Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

We had an excellent day and night in this apartment. The view is incredible. A lot of things in the kitchen for cooking. You don’t want to get out from this house maybe we would have appreciate a bottle of milk or something for breakfast. Could be an extra point. The bed was ok but not crazy. The rest perfect

Edda's house is located in the mountains, away from any busy roads. Nearby is a historic hilltop village with narrow roads, best to drive there (or walk upo the hill) and then explore by foot. There is a bustling local community and I recommend the "Mozzarella Store" at the nearby cross-road, which apart from the local cheese also sells excellent bread, pizzas and ham. The house is large and has 3 big bedrooms and Edda and her husband have been excellent hosts throughout our stay.

Appartamento impeccabile, ubicazione perfetta a un passo dalla spiaggia di Serapo. Alessia e Tania gentilissime e super disponibili. Siamo arrivati dipo un lungo viaggio con due bimbi piccoli e abbiamo trovato tutte le comodità possibili, che non é affatto scontato

Es war wirklich ein toller Aufenthalt. Sarah war immer sofort erreichbar und hat uns direkt alle Fragen beantwortet. Das Haus ist eigentlich noch schöner als auf den Bildern und sehr privat und ruhig gelegen. Ein Auto sollte man aber haben. Ansonsten war alles top und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Grundstück ist hoch und sicher eingezäunt sodass wir auch mit unseren zwei Hunden sehr entspannen konnten. Ein Supermarkt ist gleich in der Nähe und ansonsten ist Nettuno ein netter Ort. Man kann Abends nach nur 4 Minuten mit dem Auto lecker essen gehen. Ein ganz kleiner Punktabzug ist die Kaffeemaschine... Da gibt es leider nur eine Bialetti, aber dafür gibt's bei den Sternen natürlich absolut keinen Abzug. Das Haus ist super und sehr gut ausgestattet. Danke für die tolle Auszeit!

Location in un’ottima posizione, in pieno centro. La comunicazione con Giordano è stata ottima. La stanza era pulita e funzionale. Consigliato!

Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse i Gaeta. Mycket tack vare det trevliga välkomnandet. Boendet är väldigt fint inrett och var verkligen skinande rent. Det var lugnt och tryggt att bo där. Vi hade nära till allt vi behövde. När vi undrade något så fick vi snabbt svar från både Andrea och Giuseppe. Väldigt trevliga, hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående. Vi kan varmt rekommendera det här boendet. Det var fantastiskt!

Una bellissima esperienza insieme alla mia famigli, immersi nella natura , una vera oasi di pace e relax. Posto incantevole personale cordiale attento e disponibile a soddisfare ogni necessità lo consiglio a chi desidera staccarsi dalla realtà per qualche giorno

Abbiamo prenotato questa villa per le festività di Pasqua e Pasquetta, eravamo in 12, posizione strategica e vista mozzafiato. Da ritornarci con l’apertura della piscina. Antonio e Pasquale sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Un’esperienza a 5 stelle!

Eleonora was a great host! Also responsive and helpful with our numerous questions. The house is well equipped and the pool was perfect, even for begging of October. The area is calm and enjoyed it to relax with our baby. Thank you Eleonora!

We stayed for a couple of weeks and had a wonderful time. The view from the garden is fantastic and made us smile until the end. If you come here make sure to hike the Monte Orso, eat some Tielle in Gaeta, visit Sperlonga (!) and if you are into a sports challenge rent some bikes at "World Bike Formia". There were a couple of small things that need fixing in the house (missing doorhandles, leaking faucet...), but whenever something actually bothered us it was quickly fixed. Marco was very helpful and put a lot of effort into making sure that our stay would be a pleasent one :-)

WOW, is all i can say!! As most of the other reviews have said, the photos of the villa and surrounds do not do the Villa justice, it is truly a special place. We were very late meeting to pick up the keys due to issues with car hire at the airport, but the hosts waited for us with no issues and were very kind and understanding. When we arrived at the villa we were shown around and our jaws continued to drop the more we were shown! Amazing large pool, amazing outdoors kitchen with bbq, pizza oven and sink all covered , perfect for alfresco dining. Lots of little places to sneak away and relax. All the rooms in the villa were spotlessly clean, the bedrooms most with their own balconies and en-suites were a great size. The kitchen was well stocked with all one needs for cooking / cleaning etc, and the added bonus of a laundry room meant to no washing at home! The hosts were fantastically responsive at all times, helping us locate shops / eateries etc. Cant wait to come back!!

Giuseppe a ete un hote incroyable. Maria nous a ouvert la maison malgré une arrivée très tardive suite a un retard de vol et Giuseppe nous a aidé avec notre location de voiture. La picine est immense et la climatisation dans la maison a assuré des nuits reposantes. Sabaudia est une petite ville balnéaire familiale et la proximité avec rome permet des allers retours dans la journée.

Lovely house in a little village with 3 great pools, astro pitch, tennis court, playground, mini market, cafe/bar on site. Swim hats are required for the pools. House is well equipped with all necessities. Car required. Daniela a great host and always available to answer queries.

Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel mit wunderschönem Blick auf das Meer. Es hat einen hübschen Garten mit herrlichen Pflanzen und einem großen Pool, der gut gepflegt wurde. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und neu. Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Die Begrüßung durch Valeria war sehr freundlich. Sie stand uns während unseres Aufenthaltes stets sehr schnell telefonisch zur Verfügung und hat sich gut um uns gekümmert.

Lo chalet è meraviglioso, le foto non rendono, è molto piú bello dal vivo. La casa è dotata di tutto, cucina accessoriata, bagno fornito di sapone, dentrificio, bagnoschiuma. Il letto comodissimo. I proprietari sono stati carinissimi e ci siamo subito sentiti a casa, peccato che siamo rimasti solo un notte, se torneremo da queste parti li contatteremo di sicuro. Grazie.

Tutto molto bello. Casa molto spaziosa, bellissima terrazza, bagni ben attrezzati, bel giardino con altalena per i bimbi, sedie sdraio e lettini a disposizione. Vero accesso diretto alla spiaggia. La casa e’ completa di tutto, servono solo i teli per il mare. Ampio spazio per le auto all’interno della proprieta’. Tutto completamente corrispondente alla descrizione. Host disponibile, puntuale e sollecito. E’ stata sicuramente una bella esperienza!!

Villa Noi colpisce subito perché è una casa molto accogliente, curata, molto ben attrezzata. Infatti è la "loro" casa di vacanze e ritrovi di familiari, che tre sorelle, molto generosamente, offrono così com'è. Subito ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio, come fossimo a casa nostra! A pochi minuti a piedi c'è la spiaggia bellissima e grande, sia libera che attrezzata e a 10 minuti a piedi un supermercato Carefur ben fornito. Per altri spostamenti occorre la macchina, peraltro con comodo parcheggio nel giardino. Finita la breve vacanza viene proprio voglia di ritornare! L'esperienza è stata perfetta dell'inizio alla fine, tutto è andato bene e senza intoppi. L'alloggio e tutte le sue caratteristiche hanno soddisfatto le aspettative che ci eravamo fatti leggendo l'annuncio. Infine sia la proprietaria che la governante sono state molto disponibili nei nostri confronti. Approvato. Speriamo di poterci tornare presto!

Plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, everything was clean, and the place was very close to local beaches, shopping and restaurants (just a few minutes drive to the nearest beach). The owners were very friendly and responsive to our questions.

Ottimo se si è in gruppo. Punto forte della casa lo spazio all’aperto dove godersi il sole o cucinare alla grigia.

Casa molto carina e pulita, accessoriata di tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno, logisticamente in zona tranquilla, il mare si può raggiungere comodamente in macchina. Mauro e sua sorella Teresa sono stati gentilissimi e flessibili alle nostre esigenze di check in. Non mancherà occasione per ritornarci. Lo consiglio vivamente

Lina è un host davvero speciale; ha accolto me e la mia mamma come persone di famiglia. La sua casa immersa nel verde è un incanto. Grande, pulita e luminosa! Il giardino piacevole per trascorrere cene all'aperto e pomeriggi di relax. Munitevi di auto per raggiungere la casa di lina, ma soprattutto per godere dei dintorni: il mare di Marina di Minturno è a soli 7 minuti, così come le Terme di Suio (vi consiglio il bellissimo Bagno Fresco; con soli 5euro potrete godere di una splendida vasca termale fresca immersa nella natura e a un passo dal fiume!). Visitate poi Formia e Gaeta a circa 20/25 di distanza. Per non parlare del piccolo borgo di Minturno e dell'area archeologica a soli 10 minuti da lì. Insomma, un posto strategico per variare la propria vacanza.
