Great house for our needs over the weekend of Women's Nationals Wrestling! The private backyard was perfect for relaxing, and the hot tub was much appreciated over the hectic weekend. Will stay again!

Sweet little house. Close to everything, on a quiet street and very clean.

Second time staying in one of their locations, friendly, respectful, quick response. Comfortable beds and furniture. Very clean. No more than 20 minutes from grocery stores,restaurants, and activities.

Place was quiet and clean. We had a few minor concerns and Jake communicated back immediately. Thanks for letting us stay!

Wonderful home! Clean, spacious, modern decor, comfortable beds and great temperature regulation (went in mid-April). Close to a beautiful park and restaurants. Lots of parking on the street. We arrived very late and it was dark. We could not see the lock box to enter the home.

It was really great and good stay... I will book it again on my next trip to Spokane...

The apartment was terrific--a little hard to find, but understandable in a downtown area. Jake's instructions were impeccable. The location was terrific. The apartment was quiet and felt safe with wonderful big windows. Outside didn't feel as safe, but that is to be expected in most downtown areas these days.

Jerry and Natasha’s place was clean, well-equipped and in a good location for getting to downtown. We felt safe walking from the house to dinner, the river trail and more. They were great communicators as well.

Jake is very responsive when I had any questions and extremely friendly! The space was exactly what we needed for two of us. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping areas and a short drive to the Spokane convention center which where our event was.

I loved this place. I was in one of the micro studios. It was tiny but had everything I needed for a 2 week stay. The location was perfect. Food, coffee and stores all just around the block and it was super easy for me to drive or bike to downtown for work. Would definitely stay here again!
