Deborah's house is a great alternative option to a hotel! We booked it for the private indoor pool and numerous positive reviews. We were not disappointed!! All of the kids and adults loved the pool, and Deborah had supplied an amazing array of pool toys, floaties, and towels. There were clear directions on how to get into and exit the pool area (there is an alarm for safety). The kids' rooms were made up in such a cute way (sheets, blankets, and decor), we were very appreciative of all the extra little things at the house for the kids, including snacks and treats, games, coloring books, playdoh, and toys. Also, Deborah was always quickly responsive to messages and clearly answered any questions we had. The kitchen is stocked with pretty much anything you need to cook, serve, and store food, and overall the house has everything you would need if you forget any toiletries at home.

Leisa’s home suited our needs to a T!! We were in town to attend a wedding at the London Town and Gardens, which was just a half mile away. The rehearsal dinner in downtown Annapolis was also a short distance away. Everything was fresh and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were really great. The lack of seating in the main room wasn’t a problem for us as we didn’t spend much time there during the day. The area around the pool looked really comfortable and inviting for guests staying during the summer season! Would stay there again.

Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the pool and driving golf cart was fun. We had everything we needed for a great stay. This is not a complaint at all more of a helpful hint but one of the town squares was too far to take golf cart and you will need a car.

Great place for a larger group!

Great house with privacy fence in backyard, clean, and very nice pool. Host was very responsive to a couple of last minute questions and it suited our needs perfectly for a family wedding weekend. We were very pleased with our stay.

Captain’s place suited our needs. The location worked well with easy access to shops, and restaurants. The place was clean and comfortable with comfortable furniture. A heads up that Captain does not provide any bath soap, shampoo or conditioner. The sheets are nice, 100% cotton, towels are good quality and plentiful. The kitchen is moderately well stocked for preparing meals. The air conditioner worked well. The outdoor spaces are sparsely furnished and not particularly welcoming. There are two large food trucks parked adjacent to the back yard and there was one chair on the deck outside the master bedroom. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

We loved staying at this home in Bella Vista! Beth and John were excellent hosts. We were spending time with family for Christmas, and they added extra touches to make us feel at home: a Christmas tree in the living room, roasting pan for Christmas dinner and extra chairs for the table. We saw extras for dogs, children and mountain bikers — and passed access points to the Back 40 on the actual street the house is on. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a well-appointed vacation home in NWA!

I had a fantastic stay at Oleg’s place! The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. It was in a great location —close to restaurants but still quiet and peaceful, which made it the perfect spot to relax after a long day of work. Oleg was a great host—friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was just right. Check-in was easy, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. I’d definitely stay here again. This house was perfectly located close to Disney and other attractions. Checking in was easy and communication was great. The pool was excellent. My daughter almost preferred to leave Disney early to go back to the house and get in the pool. The home was very private, quiet, and peaceful. Plenty of room for large families!! We will definitely be returning in the future.

Great place! Peaceful, clean, and just what we needed for a relaxing stay. Ann was incredibly responsive and accommodating both before our trip and throughout our stay. She made check-in easy and was quick to answer any questions we had. The home was well-maintained, comfortable, and exactly as described. We loved our stay here! We took the kayaks out for a day, easily paddled the beautiful little route to Weeki Wachee, and spent the afternoon with a group of 15-20 friendly manatees. We'll remember it forever!

We booked this place for a place to stay before our cruise and it was perfect! The house is spotlessly clean and uncluttered, open and very nicely styled. My kids and I were able to chill-out! We loved the pool and great yard. The house is close to the village and filled with restaurants and shops. And we were 15 minutes from Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral. I wish we had a few days booked after our cruise to come back. I would recommend the house for families or no-kid adventures, great fit either way. I should note that Anee was very responsive and helpful in all communications.

The house is beautiful and spacious. We had a large crew with us and never felt crammed. Our favorite spot was the table outside, under the house. The neighborhood is quiet, except for the dog across the way, but it was never a problem. The swamp smelled a little. The location is top notch - conveniently close to resturants and beaches. We recommend staying here if you have a large group who like their privacy!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Javier's home. The house was a bit old and very well-kept, so quite charming. The garden was very pretty, and the kitchen had all that we needed to cook in it. Javier & his brother Pablo were very responsive and friendly if we had any questions. The only downside was a couple stray ants in the kitchen & bathroom. We would definitely stay here again!

Margie’s place was so precious and perfect for our trip to Shreveport for a wedding. It was located in such a cute neighborhood and the home was beautifully decorated. Margie’s communication was above and beyond! She was so very kind and quick to respond. I would highly recommend Margie’s home when planning your next trip.

Have stayed at this location a few times because of proximity to fishing. Quiet location & good setup. Thanks!
