful park and restaurants. Lots of parking on the street. We arrived very late and it was dark. We could not see the lock box to enter the home.

Jerry and Natasha are my go-to hosts in the Spokane area. Their places are always clean, comfortable, easy to find, and they consistently smell great. They respond very quickly to any messages you send. I once left a valuable item behind, and they contacted me to let me know. They even took the time to go to the property to meet me so I could retrieve what I had left. This is not just my opinion; my family shares it as well. We always book Jerry and Natasha’s places first if they are available.

I loved this place. I was in one of the micro studios. It was tiny but had everything I needed for a 2 week stay. The location was perfect. Food, coffee and stores all just around the block and it was super easy for me to drive or bike to downtown for work. Would definitely stay here again!

This apartment was refreshingly CLEAN! It was perfect for what we needed (sports event) spacious, comfortable and again very clean. I enjoy walking into AirBnBs and you can just tell how clean it is by the smell. Also, it was super cute. Whoever designed/decorated has good taste! I will say that this is an apartment. There are people above you and you may hear them from time to time but it’s expected and it’s nothing to do with the hosts. I’ve lived in apartments half my life so it wasn’t noticeable at all. My kids loved seeing the wildlife that came through too. We had some deer visit us while we sat on the balcony outside. I would absolutely stay again. P.S- I am so thankful for the standing fan that was available. I forgot ours and we can’t sleep without a fan and it was that last touch that made it feel like home.

Jake’s Place was an absolute gem! From start to finish, the experience was smooth and welcoming. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive—always quick to reply and even followed up to make sure everything was going well during my stay. You can tell Jake really cares about creating a great experience for guests. The home itself was spotless, cozy, and exactly as pictured in the listing—no surprises, just comfort. It felt like a true home away from home. The neighborhood was lovely—safe and full of charm with great little restaurants, unique boutiques, and inspiring art spaces all within walking distance. Plus, being so close to a waterfall, river, and beautiful scenery made it feel like a peaceful retreat. I’d absolutely come back. Highly recommend! Rebekah

Overall the AirBnB was exactly as described, it was super nice and private. The room itself was awesome, the TVs had free Netflix, as soon as we came in there were some snacks set up for us. Plus the pool table was basically always open, we spent a lot of time playing pool. I would recommend the place if you don’t mind being in downtown

The apartment was terrific--a little hard to find, but understandable in a downtown area. Jake's instructions were impeccable. The location was terrific. The apartment was quiet and felt safe with wonderful big windows. Outside didn't feel as safe, but that is to be expected in most downtown areas these days.

Jake is very responsive when I had any questions and extremely friendly! The space was exactly what we needed for two of us. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping areas and a short drive to the Spokane convention center which where our event was.
