Great place stayed here and or kids loved the basement. House had everything we needed for our stay and enough room for everyone. Definitely recommend this place to any families looking to stay in the area will be back for our next trip to Spokane!

Such a beautiful, wonderful home! Heated pool and large hot tub were relaxing and so fun for the adults and teens! The upstairs bathroom has a steamer in the large shower and was nicely updated. The owner was very helpful with all our inquiries. Roomy home for 3 families, will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay and the pool was perfect for our kids and their cousins, aged 6-9. Will definitely be planning to stay here again when we are in the area next!

The location is magical. Such a wonderful blend of nature and home. The house is easy to navigate, has access to shopping (just a few minutes away) but feels peacefully remote.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Jerry and Natasha’s house. It was neat, clean, cozy, felt safe, and overall was perfect for our family weekend getaway. We appreciated the clear instructions for check in and check out as well as the host’s prompt responses to our messages.

We had a get together with cousins big and little and had the most amazing time! We loved the warm pool to make it feel like summertime despite all the snow. Plenty of space for all of the kids and adults to spend time together. Everything was clean and as pictured!

Kyle’s home was great for our volleyball team! We stayed for two nights, and the girls enjoyed the hottub and the sauna! We were just a couple weeks short of being able to use the pool, but it looked amazing and is a great excuse to go back! The neighborhood was beautiful, peaceful, and very close to everything we needed! Thank you Kyle!

Ravens home was super comfy! We loved the space and how many blankets and towels you provided. That is always a plus when you have alot of girls staying with you. The play area outside was great for my younger children. Plenty of things to do. We loved the gas fireplace we had smores. The kids had lots of fun! The kitchen was great, I love the kid dishes. Those came in handy for the younger children. Thanknyou so much Raven.

I was a bit blown away by the charm and size of the home for what we paid. I would have extended my stay if I didn't have to get back to work. It was so relaxing, so charming, and even though I got to 5 of the Vintage shops and 3 of the local restaurants, there was so much more to see and do. My Mother-in-Law said she would have loved to take her bed home with us to Colorado. And she's super picky! We selected this home for it's capacity to house 6 of us, near the airport, as family and friends were flying in from around the U.S. to attend my wife's graduation at WSU, but I'm ready to go back to relax and taste the local flavor of Spokane. On a scale from 1-10, I'd say it's a solid 11!

Great location! Huge backyard for your fur family. The house was very cozy! Comfortable beds was a bonus!

Thank you for the wonderful stay! It was the perfect time of year with a huge pop of color from the neighborhood trees. All the trees were covered with flowers. The neighborhood is safe and tree-lined and only a block away from the Perry market street with little shops and restaurants. Tons of charm. The host was super attentive and made our stay very comfortable. The beds were comfortable for my father in law as well as my husband and myself. Lots of fun little treasure to find throughout the house. I'm sure their garden will be exploding with beautiful flowers come May.

Without a doubt the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Nice and simple, exactly what you need with none of the complications you don’t. The hosts were responsive and very nice. Easy stay. Already booked next year’s trip here. Highly recommend.

Really liked this place and I’d stay here again! Driveway didn’t work for me, if your car sits low you can’t open your doors. I just parked out front though so it didn’t matter much to me. The stairs inside are only a bit steep, but the carpet on them made them fine for me. I could see older people and kids struggling with them, but I’ve seen much worse. I love the old school vibes upstairs and then downstairs is all renovated and new, felt like I was time traveling, in a good way! Haha. Definitely liked this place!

We brought a group of five actors for a festival and had a wonderful stay - everyone got their own room which was a big plus. Conrad was super responsive when I have a question about one of the lights. The kitchen was the best stocked Air BnB pantry ever. Thank you for a wonderful stay - we'll certainly be back!

Dianna responded in minutes when my water heater went out on a Saturday and I was looking for a nice place to stay in the South Hill. Incredibly tranquil surroundings, quiet, peaceful and a beautiful view of the park. Super house!

Connor’s house is wonderful! Plenty of space for a large group and games for kids to play. The location was very convenient for us to go to Riverfront Park and the Spokane Arena. It is in an older neighborhood, however we felt safe and the neighbors were friendly. Connor was quick to respond to any questions and very friendly.

Russel and Carmen are gracious host. They were especially accommodating with our ever changing plans. Would definitely recommend this place.

Just wow! ❤️ We’ve been renting thru Airbnb for years and this might be the fav! The home is gorgeous, the view is gorgeous. Short drive after picking up my son at Gonzaga, the adult kids loved having the basement space, kitchenette and living room down there. There are two bedrooms on that level with twins, a twin room and queen room on the main level, and a king upstairs. Everything felt so clean, plenty of nice towels, cozy blankets, more than adequate cookware, including two crockpots. The large windows with lake views are incredible. Lots of toys downstairs as well, and a propane grill. We loved watching the geese and ducks, and saw turkeys and deer. Listened to the frogs in the pond at night. We picked up whiffle ball sets at WalMart and the kids had a blast playing on the lawn. Never saw a neighbor the whole time, it really feels private. Good communication with host. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Jean!

Spacious and clean, with a great yard for the dog. I really appreciated getting in a little bit early. Neighborhood is easy bike ride to downtown but a little dicey.

Caitlyn was an AMAZING host!!! We would certainly book again nothing to complain at all. Our student-athletes enjoy the home and had plenty o room to move around. 😊 We would recommend to anyone wanting a tranquil experience to book their stay. Coach Walker

We enjoyed our stay at Jasmine's place. Perfectly located for us to see family in this area. The bed was really comfortable, and we appreciated the ample closet space, and a desk to work at. Cozy and comfortable. We would stay here again in the future. Jasmine was a great host.
