I highly recommend this quaint loft apartment. Located in a nice complex close to tons of restaurants and grocery stores. Access to complex gym, pool, bbq, clubhouse, hammocks, and tennis courts. I was just here for a day on business but this would be an ideal place for a longer stay, especially if you do your own cooking or wanted to do laundry on your trip. Would be a cute romantic stay for a couple. What really sealed the deal for me was the late check out options. 5 Stars all around and great communication from the hosts!

It is my second time renting from Mandy. It is the perfect space for a quick getaway or a visit on game day. Mandy is very responsive. Mandy thank you for everything!!

I did run into a few hiccups in the beginning of my stay, but they were quick to resolve my issues once they were aware and everything was great once we ironed out a few things! So I’d love to stay here again. And The host seem like good and kind people… I’d recommend to my friends as well.

Great place and location—stayed multiple times!

Tom was an outstanding host, and his place was peaceful and very comfortable. The sunsets were fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and also meeting him.

Me and my son came down so he could visit his godfamily for the first time. Location was great, about 25-30 minutes from Jacksonville beach, plenty of restaurants nearby. Plenty of space and well suited for family stay. Definitely recommend and will be staying again when next in the area.

Heidi made our Easter 🐣 a wonderful one! very responsive host! very clean spacious home with lots of beds to sleep everyone! Coffee with fresh cream! and a very pristine bathroom! Milo-ve and Gordo 🐾 was very happy with their stay as well they had a great time lizard hunting! would definitely stay here again. quiet and quaint neighborhood! close to downtown!!

Nikki’s place was nothing less than AMAZING! We felt right at home our entire stay! She was very helpful and very very responsive at all hours of the day/night! Will definitely book here any time I’m in Jacksonville! Thanks again Nikki!

Myrna was an amazing host. We were staying at her home, the nights leading up to our wedding, including our wedding night. She allowed us to sleep in the day after our wedding and have a later check out at no cost. She is truly thoughtful and very kind. No complaints whatsoever on the home. We would stay here again.

Thank you for a lovely stay. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, we loved the “Good Times” light and so many little details that made it feel like a vacation home. Enjoyed the hot tub almost every night. Jacksonville is a wonderful city to visit. Will be back soon!

This felt like a home away from home! The neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful. The home itself is very spacious compared to the pictures. Any questions we had, the host was very quick with responding. We will be back soon!
