The guest house is a cozy, modern place perfect for a couple's stay in Spokane. In 2016, we gutted and rebuilt the 550 sq. ft. guest house and insulated it so it is very quiet inside. Kitchen is fully equipped. Close to popular hiking & biking trails, great restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful outdoors, you’ll love both exploring the gorgeous country views, finding the most fantastic sunrises and sunsets as well as settling into a fully-functional kitchen and cozy space.

This idyllic 40 acre ridge-top ranch cottage offers you a peaceful getaway near Coeur d' Alene. Enjoy wildlife and livestock during your stay. We allow up to two dogs at a fee of $20 for each pet. You pay this fee directly to the owners, please pay on arrival. This cottage has been remodeled for our guest with new flooring throughout, new linens, new dishwasher, and new ranch décor. There is a shop to secure your vehicles, and a fully fenced yard with a 6 foot fence to keep your babies and fur babies corralled. Enjoy your stay!

Churchill Condo # 2 in Brownes Addition

This is a cute 2 bedroom basement unit with plenty of natural light. The private entrance is on the side of the building and you have to go down a small flight of stairs. It has off street parking , a small kitchenette, no laundry facilities. Great for quick visits where you will be out and about and eating on the town. Dogs ok with additional fee. Great walk able neighborhood 5 min from downtown and 10 min to the airport.
